We placed an emergency call for our friends who were without air conditioning on a very hot and humid day. Had an issue with my boiler caused by a mistake made by a Chimney Company. Contacted Fields on a Sunday and they were able to come out that Monday and completely clean out the boiler and got it back online. The tech that came out actually was the tech who installed the system in the house 8 years ago, so he knew the entire system. The guys who came out were knowledgeable and professional. I’ve worked with contractors for almost 15 years working with my Dad as an Electricians helper, these guys know their stuff.

Called for a service due to selling my house. Buyers wanted a check on my systems for a VA loan. Fields Service sent a guy out the morning after I talked to the owner(unbelievable). I have a little bit of an older Central Air System. Its always hard to find a good service company that is wiling to work with units they did not install. Most companies want to immediately push a new unit. I needed an emergency call and they were here within 3 hours. I got up this morning not knowing how or when I was going to get my furnace serviced. I made several calls to different heating and oil companies. All have refused service cause I wasnt a regular customer or they were booked until Feb. Fields Service Inc agreed to service my furnace. Yes!! Their tech Chris was very professional. He explained the issue with the furnace, show me what parts was needed in order to get it operating and fixed it. He even went beyond to give tips on how to keep my furnace running well through the winter . The cost of service was not bad as well.

My Husband and I had the happy experience of Fields employees in our home for 3 /4 days. The men are hard workers doing theirs jobs without socializing. They explain what they are doing and why. If plan A doesnt fit, no problem, there is always plan B. Recently, working in our home in the heat, Fields workers climbed into the attic and crawl spaces to complete the job. What honest, hard-working men completing their jobs, and not bothering to complain.! They clean-up every day. Wipe their feet and when necessary cover their shoes with paper booties. I am super pleased with the service we received from Fields. We just bought our house in January and in October we realized there was a problem with our furnace.We called a company that was recommended to us. They came in and quoted us about $1400 to repair but said our furnace is about 20 years old so we should replace it rather than invest in the repairs.We scheduled several companies to quote the replacement of our furnace, which is a huge expense for us as new first time home owners. Although Fields also could see that replacing was reasonable, they were the only ones to suggest that repair may not be out of our reach.It was going to be a low of 15 degrees and we were worried. Replacing the furnace wouldnt get us heat in time. Fields came out the same day, restored our heat and charged us what we considered to be reasonable. Thank you for keeping my family warm!

Casey (who is Kens son at Fields Service) did a beautiful job installing a propane powered room heater. He ran the propane line from the ceiling of the garage into the sun room, installed the flu to vent the heater and it both looks great and works perfectly. The gas line is essentially invisible and the heating unit itself is mounted ideally. This is by far the best HVAC company Ive ever dealt with they do great work and leave everything spotless and working great

We purchased a house with a unit that was recently installed by Fields Service. The unit failed due to a manufacturing defect. Fields stood by their work and made sure the parts were covered under warranty. They went above and beyond to stand behind their work. Chris was the tech who came out and he was great. Impressed with FSI as always. The AC quit out during a heat wave. I called Fields and spoke with Casey. He was at the house in 30 min. An hour later, he had diagnosed the problem, had the correct part with him in the truck, made the repair and had the system running again. So refreshing to have that kind of service!

We had a stainless steel chimney liner installed on our three story house. They were in and out in just a few hours and were courteous and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work as well as their price.

We found Fields Service about 8 yrs ago and have been loyal customers ever since. Quality work at fair prices. Our most recent service checkup went well, as they typically do. Never up-sold on parts, etc that I dont need nor are we ever pressured to non-routine services. Total services weve used them for are blown in insulation, complete HVAC replacement (old home that was about 20yrs old at the time), gas range installation, and most recently annual service checks of our AC and Forced Air furnace. The techs are always friendly, easy to talk to and ask general questions for things that I can do to help ensure our systems run smoothly.

I called Fields in the morning to let them know my A/C was not working properly. Casey was out to assess the problem shortly thereafter. By early afternoon he located the part we needed and had us up and running for a reasonable price. They are my go-to guys for HVAC!

We experienced an issue resulting in a loss of heat, sporadically throughout the course of about 2 weeks. While not directly their fault, Field’s Service has assisted us to the end! They ran various diagnostics, educated us on what to ask our local gas and boiler companies. After it was all said and done, it turned out the boiler company had a recall on the computer board and failed to take measures in alerting their consumers. On one of the coldest winters our boiler kept quitting and after numerous emergency calls to the company we were using, coming out, trying but not finding or fixing the problem, found FSI who specializes in dealing with our heating system. They immediately found, repaired and fixed the problem. Not knowing that if we would’ve kept trying to work with the incompetent other company, they would’ve ruined our oil heating system! Used FSI for all cleanings and repairs ever since. Won’t use another company ever! Their many years of knowledge and experience are unbeatable, not to mention there availability and great customer service!
