HORRIBLE SERVICE!I scheduled a appointment for 1:30 arrived at 1:20 and didn’t get serviced till after 40 minutes of waiting. when we arrived we were placed in the pedicure stations to prepare us but two females walked in for a pedicures and they were serviced before us (without a scheduled appointment), we sat in cold water while being ignored for 40 minutes. the gentleman that did my pedicure did a amazing job and extremely professional.. unfortunately I was sat with Ryan for my full set, I came with a image of what I wanted from length to color and design. I told him to cut it exactly as the nails in the image and he proceeded to raise his voice at me and cut them way too short. $110 for extremely short nails and no design and a regular manicure with no gel. If you want a place that is able to recreate nails or give you good service for poc this place isn’t for you.

Horrible. I made an appointment for 12pm. Sat in the water For 40 minutes, until my nails were able to be done. My feet For all prickly. Then, I was sent to another chair to get my nails done. I stood there for another 30 until I was seen. And in the in between Ryan was bouncing between three people. I let him know it was extremely unprofessional. That they’re taking on way too many people than they can handle and he was dismissive. Immediately told two clients to wait only a little bit when they were already way in over their heads. I was there from 12PM-3PM. To add, Nothing was cleaned after he was done with me. He stored it in the drawer and went on to the next client and used the same utensils. My nails are not smooth at all. I’m extremely unhappy. I hope he doesn’t come on here saying he’s sorry and would like to help because I told him all of this and he dismissed it on the spot and I still paid full price. Don’t comment.

Ryan is the best. I got a full set with gel, a gel pedicure and my eyebrows done and when I told Ryan what I was there for he said he would make sure I left feeling like a new woman and he came through. I love my nails and toes, everything came out the way I like and Cindy did such a great job on my eyebrows and she lets you check them while she is doing it so you can make sure you like them. Ryan was so sweet and the conversation was nice, it was a very relaxing experience and I love how friendly everyone is. They have a lot of regulars, so that made me feel good. Definitely found my place and will not being going anywhere else.

Ryan is the BEST! I’ve been coming here since they opened in 2018 and I’ve never once been disappointed! All the staff are friendly and Ryan is HILARIOUS! Always makes for an entertaining time rather than just sitting in silence. I’ve seen him fix nails that other places messed up several times as well. Those people never leave disappointed, either! Highly recommend! This is pink dip powder 22 with tiger’s eye 8! He suggested it, I tried it, and I’m obsessed! Thanks so much! ❤️

Ryan was very polite and also can multi-task. We came in for 2 pedicures one gel one clear polish. We paid $70 for this service. He gave a great massage, but I prefer more cuticle cleaning(personally Im someone whos cuticles grow to fast and under my big toe nail sides, so if you dont get in there they will hurt) All in all good service this morning. No appointment was needed. I called and walked in 10min later to be attended. I would call to book for busier days. Thank you for a great experience.

How much does personality in your nail artist mean to you? So many people want my business, so for me, it ranks high up there. The gentleman who does nails at T&Y, probably the owner, have it in spades. He was very involved with the consumer from the moment we stepped into the Salon. He was happy, positive and warm. He was attentive and kept the customer engaged through their process. Ive enjoyed watching him work, I decided to get my nails done. His friend, she was pleasant and did a beautiful job on my nails. The environment was very relaxing. It was a nice treat for myself! The downfall - the speak in their Native language to each other through out the visits. If that bothers you, oh well. Your choice.

Confused as to how this place can receive good reviews. I watched them reuse tools without sanitization. My acrylic gel nail broke next day Bc the layer of acrylic was way too thin and my toe polish (gel) is literally peeling off. I’ve been getting gel nails and toes for many years in other places and they have never peeled once, they usually last over a month!!!! Even longer if I didn’t want color changes. $95 dollars later for nothing because now I have to go get it redone elsewhere. Never again.

They’re super nice and do a great job. I’ve only seen the same two people in there working, so there is typically a long wait. But once they start you they’re very efficient and skilled.

I go to this nail salon everything other week and never have a problem but I went here a couple weeks ago and the lady that does toes did my nails to. She did my toes perfectly but She did my nails poorly. My nails started breaking a couple days after getting them done. The gel was so thick and looked a mess. I recommend if you go here get Ryan. He is amazing, so friendly and really cares about his clients and work. Him and the other lady are the only reason I go here.

Their nails were pretty nice but I had an appointment at 3:30 and there was so many people they didn’t start on me till 4:30. I had plans around 5 and it basically made me cancel my evening.

The acrylic is not smooth, almost all of the nails have bumps on them, I got a glitter polish and could have definitely used a few more coats and she didn’t paint all the way down to the bottom of the nail so there’s this weird gap, the woman who did my Nails cut my toe And also my fingernail

7/14/20 (very safe with Covid-19 procedures)I had a wonderful experience here! I got a pedicure and a manicure from here (thanks Ryan!)They were so kind and took their time. One of the best gel manicures I’ve ever gotten.

It was my first ever manicure and I had an amazing experience thanks to Ryan:) I was very relaxed the entire time and would definitely recommend coming here if you want quality work done

Not so good, we had 2 appointments for 10:30 got there waited for about 15 minutes there were only two people doing nails and pedicures and 3 clients ahead of us. Please dont make appointments if you dont have the employees to handle it.

I called at 10am and I was given a 2pm for a gel pedi aire and gel fill in. 4:25pm and the pedi is now done. Still no fill and 7 people have come in and have been serviced since I walked in. I waited patiently and they continue to take clients while some of us sit here and wait.This was my first and sadly my last time here. Don’t give a client an appt. time and continue to take walk-ins and phone calls and then have the scheduled clients wait. That is rude and unprofessional. I was the fifth person to walk out in 2 1/2 hours.

I absolutely love Ryan! He is my new best friend! I give him ideas and he creates magic every single time! Cindy is very sweet and kind. I’m so glad I found them.

This is a great place to get your nails the owner Ryan and his wife Cindy are the greatest they make your nail look amazing and they make you feel welcome in there place of business. This is a great salon! Moved to the area and so glad we stopped. Not only are they professional and very accommodating, but the staff are great with kids! The salon has a vast array of services from waxing, mani/pedis to pink & white, and ombré full sets which look amazing 🤩 I’m in love mine!! Went for a girls day out and so glad we came. Good nail salons that arent crazy expensive are hard to find. My former go-to salon closed, so I was weary about finding a new place to go. SO happy I found T&Y Nails!! All of them do fabulous work, and the designs are absolutely beautiful. From my first visit they were so helpful and polite, especially in choosing what kind of services I needed. My nails would normally break or chip after a week at other places I went, so I switched to the gel and wow what a difference! I can go a month without refill if I cant make it in earlier, and theyre still perfect. Each time I go back theyre so nice and cheerful, and they actually remember you and care about how your day was. This salon is the fastest and most efficient place Ive ever gone to. The hand massage and hot towel at the end is a serious bonus, I always feel fantastic when I leave! I cant say enough nice things about this place, youll have to go for yourself, and they also are one of the few places that offer rewards for continued appointments with them! I was amazed after just a few visits I got an extra 10% off to use, and the more you go the more points you rack up. Hands down the friendliest, fastest, most budget friendly salon I have ever been to in the area! Highly recommend to anyone wanting quality work without breaking the bank.

Seriously unimpressed. Went for a Mani and pedi about 2 months ago. The ladies who did our Mani/pedi were not friendly or professional. They were in a very big hurry and left quickly, my cuticles were jagged and I got many hangnails because they werent trimmed properly. They also didnt file properly and my nails caught on any kind of fabric. The salon was outdated and seemed dingey. Have been going elsewhere since.

They took me last minute and he did an amazing job love them . I felt bad I stopped him from getting medicine from cvs, I really appreciate his time and I will be a repeat customer. 💅

I don’t know who tf did my acrylic nails but they started falling off after a week. They started hurting so bad i had to go get them professionally removed at another salon and they were shocked to see the state of my nails. My one nail was so sore I couldn’t even move my finger, and it was hard for the nail tech to remove the acrylic from my nail bed. Not only did the lady who attended me here do a horrible job, but the entire time I had to keep telling her to straighten out the acrylics bc they were so crooked; she was lazy and not attentive at all. I will never come back to this nail salon ever again. The workers are unprofessional. The one man who works there kept calling his client a “sexy lady” and making inappropriate and uncomfortable jokes about his love life. This salon is unprofessional and not worth your time and money I recommend you seek another salon for a better experience because this one isn’t it :)

I was very pleased with my service here. Everyone was friendly and kind. I went in for a set of acrylic nails. I was just a walk-in, but I was seated promptly, given a complimentary bottle of water and had my purse hung up for me as well. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and thats exactly what I got. The quality was superb and I was in and out within probably 30 minutes! It was well worth the money and I would definitely go here again!

I love them been going here for 2 years, was sad when Covid closed them, but now that they’re back and open I’m glad to give my service back. Love these guys always with the new trends !

Came here yesterday with a friend for the first time. She got a manicure and I got an acrylic refill and a color change. The whole experience was so great! My nails look great and I love the color. The staff was friendly and cool. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have been to this salon 2 times since it opened recently and I am going back for a 3rd time. I had a pedicure and a acrylic refill. One of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Most other salons, this pedicure would be considered a spa pedicure. Excellent job on y acrylic fill ins. No chipping or lifting after almost 3 weeks. The salon is also very clean. The staff is very friendly and gentle on my fingers and toes. Prices are very affordable. Highly recommend salon.

Had a wonderful pedicure with foot and leg massage complete with hot stones and gentle care, all while getting a great chair massage and listening to classical music. I was offered a cold drink of water and really relaxed under this Paradise atmosphere.
