I came in to get my LCD screen fixed and David was incredibly helpful! He tried everything he could and was incredibly patient. He really tried to problem solve to help fix my screen, so I appreciate the effort. I really appreciate his ability to continue to take care of my phone while giving attention to other customers that came in. David provided some great advice for what I could do with my phone (unfortunately the screen was beyond replacing). Davids excellent customer service will bring me back to Ekowireless at Northgate Mall and tell my friends about it. Thank you David!

I went in to look for a charger and buy a phone case for my android. I just wanted a speedy process. The get in, buy what you need, and get out, kind of experience. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and assisted by Hugo. He asked me what kind of phone I had, and knew exactly what direction to point me in. He showed me all of the available cases for my phone and throughout the entire process he enticed me with witty conversation and mediocre yet hilarious jokes. All in all, I had a good experience visiting eko wireless. Now every time I go to Northgate, I stop by just to say hello :)

I always receive the best customer service from ekowireless. I feel like the employees there have my best interest at heart and are extremely professional at their job. All around great store.

Had my screen replaced somewhere else a while ago. Went here with a battery & camera problem. Showed me the problem was the previous place had left the camera disconnected and replaced the battery. Very good service and reasonable pricing!

Went and got my screen fixed and it was doing good but the next day it was typing by itself. Good customer service though but I wouldn’t get my screen repaired there anymore!

Very shady place to get your phone fixed. I went there to get a battery and charging port replaced on my iPhone and turns out they never replaced the battery, and they gave me a used charging port. I did not watch them repair my phone, but after I took it from them I continued to have the same problems I was having. So I took it to another repair shop and they opened the phone right in front of me. They explained and showed me that the previous shop that worked on it tried to pull the battery out and when they couldnt get it out they left it in and the charging port they replaced in my phone was used or possible not even replaced as well. Refused to give me my money back and said that they use quality parts and offered to change the battery. IF YOU COULDNT GET THE BATTERY OUT THE FIRST TIME WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I WOULD EVEN LET YOU OPEN MY PHONE AGAIN!? I made a mistake and thinking I would get it done cheap, never again.

Went to Ekowireless to get a phone case and the employee was very patient and helpful in helping me find a case that matched my needs and fit in my price rage. I will definitely be back!

Fast phone screen replacement at a great price

Walked in was received in with a friendly greeting the employee helped me in choosing an unlocked iPhone and had very helpful assistant who gladly offered to place my screen protector while the other employee rung me out. Thank you guys!
