This is my go to place for relaxation and a pedicure. The work is always top notch, lasting several weeks until a return visit is needed. I can actually relax and enjoy the process. The people are friendly and welcoming.

If I could rate my last experience at this place, Id rate zero stars. Ive been going to Q nails for over 15 years and sadly, I may never return after this incident. I have NEVER had an issue when asking for French tips of any sort before and for some reason everyone was dumbfounded and trying to figure out what I meant by a pearl tip. There were 4 ladies total and it wasnt much of a busy few hours but everyone had clients. I happened to get a lady (I didnt catch names of anyone) whom Ive never seen here before so possibly new. I got a mediocre pedicure with pearl tip but didnt make a fuss because the real deal I cared about was my manicure. I move onto the lady thatll be doing my manicure and was calmed because she seemed seasoned enough that my friends nails shed done right before were great. It was deeply expressed that these were my wedding nails. I was congratulated and continued expressing what I desired in wanting a pearl tip powder manicure. They did not have this and wanted to put fake nails on which I was very much against. I went on to show pictures of what I wanted. When I thought they understood, I got passed back to the inexperienced technician and was very on edge. She didnt do the best job on my pedicure so I wasnt feeling settled at all. She couldnt communicate with me whatsoever, so we had the previous tech translating which was broken and with the entire experience being purely on miscommunication and language barriers and my frustration was rising. I kept correcting and trying to have her understand but overall it came down to, theyd pulled off my previous nails, bruised my nail beds, tore off a good chunk of my nail and instead of placing an overlay to smooth the surface she starts painting the pearl tip and it was horrendous work. My nails were extremely delicate and sore and she cut into my ring finger nail so deep I was in pain. I continuously spoke to her and our translator about not being pleased with the work and wanting them to start over with something different because what they did was not what I asked for. She went on to say very loudly for other customers to hear that I chose that and she had recommended something else. This was false. Our translator went on to say shed still be charging me for everything which would total out to over $100 (they ended up doing a pearl tip manicure on me) and anything else I decided to do. She had attitude and I wasnt having it. If I didnt respect the other technicians Ive worked with there in the past, I wouldve walked out without paying. Without a doubt. Because thats NOT how a business should be ran. So, my nails are ruined, I dont want to risk getting an infection in going elsewhere for them to fix it and my wedding photos cant focus on my hands because of how bad and chunky the nails came out. I cried, I was very upset. So no, if you come here you ask for the man thats the manager and or Anna who is amazing. Other than that, dont risk it. Hoping they can fix the wrong on this!!

Love this salon! Came here when another salon skipped my appointment. I was seated right away and treated like a valued customer. Q nails has great service and great prices :). Houston did my full set and Linda my did my moms manicure. We will be back!

Did not like the way the lady made my pedicure... she didnt take her time with it. And she just barely cut the corners of my toenails. You can tell I had ingrown and she didnt cut that part. 🤦‍♀️ Nail polish didnt cover the whole nail..it was my second visit, same thing happened on first visit. $25 for that, maybe not no more.

Called in advance to ask for prices and availability. Got my French full set done within an hour and they were great! Felt safe as well, due to COVID-19 pandemic, the tables had plastic divisors on them to separate you from your nail tech and during my visit, employees asked a customer to leave that showed concerning symptoms.Definitely recommend!

My mother and sister in law went today 7/27/18 for a pedicures. Walkins welcomed. They were quickly attended to upon entry . The areas were clean. Proper foot scrubbing was done without discomfort . Not strong chemical odors. They had an excellent time! Super reasonable prices!!!!!Thanks q - nails !

I have been trying to find the perfect nail along for a long time. I went there, and I felt like I had found it. Awesome staff, awesome service, awesome environment. It was just a great over all experience which is very hard to get in any nail salon. Will definitely be going back very soon.

Worst place/experience of my life. This was my first time going to this place. I heard many great things about this place so I decided to check it out. I went in at around 5:30 pm. They had many women waiting to be attended to. But things were going pretty good they were friendly when I walked in and they asked what I wanted done. I patiently waiting as the ladies in front of me were being attended to. But 2 hours passed by and I still never got attended to. This lady came in after me and she got attended to before me. I had already invested my time in waiting there so I waited longer. I was told I would be next. I waited for almost 5 hours there and I got no service. I was completely invisible to them. It was going to be 11 at night and they started closing their stations and cleaning up while I was sitting waiting for someone to attend me. They obviously didn’t take into consideration that I was there for hours still waiting for someone to attend me. I told the lady that their service was ridiculous and I walked out. I was so angered about the whole situation worst first experience in this place. I would completely not recommended anyone coming here.

My tech wasnt available, so I headed here due to the reviews. I walked in a little before 7 pm and immediately and I mean immediately, the man taking care of me cut me so carelessly and deeply that it didnt stop bleeding until 1 am. He passed me on to another lady that left me soaking in HOT acetone and when I spoke up, she told me to put them back in and made fun of me, finally a 3rd person came after more than half an hour of soaking, and told me my nails got super thin... But everyone ignored me before. She then cut me too, and ignored me when I told her she cut me a 3rd time and tried to put the machine on my skin to prove to me it didnt cut me!!! I jerked away in time, but holy... If someone tells you theyve been cut, dont proceed to use the drill on their skin again!Its been 4 hours since my brand new set of nails, and one snapped when I put my house keys on that finger. From the pictures Ive seen, if youre getting short nails, youll live, their nails are so flimsy though, but these people dont know how to do long nails safely or correctly.The first picture is what I asked for, but they kept telling me the color I had on would look green after the second coat and the white under... They didnt make them skinny, the right color/shape, or with my fingers intact. Im in so much pain and I paid for this. I want a refund and removal immediately. I hope I dont get an infection... By the way I was there from 6:45 pm-10 pm and this is what I got as the result.Just say you cant do long nails next time, I told you what I wanted and you said you could do it.

I really loved the way my nails came out. Shellac is 15 & removal of shellac is 3 incase anyone is wondering :) loved the color options as well. And the lady who did my nails ( didnt get her name) was very sweet

Ive gone to other nail salons and I think I’m sticking to Q nails even though it’s far from where I live the drive is worth it They have yet to disappoint.. I had a pedi this time and a shellac polish my nail technician was great and friendly and I love my nails ! I didn’t expect them to be perfect because my nails are so small but he did amazing I would definitely recommend this place. Also my husband joined me and also received a pedi and believe me his feet really needed it they did a great job on him as well ! Thank you

Kim is tge best shes such a perfectionish and does my nails amazingly beautiful everytime I go with her. I would so recommend this place n I have heard alot of good things About the other nail techs.

The employees are rude such a bad experience. They go take calls while doing your nails and left me waiting like 20 mins until they were finished talking. My nails lasted less than a week. I dont reccomend this place. 0 stars.

Meh. There are better nail salons that charge the same rate. Especially when you pay $40 for a pedi, you’d expect straight lines on French tip but get sloppy lines instead. Nice facility though.

It was the worst experience for me. My nails look like a hot freaking mess. Super bulky and pregnant. I just wanted a full set of nails and with Shellac and it turned out to be a disappointment. My mother got an overlay and they cut her nails an inch and they looked like she got fake nails too. Super thick. Ay no. I was just shooketh!

My nails broke in 1 day. The only thing I did was drive!! They didnt even last a week. And they said they only fall if you do heavy things or lift?????? Really!!
