My family and I were traveling to the Twin Cities from Milwaukee when a knocking started coming from the under carriage of the car. I could also feel vibration in the steering. We were about an hour out from Eau Claire and blindly chose a mechanic off of Google Maps near the freeway. We were able to bring the car in immediately even though when we arrived it was basically closing time. The car was able to be looked at immediately and it was discovered that the belly pan cover had not been clipped and screwed back into place properly after an oil change service had been done with Valvoline a week prior. The kind mechanic let us keep warm in the office while he used his own materials and time to fix the issue free of charge. We cannot thank Crossroads Auto enough for helping us in this situation, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I picked this place because of a review that said they were honest mechanics. I just stopped by because of a weird smell in my car, turns out it was 5 dead mice! The guy who helped me was extremely nice and professional, I definitely want to come back when I need an oil change or work done to my car because overall it was a great environment. They also have 3 dogs roaming around so 5 stars 🌟

I had confused the shop for Crossroad Auto Sales when I was initially going there, but otherwise it was a great experience. Chris was very nice and he gave me a drive from his shop back to my house and he planned on driving the car back to my house after the job was complete. They did great work on my vehicle too! My only complaint was that the invoice that I received was not very detailed, I would have liked to know more about what was put in my vehicle and the cost per man hour, it was also difficult to read. All in all though, great experience and I will most likely return to this service shop.

Top notch mechanics. Took my vehicle there the first time after going to another place. Other place (Bullseye) said I needed a new transmission....turned out all I needed was a new shifting cable. 3 years later the vehicle is still going strong! Thank you Kris for the excellent service!!!

Great technicians who cover a large variety of vehicles. Very reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable. Took them my Toyota and they got it running like new. Would highly recommend crossroads auto.

Recently bright in my 2011 BMW to have my Valve Cover Gasket replaced. Apparently this is common on these cars at 60K. The shop was recommended to me by mutual friends/coworker. Chris and his team were helpful and professional. The work took a bit longer than expected due to an additional gasket found to be faulty. Communication was good and the car runs great. The shop looked busy and had other imports so ...I assume they do good work! Needless to say finding a reasonably priced shop for a BMW in EC is a bit scary....but very pleased so far. I hope not to return but if needed...I will.

Brought my Jeep in when it wouldnt start. Kris was able to look at it and fix it within the same day. Great service, great people and reasonable prices!

I went there to have work done on transmission and asked them to call when they had parts in ( had money) talked to them in August and have yet to hear from them. I called repeatedly throughout the week and left messages. Yes prices are reasonable but customer service lacks professionalism

Chris and his crew are not very great with vehicle repairs. Paid him to fix tierod and whell berring. A few months later i was having issues with my vehilcle again and went to a different mechanic where i discovered that the tierods definitely had not been replaced nor had the wheel berrings. Paid them to do nothing. Do not trust them
