I was in need of someone to look at my vehicle asap after hearing loud scraping noises. I was to drive a 4 hour road trip that afternoon, but I didnt feel comfortable driving it without someone looking at it first. They were more than willing to make sure my vehicle was in good driving order FOR FREE. I am SO thankful and will be returning for any repairs I may need!

I think this was my third visit to this shop in which I needed the control arms replaced on my girlfriends car. Didnt want to invest much as its getting old. Im a car guy and a heavy equipment mechanic myself but just didnt have the time to deal with the issue.Jake was honest about his concerns in what the car might need. He knew I what my budget was. He got me multiple quotes based on cost, and severity. And because I know cars, I could judge that his concerns were warranted. He wasnt pushing anything on me that the car didnt need.Once everything was torn down, they found they were able to re-use a lot of the components that were suspected to be bad originally (Which is normal, you dont truly know until you tear down). I also told them I wasnt in a rush so if something more pressing came a long to not stress about getting mine done. They still ended up getting it done next day (Although I wouldnt always expect this).All in all, they took care of me to the best of their abilities with what I was able to afford. Offered good advice, and didnt over reach. Good bunch of guys.I will continue to take my business to them, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others.

On August 25th, 2021 I was on my way back to Minnesota from Milwaukee. Unfortunately, my thermostat housing broke on my car while I was going through Eau Claire. Being 3 hours away from home, it was very frustrating to have car trouble. Thankfully, Jake and Mike (he’s opening a shop i Duluth, MN) were there to help me. They were very nice and professional. Jake gave me a ride in his personal vehicle to my Hotel and my car was completely fixed the next morning. They helped make a very frustrating moment be as best as it could be. Thank you Jake and Mike!

It looks like they did a good job. Replaced rear brake pads and rotors. 3 stars for 2 reasons.1. I was supposed to get a call when my vehicle was done. I never recieved a call. When I called to check, they said it had been done for a while. This part of the service likely needs some work unless it just happened to be a one-time thing.2. They are pretty pricey. Just something I believe should be known before taking your vehicle there. Whether you deem it to be worth the extra money is your own choice. I didnt experience anything above and beyond normal services of other places and therefore am not sure the extra cost is worth it.

I was driving back to New York and needed immediate repairs on my vehicle. They were extremely kind, prompt, and courteous and got me back on my way home in no time. I am very grateful! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest and affordable service.

I was traveling from Green Bay and damaged one of my tires on the drive here. I showed up to their store a few minutes before closing with my spare tire on. I was staying in a hotel overnight and had business to conduct in the area the following day so they ordered a tire for me and offered to keep my old tire overnight in order to have it ready for me when it was convenient to come back the next day to swap it out with the spare tire as quickly as possible.Jake, the Service Advisor, made the process quick, easy and convenient, and I received a very fair price. Although I didn’t have much time in the waiting area (because my car was ready so quickly), it is one of the most comfortable, clean, dog friendly automotive service places I have seen, with plenty of amenities to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable, if you were to wait.If I ever need auto service where Victory is located, I would definitely come back, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for going above and beyond and helping me out in a pinch!

I have always been more of a do it yourself-er when it cam to my cars, but when I got my first Audi and looked into how much more difficult it is to do even the simplest of tasks and how you need special equipment, I decided to take it in somewhere and I have heard nothing but good things about Victory, and they did not disappoint. All I had them do was an oil change and they did everything from checking the terrible wear on my tires, to telling me (and even sending me pictures to show they werent full of $#*!) that my water pump was going out and it had the potential of taking out my timing belt. The honesty of this shop completely changed that all shops are crooks. Wouldnt go to or recommend any other shop. The honesty and knowledge that I got from Jeff was beyond what I ever expected. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! 😉

Was really pleased they were able to perform a quick fix on my car the same day I brought it in. Staff were welcoming and totally put me at ease - it was like chatting with friends while I waited on the repair. They were considerate enough to actually show me where the repair was and what they did. And they tolerated my dog in the car because we were passing through. If my car is driveable, I will for sure try to make it back here for future work.

They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish, I highly recommend them if your ever in this area and having car trouble! You will not be disappointed..thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Fantastic, honest, and professional service!I drove into Victory when my oil light and check engine light came on and they checked everything right away. Helpful thought the car was junk, turns out it was an $80 fix! I was ready to spend big to get what the car needed..turns out it was just a hose replace and coolant. Victory will not charge you unless you need the work done!

I have had my last few oil changes done at Victory now. The value is good, and the work is done prompt and professional. I bought my vehicle used, and it is relatively new to me. On this past visit, they looked up the service history on Car-fax and showed it to me. That paired with their thorough and positive inspection gives me peace of mind on the safety of my truck. These guys are great!

I went in for a check up on my car and there was a defective part on the vehicle which prevented me from leaving with the car that day. They informed me that they ordered the part and it should have been over nighted... the part never arrived at the office. Jake and Tim provided me with transportation and when they found out the part would not be there till the following Monday, they called other local shops and auto dealers to see if they had the part. They found one that Friday and I was able to have my vehicle for the weekend. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in making things happen with all of the obstacles that came your way. These are wonderful people to do business with! My foot is in a cast and they picked up my car from my home and delivered it back when the work was completed! They also made a special stop at a gas station to put gas in the car... I cant say enough about how good they are. Professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I will go nowhere else!

You get what you pay for. Everything done here is very excellent. The prices arent the cheapest, but things are done well and dont have to be undone or redone. Pleased with the service here.

One of the most professional auto service companies I’ve ever dealt with.

I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else after being taken care of at Victory time and time again. They have more than fair pricing, a competent and friendly crew, and they always get the job done quicker than expected. I have a 21 year old Jeep Wrangler and I haven’t had a major problem since I started coming here because they are always prompt and honest with maintenance suggestions and repairs.

I will give this three stars as a safe rating since I cant completely give it an accurate rating. But I submitted an appointment request two weeks ago and received no follow up or response to schedule at all other than a, we will be in contact soon message. So that is the reason for the 3 star rating. If I end up going here, I will gladly resubmit my rating and re review. I just wish I heard back.

O Went To Victory Automotive had 2 new front tires put on and 2 used put on back the next morning the right rear was flat I called them up told them about it. They were going to send a tow truck. I told dont Ill put the spare on and be right over. The spare wasnt in the trunk. Called em up the spare was in the shop. He said Im sending tow truck. I said no dont. I already have it jacked up and tires off. All I need is spare. He put it in his own vehicle and brang it to me. He said he was very sorry for the inconvenience. They went out of there way to make sure every thing was going good. They didnt charge me anything for the inconvenience. They went above and beyond to make every thing work out. Im very happy with the job they did. My hats off to you all on a job welldone gentle man.

We had a radiator leak and had problems with the radiator in the past.Not only did they get me in the next day they performed a full check on the vehicle and praise God it was only a loose clamp. It gets better: NO CHARGE and they didnt try to up-sell me. I will be back and will spread the word.

I have been going to Victory since they opened. At the start, I was thoroughly impressed with their great customer service.However, not only did I get scammed out of $300. But since I voiced my concerns about it, I have had nothing but problems with my oil changes and service since then. Chris and Tim still have wonderful customer service to my face, but I have definitely noticed a change in the atmosphere when I walk in, from when I walked in before that specific incident. BUT I am now having to have my oil changed every month (thats abnormal.. maybe my car is burning through oil quickly, or their techs are not doing their jobs), and I have asked for my tires to be checked with inspections... These are clearly NOT being completed because my last oil change; 6/9/2020, the invoice says they inspected my tires, and that they have fair tread on them. There is absolutely no way that my tires were checked. The insides of them have wires completely showing. I do not feel safe returning to this shop at this point, and I am incredibly disappointed in this service.

We pulled off the highway and knew we had a problem. On a trip from Chicago to Minneapolis we had no idea where to turn. We just happened to be close to Victory Automotive and boy am I glad. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. And with their beautiful waiting area, clean restroom, and comfortable chairs we enjoyed our two hours wait. They even provided a loaner car so we could grab lunch for the family. Nice to be reminded of the fact that there are great places like Victory in our world! And special thanks to Mike for making us feel cared for.

I called when they opened without an appointment to have a car inspection. I had to have it done before 9 to buy the car. Victory was able to get me in right away. There service is fast and affordable. On top of that, they are polite and their waiting room is unbeatable.

We had an AMAZING experience with Tim from Victory Automotive. My brothers we’re driving my car home when they hit something and blew out a tire. They were too far away from home to drive home on the spare and needed a tire. It was 5:00 the Friday before the Fourth of July, and we were worried nothing would be open. Tim went above and beyond multiple times to help us. He helped us find a tire to fit our car and stayed late to change it for us. He communicated with us numerous times as the boys were driving to him and after he changed the tire. Cannot thank him enough or stress how much of a life saver he was. Customer service at is finest! While traveling from Michigan to Minnesota my car broke down in Eau Claire. My roadside assistance team asked me if I was okay with being towed to Victory. Not knowing any service centers in the area I agreed. I am so glad this is where we ended up. Understanding my urgency to get moving quickly as I was stranded out of state with my 7 year old, they worked me into the schedule. They were gracious hosts as we waited for service to be completed on my car. They went above and beyond the call of duty giving us a ride to and from the mall to pass the time. Jordan even let me borrow his cell phone charger so I wouldnt be without my cell phone. The waiting room was clean, comfortable & stocked with popcorn & drinks. To say they go the extra mile would be a tremendous understatement. I only wish they were in my neighborhood so I can use them for future repairs.

Tim and Chris made life easy for me. Everything went very smooth. Scheduling was easy and prompt, maintenance and repair suggestions were communicated clearly to me, and the price was very fair. They also have loaner vehicles which makes it easy to drop the car off on a work day! Will be going back in the future!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED and satisfied with the service I have received from Victory Automotive. They were able to find the right part that I needed for my car and repair it the same day that I brought it in! They were quick, friendly, and made sure I was getting the best deal. They even offer car service to and from their shop if you need the help! I highly recommended giving them a visit if you need anything done on your car. My experience was superb! I called on a Monday afternoon asking for a quote. They gave me the most reasonable price AND they could fit me in within a few days. They told me my vehicle would be done Wednesday- I asked if I could drop it off Tuesday instead and asked if they could maybe squeeze me in. They did! EXCELLENT customer service from Tim and the gal at front desk. I highly recommend!

I stopped in without an appointment when i notice the Low Tire Pressure signal on my Navigator. They checked the pressure right away and noticed a screw in one of my tires. As it was end of the day, they got me the soonest appointment the following day. They offered to drop me at home while they did the service if need be. Issue was fixed quickly and the staff was very professional and accommodating!

I’m a customer for life! Short version: went in for an oil change and had an amazing experience. Then I got home and was going to top off my windshield washer fluid. I opened my hood and noted that they had topped it off for me, with no charge and without saying a word about it. I’m left to construe that they are just really genuinely nice, awesome people. Took care of my sons car right away on a Monday morning.

I was driving on the way through to a family trip in the dells when I noticed my brakes grinding & squeaking. I gave Victory a call for an estimate and Jordan was very respectful and pleasant to talk to. When I arrived they were wonderful! Made me feel comfortable in the waiting area & got me in as soon as they could. After they looked it over, I needed to replace more than I expected. Jordan & Mike gave me a visual explanation of the parts, how they work, and why it is important to replace them. They then went above and beyond that and gave me a ride to the mall. Their communication was wonderful; called me with updates and even sent a technician to MN for a part, which is phenomenal. The whole experience was incredible, will definitely be using Victory when I go back home to the twin cities!!

So nice! I called and needed my snow tires put on before a snow storm and they fit me in right away, even offered me a ride home! Waiting room has snacks, hot and cold beverages, and the staff is so personable. Seriously the best place in town!

This automotive establishment has EXCELLENT customer service! I had my car towed to them and found out that it was no longer safe to drive. Although I was upset that I no longer had a car, they made the process as painless as possible. Being a college student and away from my family, they waived the diagnostic fee being they knew I was in a tough spot as well as took care of my car that was no longer safe to drive. I highly recommend this establishment and will be getting future oil changes and repairs if needed. They are friendly, understanding and above all care about their clients. Definitely check them out!

I visited Victory Auto as an emergency visit when I found myself 300 miles away from home and my car started making a scary noise on the freeway. I had my dog with me and was pretty panicky. The staff immediately took a look at my car, discovered it was not serious (only a rattling heat shield...whew!) and my dog and I could continue our trip safely. They were so kind and generous and genuinely cared about both of us (they gave my dog cookies, let me walk her right there at the business, and didnt even charge me!!) Seriously?Thank you all for restoring my faith in people by helping a stranger. I can tell you if I lived nearby, I would look no further for Auto Care. Many many blessings to all of you.

Brought car in not able to drive anymore due to issues they were able to replace everything in a few hours and I had my car for the weekend. They were kind enough to make sure I had a loaner just Incase it wasn’t done until Monday. No hidden charges they told me everything ahead of time. I happened on Victory Automotive when my check engine light came on while I was traveling out of town. They fit me in right away. When it became clear it would not be a quick fix, their service writer went out of the way to help me connect with people on both ends of my trip and get me home safely. They kept in contact with us throughout the repair process, and they offered advice to avoid problems in the future. We were real happy with Victory. If I lived locally this would be my go to auto shop.

My 2004 Jeep would not crank over when I went to leave the Harbor Freight parking lot. After buying some tools and tapping on the starter with a hammer I realized I needed a tow. Every shop I called was booked and could not get to it but Victory said they would squeeze it in. I explained to them I needed it fixed asap as I needed to be at an appointment 60 miles away in 3 hours. They took it right in, diagnose it as bad starter, fixed it asap, and I made it with time to spare! Also took care of the tow by adding it to the bill. I could not be happier. 5 Star all the way.
