I absolutely dislike the salon. I have gone there on several occasions, I always go in for nails and a pedicure. They would always put me for a pedicure first, then nails second but instead of doing my nails right after my pedi I had to wait in line again. Not only that Jenny the owner would bounce back from different clients and was doing my nails and two others next to me. I found that ridiculous no one has time to waste a whole day at the nail salon! Her response was to me “come when I have more time”. She should respect her customers time and not be rude to her customers. Never going there again!!

Ginny does such excellent job. I had a french manicure. First time in years.

Had been a customer for a couple of years here. They would take long even with an appointment. But I still went back. But my last straw was that I was charged for a color change when it was not even my mistake. I had ask for matching mani and pedi. Clearly it was not the same color. Jenny’s response was will it’s the company‘s fault not mine. Well it wasn’t mine either. Not only did it take 4 hours for a mani and a pedi then I got charged for a color change that was not even my fault. Was talk to rudely about it and not even an apology. Never going there again.

I had the best nail experience here today! I was a little worried about it being out of my price range, but It was worth every penny. All I did was show Jenny a picture of a design I wanted and she replicated it quickly and flawlessly! I’ve never loved my nails so much. I highly recommend this place and will be going back very soon. Thank you Jenny!

It was such a surprise. Warm inviting atmosphere. Wonderful hosts. Food was delicious. Room was perfect. Everything I needed.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had - girl answered her phone about 10x while doing my pedi - she barely did anything except paint my nails - she touched my foot like a feather with the scrubber - it was so bad I felt like I was being plunked - they also had no idea how to soak off gel - she handed me a messy bowls of acetone to put my fingers in - insane - only reason I paid and left is bc I know I’ll never return and with the pandemic people are hurting - but this place is by far subpar to any nail salon I’ve ever been to.

Excellent service, clean environment and friendly staff

I had a 9am appointment however no one was even at the salon. They were not ready for me for a good 15 minutes. The water for my pedicure was ice cold. The lady who did my toes got polish all on my cuticles. After two days they were already looking horrible. Not to mention I requested the same color on my hands and toes yet somehow my toes are extra pink. My manicure was super rushed. The lady doing my mani was clearly in a rush as she had another appointment waiting for her as she started my mani. My index finger looks so crooked. Highly disappointed especially considering these were done for my wedding.

I have visited many nail spas over the years. 5 ⭐️ Nails is by far the best I’ve ever been at. Our family has gone their every time for over 5 years. Results are always top of the line. The owner is exceptional & her staff equally so. If you want to try a new spa this should be you’re choice. Don’t hesitate one bit!Not to talk about the ambiance. How should I say? Cozy & feel like home spa.

Paid $115 for a pedi and full set. The nails were definitely not what I asked for and they were so bumpy and thick. Went back to get them fixed and asked for a solid color instead of the glitter so no more bumps would be visible and was charged $20. Both nail techs were in such a hurry I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth.

Ive been there other times but last week after waiting for 1 hr I had to leave because only 2 ladies were dealing with all the clientele. It was a Sunday and people were outside waiting for them to open thats how good the place is but not enough ladies at that time. Had to go to another place.

I was intrigued by the atmosphere and conversation the woman greeted me with. My friend got a full set of acrylics and I was just doing a basic manicure. I sat there for an hour and by the time her acrylics were on and beginning to be painted, I decided I was doing to skip. Only 4 employees and bouncing from one customer to the one in the next seat, trying to work on both quickly. How the end up looking so nice, I dont get. Lobby was full and people were told wait was 1-1.5 hours. Just disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. Just started coming here and each time I get treated so great. I get shellac manicures and each time they come out GREAT. Please come here if you live in the Edinburg area!

Today I went in just for shellac and it was not a good experience. She only did one layer on 1hand and 2 on the other. And it was not the color I chose and when I told her it was not the color she said it would dry different. She finished and they were left with lumps and gummy. I told the tech that was doing my moms nails and she told the owner. So another girl tried to fix it, the owner/one in charge said I would not be charged but still ended up charging me. So I will not be going back thats for sure.I dont mind paying but dont tell me u arent charging then charge me.What should take 15 min ended up taking more than 1 hour.

They make appointments but they are never on time. I spent 3hrs just for pedicure. Its ridiculous.

When I first got there, the first guy that was going to do my nails said he couldn’t do the design I wanted. I waited for someone else and they did not come out like the picture I showed, crooked lines and the shapewas not good. My nails are very thick and bumpy. She looked tired when she was doing my nails so I’m sure she was rushing to get home and did not give the best service. I would not recommend, I will not be returning.

Would not recommend for pedi. They reuse their pumice stones and I just basically had my feet washed. Took longer to have my nails painted than the actual pedi. Was going to get my nails done but decided to try elsewhere after that

I give this place 5 stars for my experience! I liked how quiet the place was and how I was not rushed. Remember that experiences may vary depending on amount of customers and staffing present. Dont forget to tip, especially if they worked on your feet!

I was in there today took my granddaughter with me I was doing SNS and my granddaughter a pedicure well they took my granddaughter in pretty quickly the owner new I had to remove my color they finally sat me down to remove my color when they finished with my granddaughter she asked my why it was taking so long I didn’t know so here I am sitting another 30 minutes I am finally up and she gets up so many times because everyone complains to her so I get up to wash my hands and come back to someone else sitting in my chair and she has the nerve to tell me to sit in the middle and she will be right with me so I loose my cool and tell her can you just finish so I can leave I also mentioned that I have been waiting a long time she has the nerve to argue with me telling me that the other poor lady has been in there longer. So I wait another 10 minutes and she takes less than 2 minutes to do the top coat I was there for 2 and half hours. I have been a customer for over a year or should I say I was a customer. What upset me the most is she never apologized for the wait or the other ladies she put in front of me!

I only come here for my eyebrows.....(I posted this 2 months before my recent review below)8/24/19I am completely disappointed how my eyebrows came out. I had a shape and I was overdue for a wax so I went in and got Betty (think thats what I heard) Shes talkative but lady, u need to pay attention to your work! Its almost 2020, nobody likes thin eyebrows! I literally cried as soon as I got in the car.

You can go on and on about the service being bad and all but it’s your own fault. If you go anywhere to get your nails done be considerate of the time being and understand there are customers before you. I have been a customer for 4 years and I have never had a hard time with the owner. I myself am in the server industry and I know well enough about how difficult it is to satisfy everyone. Nice nails come with nice time. Don’t be impatient and complaining and expect to leave happy. Anyways always good service and love my nails every time.

10/10 recommended, friendly staff, great environment, and can always expect a job well done. Me and my mom have been coming here for a few years and the service here doesn’t compare to anywhere else I’ve been!

5 star was my favorite nail salon until two back to back experiences with them. The first experience I was with a male who was doing my nails and somehow got to the topic of him saying I look like a man when he looked at my chest. The second experience was today where the lady pulled my skin really hard and it started bleeding like crazy. They gave me $15 off, but I should have gotten it for free. My finger is still in pain and is bruised and bloody. They did not apologize either. They come off as very rude sometimes. I loved this place but their service has gone down a lot recently. Sad to say I won’t be going back ever.

I have been a customer for several years along with my fam and never walk out disappointed. I personally schedule my appts in advance with Jenny but have seen all the good work all employees have done. Not to mention how well kept this place is. Would never consider changing to any other salon. Love love this place!!!!! :)

Horrible service from the minute I walked in, there was no clients and I still waited 30 mins to get helped. Lady was not gentle my hands still hurt while I type this, and after they were filed I told the lady doing them I didn’t like them they looked too fan and she “fixed them” I told her 2 more times and she still did minimum changes. Absolutely horrible never ever again coming here!! Save your money make the drive to anywhere else!! More like 1 star place!

HORRIBLE .... first time I came the lady that helped me made the shellac bubbly on the tips so I had to come back the next day to fix them. Still, I thought I’d give it another shot and what a mistake that was! I made an appointment this time for my daughter and her friend so I was hoping not to wait too long and we ended up waiting a whole hour before being seen and that’s because she was working on someone else’s nails while working on my daughters. To top it off the girl Jenny was rude to my daughter. She told her to move not excuse me but can u move your blocking a path!!!! Wanted this to be a start off to summer treat but sadly it wasJUST TERRIBLE!!!

Far from 5 star Nails!!! Went in for a pedicure only, waited for 25 minutes, while two other customers came in after me and right away were put to soak off their nails and I wasn’t even put to soak my feet, mind you, NONE OF THE PEDICURE STATIONS WERE IN USE. I used to be a frequent customer, service has just gotten bad, tried to give them another chance today, but nope! Very disappointed. Definitely will NEVER return!

It took 2.5 hours just to get my shellac manicure done. The work they do is great, the SNS always turns out perfectly, however they are understaffed and have been for weeks. The place is really nice and they just renovated, but it will take forever to get any service done.

Love my sns nails Jenny, Anita, Crystal, and Lee are the best.

They fail to look at the services you sign in for and then act as if is your fault that they were “unaware “ of what you wanted. They do not acknowledge any mistakes or miscommunications that may have occurred. Even when you clarify that you are waiting for a service to be done they failed to get it done. The business looks very nice but the customer service lacks in providing a friendly atmosphere. Not a place I plan on returning to, even in a jam.

The last 2 times, I got SNS on my nails and I liked them but then the this last time, I decided I wanted to try Shellac on my real nails instead of SNS, well when I did, the man that did my nails (the owner) told me about what a bad choice I was making and went on and on about how Shellac was cheap and would chip off and would not last me as long as SNS, well I believe if I am paying for service and for my nails, I shouldnt have to have someone be telling me what I should and should not get. A nail salon is to go and relax, not to hear someone nagging at me the whole time. He is the owner and has now lost another customer. This is definitely not thought of as 5 Star nails.

I was seen by a man named John from the moment he got to the table he seemed annoyed, I was waiting patiently and got there before 6 so it wasnt close to their closing time... the guy kept checking his phone the whole time, didnt even bother to engage in small talk which I know isnt a must so I just went about my service as usual. The guy asked me if I wanted powder and acrylic which I said no to twice annoyed he proceeded to put powder on my nails!!! I wanted to change stations as this guy kept pushing my hands back and forth and obviously didnt do the job I wanted, when asked if short or long I said short BUT he didnt ask how short just proceeded to cut all my nails super short... I didnt get the service I wanted and basically paid for the kind of nails he thought I should get and paid to see a long annoyed face...

Jenny didn’t listen to anything I said. Tried to have toenails and fingernails match. She cut my nails too short then put the wrong color SNS on. Was told my toenails were dry (after they were painted to match the wrong SNS color).Took off shoes at home. All toenails are smudged! Going on vacation in 2 days. NOT a happy camper. Will NOT go back.

I love their work, but sometimes take too long to get me outta there. Anything more than 75 minutes to me is too much.

Nails came out horrible! I was helped by an elderly woman who dug her nails into my hands because I tried to look at the nail polish colors one more time. Nails lasted two days and you could see through the shellac.

This place is clean and the environment is so nice, Jenny is the lady who did my nails and she did a great job!!!!❤I absolutely recommend this place.

One of the men practically cut all of my fingers trying to file my nails. He seemed rushed and by the time I left, my nails looked like talons. They were thick and disgusting. Never coming back to this place.
