Great customer service

I had my appointment at 10 AM she did not get there on time, my mother had her appointment at 11 am and my mother got there a little late because she has kids to deal with and the lady decide to accept someone else instead, also I did not get the hair that I wanted she gave me highlights instead of a balayage and charged me 250 and said that she lowed the price but at another salon they charged me 190 . Will never be going there again horrible experience.

Requested light color with caramel highlights. Got beige horrible highlights with dark brown hair color. Will not go to this place again.. spent too much money and didnt get what i asked for.
