So thankful for their services! Did my eyebrows and acrylic full set. The way this other lady did my eyebrows were ok, but Hannah did an amazing job on my nails! Prices are fair and reasonable.

The first time I visited, my nail tech was great and the nail design was exactly what I asked for! The last two times Ive gone, in the middle of doing my nails theyd switch techs. It seems because only certain people can do eyebrows or whatever the case and a customer would come in and need it. The paint jobs have jobs have gotten worse; Ive only done 1 color with no design. I got my nails done two days ago, gel polish and its already chipping. Also, I have gotten the same service the last two times and was charged two different prices.

I went here with my mom to get a fill. My moms nails were done well but mine were very rushed. She handled my nails very roughly and left me with cuts on my cuticles. There was gel nail polish left of the outside of my nails along with acrylic powder. Very sloppy. My mom has paid before I could show her my nails. She saw them and wanted a refund. Immediately the lady that did my nails started saying she did a great job and was yelling at me and my mom. My moms nail tech apologized but said she couldn’t refund our money. The lady refused to give me a managers number she said they didn’t have a manger or owner. My moms nail tech wasn’t talking either but she offered to fix my nails. I said I didn’t have time today because I needed to pick up my sister from school. My nail lady followed us around the store harassing us yelling at us and getting the other customers involved (which agreed the nails looked sloppy) and even went far enough to follow us to our car and get in our faces with her phone to take pictures of us and our license plate. Very unprofessional. My mom told her she would be calling up her credit card company to have it refunded and the lady called the police on us. The police informed us that if we weren’t satisfied with the service we shouldn’t have to pay or should be given a refund. Just like if you aren’t satisfied with a good you can return it. The lady refused. Ultimately my mom received her money back from her credit card company. Terrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

The nail techs are very good at what they do!

Run fast away from this nail salon. Very unprofessional, I took my daughter here to get her nails done they left acrylic and nail polish all over her skin. I spent $40 which is way overpriced for the crappy job that they did. The very next day took her to another Nail salon to have them redone and they asked her where she got her nails done previously she refused to tell them but they did say that she was going to have to be there a while to fix what they’ve done. Money down the drain

I got a gel manicure here and it was awful. It has been less than a week and they are already peeling. They also cut my finger when cleaning my cuticles. The esthetician was very kind and friendly, however, that does not make up for the fact that I paid $30 for a manicure that is already ruined. Very unhappy. My friends have also had similar experiences.

They are really nice and I havent had any problems with my nails when I go there. Ive gone to several other salons in the area and always come back to PL Nails in Forks.

I got my eyebrows waxed here and was disgusted. I laid down in the back and they did the waxing and when I got up and looked at the waxing station it was covered in hair. I think I threw up in my mouth when I saw it. I dont know why I was so oblivious before I laid down. I pay extra attention now.
