Needed a new HVAC system and quoted the job out to numerous companies. Comfort Solutions was by far the best service, knowledge, price and turn around time among the competitors. Matt did a superb job from the sales side; he informed me of everything from beginning to end and even followed up after the install was completed. In addition, he provided me with all the proper rebates and documentation to get even further savings. On the Install; John was awesome as well, super friendly and knowledgeable. He installed the furnace, condenser coil and AC unit. Everyone was onetime, respectful and spent ample time making sure everything was setup correctly. Im really impressed with service all around and really happy I made the decision to choose Comfort Solutions for this job. I just went with this company a year ago when my 22yr. old unit went...it was frustrating (during covid) to get someone available & a replacement...I called Comfort Solutions & they couldnt have been more helpful...very professional (with a hometown feel- you actually talk to a person!)... new unit was up & running within 10 days...very pleased!...had my first maintenance check(with Paul)...he was timely, professional & personable...time will tell...I hope as they grow they continue to maintain their high standards.

They are coming on Monday, Sept. 20 to put in a new a/c system. So far, best company I have ever dealt with. Brain was great at explaining and showing me everything. He is a keeper for your company. then Matt came the next day. Also a great experience and helped me select the best unit for me. They were on time, courteous, and very efficient as they tore out the old furnace and installed the new furnace, kept me informed as they went along, and had me to down to basement to see what they had done. They explained the new features they also installed as well as how to use them. They alerted me they were starting up the unit and there might be a little smoke and smell both of which would go away. They were more than polite and answered any and all of my questions. I was very, very pleased with their work, professionalism, and how they handled moving around in the house wherever they needed to go with a friendly but large barking dog who was wagging his tail all the time. We had no problems at all. They finished everything, made sure all was cleaned where they worked and moved from the outside door to the basement. The office staff and sales representative were equally outstanding, answered everything my wife and I asked and most importantly kept their word. What they said they do they did. I had comfort solutions install a new heat pump and air handler. The process was professional and they were able to meet the requirements I requested. John and Israel did an excellent job installing the equipment. They left the house in immaculate condition. It was an extremely clean and professional job. I was thoroughly impressed with this company as well as the person who came to assist us with our issue. I called them at 8:30am and spoke with Karen who was incredibly helpful over the phone. I explained the issue and she told me the approximate time of when someone would arrive. Very shortly after that conversation, I received a call from Brian who told us that he would be on his way over to us shortly. He was courteous and kind to us as he efficiently found out what the issue was, resolved as much as he was able to at the time, and gave us several options for what we would need to do to next. He took videos and photos of all of the issues, broke everything down in detail to my boyfriend and I which we both appreciated greatly. We got estimates from Matt and we will definitely be moving forward with this company in the near future!

John and Izzy were right on time and worked methodically as a team to complete the installation of new coils and a condenser unit. There were a couple of real challenges. First, the new coils were larger than the old ones which meant there would need to be some serious problem solving in terms of how to fit in my legacy humidifier. After acing that, John indicated hed never met one he couldnt tackle. We also had to replace the furnace flue piping which were somewhat rotted after 26 years. No problem at all. Id recommend CS and commend John and Izzy on their professionalism, attention to detail, and overall competency! Thanks guys!

I must say that this company is truly a professionally run operation. From call to the receipt! The operator, return call to set appointment, time to actual appointment, service person, keeping me informed of the process, duration of service, accuracy of diagnosis, and completion of work done, was highly appreciated and set the bar for other HVAC company’s to follow. The receipt details all of what was done and easy to understand verbiage. This crew should be commended for their work and professional attitude towards the customers. I clearly understand there’s always room for improvement, however I’m not sure of where they may improve due to them meeting what was expected and more. Brian did a terrific job. He was polite and efficient. My only complaint is have to pay extra to have my drip tube cleaned on one of my inverters. This I would assume is part of the cleaning he was performing. I paid it but I’m not happy.

The air conditioning had failed. Comfort solutions sent out two techs to confirm the problem. It was a faulty condenser. They listed the options and made an effort to keep costs down. Ultimately, I decided to replace the unit.The workmen arrived precisely on time and worked with considerable focus until the installation was completed. During the installation they also removed some relict equipment, rearranged some wiring, and installed a safety switch on the condensate unit.I am quite satisfied with Comfort Solutions.

Our air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days,....of course. I called and they were able to come out same day, unlike the other 2 places places I tried to call first. The guy that came was super friendly, and luckily didnt mind my young dog wanting to follow him everywhere 😂. Was a quick fix, and so thankful to have AC again! Deff recommend. I will say that I do think its better to call then to try to contact through their website, I got a quicker response when I called.

I appreciated the same day service, and believe the technician did a good and careful job. But he was unable to find and diagnose any problem. Our AC unit will still not cool below 77 degrees (so I think something is wrong with it) and I dont think I should have been charged a diagnostic fee of $109 when there was no diagnosis.

Tim and Damon replaced our air conditioner and did a great job. They were professional, polite and did not leave a mess for us to clean up. They worked great as a team and answered all of our questions. They had to go up and down the stairs many times to carry parts and worked on a hot day. I honestly dont know how they did it. Paul Wightman showed up right on time, and spent nearly two hours diagnosing and fixing our A/C. That was two hours outside, in 90+ degree weather. He fixed the outside unit, got the A/C working again and also took the time to explain to me which parts failed and why. Very helpful.

We recently had Comfort Solutions diagnose and fix a problem with our HVAC system. They responded the same day - no other service we tried could schedule us for several days - and even arrived before they scheduled time. Tate was very courteous and professional, and diagnosed the problem quickly. We were extremely pleased with their service and plan to sign up for a maintenance contract.

AC began failing on Sunday afternoon, 6/6 and was reported wit details to phone dispatch. I told them a Monday repair would be acceptable. I was contacted early Monday to let me know the time window. Arrival was actually prior to the window and repairs were dianosed and repaired promptly. Paul was extremely professional and handled the task as well as could be expected. System has been working efficiently since the repair. My only negative would be the cost ($60 part) of the labor portion since it took less than an hour. Contract savings are not very obvious to me.On 8/24, a similar AC problem occurred and was reported with details on a phone recording. A prompt morning call got me an early appt. for the repair. The repair was achieved in a timely manner by the technician.

Service technician Tate was on time, courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem and just as quickly replaced the faulty capacitor and my A/C was up & running. Also, called at 4:15 pm on Wed & my appointment was scheduled for the following day between 8-9 am. The best two other companies could do was 3-4 days.

Comfort Solutions is the most professional, competent and responsive team of HVAC employees I have dealt with in a very long time. Karen in the office was a pleasure to deal with, and set up the initial consult.Matt Boatner came out, assessed my heating/cooling needs, and gave the best possible recommendation for my home, which is built on a slab. He promptly addressed any questions and concerns I had..John, Rany, Habib and Tate installed the indoor/outdoor units, and replaced the existing duct work. They did a tremendous job removing the old system, replacing it with a heat pump as well as new duct work. Given my house configuration, it was heavy, tedious, physical work and they did it without one bit of complaint, or damage to my property, which I have experienced in the past. When the unit arrived and malfunctioned, they immediately ordered another unit and had it replaced as quickly as possible. Their experience, knowledge and hard work was invaluable..If you are in search of a great company to address your needs, Comfort Solutions should be at the top of your list.
