I called for a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in. Kelly did my full set and was fast friendly and did lovely work. The staff was happy and helping each other out and chatting with customers. It was a great experience and I’m looking forward to going back.

Made an appointment through Booksy for a full set with gel polish. I was directed back to the gentleman at station 10. Right away he let me know I was his last appt of the day and after me, he could leave. From the jump, he was aggressive with the electric file, and was not at all careful with where he was going and how hard he was pressing.After applying the acrylic, he used a pointed attachment on the file to clean underneath the tips, causing multiple fingers to bleed. He was also aggressive with the regular file shaving away skin on several fingers as shown below. The file also appeared to have been used on several other guests, so I’m hoping nothing will become infected.Throughout the appointment, the gentleman also asked me to turn around and check the time, and told me he had an appointment to get to at 3:00. You can see in the pictures the shape of the nails are not consistent, and the color looks different on each hand. Sloppy and careless.When I went to pay, I was told the price was $50 although the cost that was shown on Booksy said $35. Even if I misunderstood, and there was an additional $10 charge for gel, I’m not sure where they got the $50?I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, and I wish I could find even one positive thing to say. Based on other reviews, it sounds like there are many good techs at this salon, but I am so disgusted by my experience it would be hard for me to return even to someone else. Poor quality, poor service, terrible experience.

Had a spa pedicure and an acrylic fill by Sammy. He did an amazing job, I am thrilled about how my nails turned out! I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be back!

Its beautiful in there! They have the colors all displayed when you come in and nice tile floors and comfy chairs. The guy I had was hilarious and so nice. He did a great job on my nails. Ill definitely be coming back!

I came in with outgrown nails that looked better than this. I was so appalled when I walked out and saw how thick my nails where. I had my nails done by the guy at station 10. They applied the acrylic so thick and did not do a good job filling or shaping. Will not be coming back. I also had a pedicure done by a woman there and it was fantastic, but I was so upset after my gel fill that I will not go back. Save yourself the money and time.

First visit today and I am definitely going back. Great service. Very relaxed pedicure-I’m pretty sure I dozed off. Highly recommend!!!

Unless you have the entire day to waste waiting to get your nails done, do not come here. To start, there was an unfriendly male receptionist who did not even ask for my name and told me to have a seat. I made an appointment for 12 and then waited 25 minutes, was sat in a chair and waited an extra 10 minutes with no one even starting my nails, so I left. I wish they would honor appointments because like most people I have other things to do that are time sensitive. You’re better off going over to any other salon in Bethlehem.

Had a fabulous gel mani with Chi. Great work on 2 repairs; they look and feel natural. The only reason for 4 star is 30 minute wait with an appointment. Overall very happy. Will be back.

They do nice work, and I have spent hundreds of dollars here between my daughter and I. I always make an appointment as we are all so busy, they are never on time. Even with an appointment they run more than 15 minutes late. Every. Time.

This was my first visit to Luxury Nails. Let me just say Wow! I dragged my husband along and we got the deluxe pedicure. It was very relaxing and definitely worth every penny.

I don’t understand why this salon is highly rated. Every time I made an appointment I still ended up waiting 30+ minutes before my services were started. Yes, even with an appointment! Also they reuse their gloves and the pedicure sink plastic liners. How is that sanitary?! That’s disgusting! Stop being cheap and replace your gloves and the pedicure liners. I wonder if they even sanitize the tools they use. Never saw it being taken out of sterile plastic like other salons do. 🤢🤮

Asked for a nail art design and was told it could be done. Another customer came in early for their appointment in the middle of my appointment, so I was rushed out with a completely different design. The nail tech also seemed visibly upset and unhappy about being stuck doing my nails the entire time she worked on them. I can understand being busy and potentially understaffed or something, but I spent $100 (plus tip!) for several services only to 1. not get what I paid for and 2. be treated like an after thought. I dont have that kind of money to just spend incorrectly, or give to people who dont care

I have been searching forever to find a good place to go that’s reasonably priced and friendly. The gentleman I had was so friendly he talked to me and held conversation and didn’t make me feel awkward. I will absolutely be returning without a second thought! I have been getting my nails done for over 8 years with Luxury Nails and will not go anywhere else. I have followed them from the mall, to the Phillipsburg location and even this Easton location. My girl Chi is here but both locations are excellent, clean, professional, and they treat me like family. This is the ONLY place I will get my nails done.

Called ahead to check wait time(there was none) and had to wait 45 mins to get a chair. Spa pedicure felt rushed. Massage was great but the rest of the pedicure did not live up to luxury standards.

Kelly is so sweet and I love my gel nails. The spa pedicure was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend the salon.

Visited Luxury Nails Bar for the first time today and was so impressed! I went for a pedicure and was assisted immediately upon entry. The staff is very friendly and professional! Though I didn’t take advantage to one of the main luxuries offered, the wine bar seems like a great touch! What’s better than being pampered along with a glass of wine!? Price is extremely reasonable for the services offered. Did I mention Netflix on the TV for you to choose what relaxation program you add for your stay? I’m hoping to share how amazing this place is and for everyone to check it out, you will not be disappointed!

I went in today, the day before thanksgiving and they were amazing. They got both my sister and I in last minutes and we both got full sets done with tips and gel. Then I also got a gel pedicure. Jimmy and Kelly were amazing as they did our nails. Another lady did my pedicure which was also fantastic but I forgot to ask her name. They offered us water to drink and the controller to watch whatever our hearts pleased on Netflix. The massage chairs were really relaxing and the staff is very kind. 10/10 experience they definitely meet up to all the good reviews they already have and I was not disappointed. This was my first time at this nail salon, and it was the BEST experience. I have tried so many different nail salons throughout the lehigh valley, and I was trying to find my go to/nail salon home, and I have officially found it. The staff is so kind and friendly, they were all phenomenal with my services. I cannot say enough good things about this salon, and I cannot wait to come back for my next appointment!

This place WAS great when they had their 20% off sale, they had the best prices in town and their mani pedis were good, but for the same price as every other nail salon in town they are not all that... there are d&k nails has the same prices as luxury nails bar and they do a better job. if they would have kept the prices at 20% off they would have been the best in town but, there’s nothing special about this place anymore.. taking my business elsewhere and pretty disappointed

Beautiful nail salon with friendly technicians who are thorough and quick but very attentive to detail. This was my first time here for a gel mani and natural pedi. They did an amazing job! They are also doing a great job screening for covid- temp checks, masks required by all, and a waiver.

I have been been coming here ever since this location opened, but this past Saturday I brought my kids here and we didn’t have a good experience. First I’d issue is why do you all park right your cars right in front of the doors? I think customers should have the convenience of getting the option to park in front of the doors, but that’s neither here nor there.Secondly, both of my daughters had a woman who I haven’t seen around before and she painted their nails very sloppy. My other daughter asked for yellow nail polish and she didn’t get a white base and I’ve gotten yellow polish several times to know a white base goes down first. Both Kelly and Chi both said “no, no, no, we don’t do that but then had her do it”! But I’m like if you don’t do that why change your policy and do it? My daughter’s were so sloppy, I’m glad I had came and checked on them. The lady has really did 3 coats of yellow polish and thought it was ok. I’m not even a nail technician and I knew it wasn’t ok. Long story short we’re going to go back to where we were going before Luxury came into the area. Every there is super sweet and it’s very clean, but I want to get what I’m paying for! All the best!

This is a great place that just opened recently. The facility is beautiful and very large which makes it easy to socially distance during these COVID times. They have great service and do great manicures. My gel polish lasts over 2 weeks. Highly recommend, they also have a location in Phillipsburg, NJ.

Kelly and her husband Conan both run Luxury Nails Bar here in Easton and the one in Phillipsburg. I have been getting my nails done by Kelly since they opened Luxury Nails in thePhillipsburg Mall. Now they opened one in Phillipsburg that her husband runs and Kelly is here in this one in Easton. I live in NJ but Ill be coming to this one in Easton where Kelly is. She is the best doing my nails the way I love them and great nail art. The others working her are very professional and doing nails, pedicures, waxing. This new place does many other things that all women can have done at one time. Its decorated very modern and top of the line equipment. I felt so relaxed and spoiled by the great way I was cared for. This place has all covid-19 protections for everyone to be protected. I will be coming here always and I highly recommend Luxury Nail Bar.
