Most attractive nail tech/owner. Great service

These guys and girls are the nicest salon I have ever been to. And my pedi made me feel like a new man.There was an older guy veteran in the chair next to me and they put his shoes and socks back on for him. That’s compassion❤️

First and last visit. Atmosphere lacks professionalism. I noticed a nail tech on video call during entire visit. Shouting across salon between nail techs. Not a relaxing environment. Consumers should expect professionalism from staff when patronizing businesses. Consumers please stop spending your hard earned money in establishments like Victoria’s. This behavior is rude and disrespectful to consumers. Not sure why so many ppl accept this behavior. I normally drive to Annapolis for nail care. This week I didn’t feel up to the drive. In the future I will think of this place before I decide against driving to Annapolis. The service was mediocre. Never again.

For years this has been my go to salon. I moved out of the area but when I’m in town and need a manicure and pedicure I always stop by.

I hate to put in a less than stellar review on any business but lately, this place hasnt been what it used to be. I have been going to Victoria Nails for almost 4 years for nails and waxing, and have usually been very pleased with the service although some nail technicians have been better than others. Helen is very sweet and does a very good job with pedicures and manicures.Recently however, I made a wax appointment with J. the owner. I made the appointment over a week ahead with her personally in the store. I saw her put it in the computer. For body waxing she is the only one there that has the experience and ability. A week later I walked in for my appointment and she wasnt there. I was told very casually by one of her employees that she had a family issue. I never received a phone call or any message from her or anyone, telling me she could not be there and asking me if I was willing to reschedule. Nobody in the store seemed to know anything or care. I asked if my appointment was still in the system at the time I set it for, and it was.I find this highly unprofessional and a complete lack of respect for a long time customer. I heard she had been in and out due to family pressures lately, but it does not excuse standing up a customer with no apology or explanation. I understand the pressures of retail business, I had one myself in the past, but I would never do that to a customer who has been patronizing my business for 4 years. Sorry, but I will look for another place for nails and waxing.

I love this place! After receiving a botched nail job at another nail shop, I was referred to Victoria nails by my sister. The service was phenomenal!! Bin the nail tech fixed me right up just like I wanted my nails & he really listened to what I was looking for, very honest & forthcoming & accommodating. I will only come here from now on to get my nails done, forever! Thank you Bin!!!

Under new management! This nail salon is very, very good. I have never been disappointed with the gel nail treatments that I have had there (about 5). The last one was done by an Asian man, Denny, who was very meticulous about my cuticles and nail shaping. He doesnt feel the urge to talk, but, that is okay. I like to relax when I get a manicure anyway. Then, when finished, he gave a great hand massage (as he is a massage therapist). The new owner is sweet! She really pays attention to her guests and makes you feel welcome.

My coworker has been raving about this salon for the longest time and I was curious to see if what she said was true or not. Went in and was really amazed with this salon! Every inch is really spotless. Smells really good. Didnt had a chemical smell lingering in the air. The nail techs are also very friendly and sociable. The nail tech working on my manicure was very gentle with me throughout the process. She would also massage my hand too in between which was awesome! She also would listen to all my requests too and when she was done. My nails looked absolutely gorgeous! I just love it! Really wish I live in the city but, I highly recommend this salon is you live in the area! The services is just amazing!

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure here less than a week ago. My gel manicure is already peeling off. Gel polish usually lasts on me for over a month. The technician didn’t paint close enough to the edges of my nails, and stabbed me multiple times while cutting my cuticles even after being warned to stop. I paid $65 for both services. I pay $50 for both services at the salon I frequent in Washington DC. Stay away from this place.

Thick, fat nails. After 4 days they looked like turtle shells stuck to my fingers. Male tech wasn’t interested in what I was asking for and got a nasty attitude when I was explaining my preferences. I was told to “ask for pretty nail and that’s it”, except he doesn’t do pretty nails.

Omg this place is absolutely amazing they do nails better than in pictures I got my nails done by Janet shes an absolute sweetheart so kind she did them so nicely and was very gentle with my hands this is by far a place to go to for nails and pedicures go see Janet she got you

Went there for the first time this morning with my 8 year old daughter. The experience was wonderful. I get married in 25 days and I was trying out a place to get pampered. The prices are great and the technicians were the best. They treated my daughter like a princess. I will definitely be going there right before my wedding to get a facial and Mani pedi

Best pedi ever. Staff was super nice and it was a very clean, friendly environment. Lots of colors to choose from and very reasonably priced menu of services. Highly recommend!

I love this place!! Every time i go i fall asleep in the chair and i just love it! My favorite part is how Luke (panda) is amazing! He looked up how to do a design for me and i just love the way it turns out! I definetly would tell someone to go there if they were looking for a nail salon!

55 dollars for pink and white nails that were so thick that I couldnt pick anything up. In addition, three of the nails were pointing up, instead of laying flat on my fingers. He was in a hurry and didnt prep my cuticles and placed the nails so they needed an immediate fill-in. They looked awful and I was embarassed. He didnt even put lotion on my hands afterward. Waste of money. I will never go back.

Victoria Nails and Spa have reached my expectation. They are amazing! REally strived for customer satisfaction. When I left Victoria I was hitched. Never going to any other salon. They did a fantastic job on my manicure. The acrylic was nice. She picked me out a nice wonderful color. I am really pleased. Not only does my nails look perfect, but I look even more sexy and confident. An I recommend Victoria to anyone!

I made an appointment for facial. The lady even told me the kinds of facials they had and the prices and when I reached the place, she told me that she didnt have the people to do facial and that they have taken facials off of the list now. Thats how they treat their customers! So disappointed. Will never be going there for any service!

I came in for a mani pedi and only survived half of the experience with all my digits. The woman who gave me my pedicure did an ok job. A very long massage, that was more cursory rubbing than massage. My manicure was done by a different woman and was a disaster. I am wearing two band aids because of it and will be getting a polish change somewhere else tomorrow.

Rude, arrogant, and disrespectful to some people. I was nothing, but nice, but got rude remarks, and even statements about my weight. I will never spend my money on people that act as theyre the customer, and im getting paid to put up with their bs.
