It took a day longer than expected and the new furnace is smaller than the one that was replaced.

Eddie also shows up on time! He is very friendly and polite and knows exactly what he is doing! I have been extremely happy with every visit he has made to service or replace parts in my Bosch. He definitely know what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

We had our furnace go down after an unexpected oil delivery clogged up the nozzles. Nathan came out at 8pm and completely serviced the furnace and got it going again. And he thoroughly cleaned up after working in our pantry. Left at 9:30 at night. Super nice guy and did what was needed on the spot. Even had all the correct parts with him. Would use again.

Worst decision I ever made was having a brand new unit installed by this company. It’s broken down every winter. It’s literally 8 years old and they want me to buy another new one from them. Crazy. I’ll take my business somewhere else. The people that take the calls are so arrogant and rude. Money pit, that’s what this company is.
