Absolutely horrible experience thus far. I brought my phone in to them in late May, because it wouldn’t turn on, paid for them to order the charging port. After a week I called to see if the part had come in, the person working couldn’t find it, and I was told I would receive a call back from the person who initially ordered it. I never received a call back. I called back a few days later and was told that they had “forgot” to order the part, and that they would be reordering it now. Few more weeks past, no calls, I call back again to find if I can finally bring my phone to be fixed. Turns out, they ordered the wrong part, and I have to wait again. They finally tell me they have the correct part on July 31st when I call, still no call from them. I live over an hour from their shop, and have explained that multiple times. I call Monday to make sure it’s a good time to come in and am told that there’s nobody there that can work on it, and someone might be coming in later today, at a vague time. I finally get it out of them that the guy would be there at 2 and I could come collect my phone at 3 or 4. Low and behold when I call at 5, it’s still not finished, I’m told it’ll be another hour. When I arrive at the shop at 8PM it’s still not ready, and I’m told he has to finish fixing a phone before mine. This man got there at 1PM and his first priority was not to fix a phone that had been waiting for 2 months. He finally finished fixing it half an hour later. The phone turned on to show a low battery, the person who fixed the phone told me that was fine, to let it charge overnight and it would be alright in the morning. It is still not turning on. I called today and was again told that nobody could work on my phone, couldn’t speak to a manager, couldn’t speak to an owner, nothing. I am going in to the shop today to see if they are going to resolve the problem. I am exhausted by this process, and the absolutely disgusting lack of anything resembling customer service.

I would recommend this phone repair Services they are honest and efficient it took 45 minutes to a hour for them to complete my service I have been a customer for almost 2 years and I’m so happy with my service

The minute I came through the door Aidan customer service was on point he was friendly and listened to my problem about my iPhone. He basically gave me the price and time right away that what I call fast service. While waiting a had a question and Michael was good assistants to my questions about my iPhone. They were both great! Good customer service! I recommend this phone repair store!

This is my third time going to this place the one in Durham and I highly recommend them they fix my phones without no issues very polite Aiden customer service all-around great service… They has really good prices you can’t be the price… The best prices in town and quality is great… but I have a really big problem with breaking my phone… but they are always my number one place to go to and I highly recommend them

Phone Repair Zone and the repair tech Michael did a great job replacing the front and rear screens on my sons iPhone XR. I dropped it off right before closing and picked it up the next day. Awesome job and good price. I called 7 other places before I went to phone repair zone. Im happy with my phone and repair price and will definitely go back to Michael and phone repair zone when I need another repair.

Michael was really wonderful with my little adjustment (something I couldnt do accurately with my shaky hands, grrr). Great attitude, helpful, timely, courteous, talented tech guy but also a fine people person - certainly a rare combination in this disposable day and age! The employees at this store are awesome. I did not have an appointment and they were able to work me in and put a new screen on my daughters phone in less than an hour and price was grewt! If I could leave 10 stars for this store I would!

I literally just left from this store and was helped by a really awesome guy name Michael. I was just about to give up on rebooting my phone because customer service couldn’t help me nor could Boost Mobile, but right before I did Michael came through for me! He was quick and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing. I’m so happy the guy from Boost directed me to walk over there because I had no clue they existed, and now there going to be my go-to whenever I need assistance with my phone. Customer services goes along way. They have a customer forever!!

Very poor customer service. Broken promises. On two separate occasions they did they my phone for over a week and a half. And 1 month the first time. There was no communication unless I went to the store. And the phone doesnt work the same. They are very convenient but their google hours are incorrect they close at 8pm.

They dont lie to you about what work your phone needs done, they work quickly and they dont sell you cheap parts while telling you that they are from the manufacturer. Ive been scammed in the past by phone repair stores and Im so happy to have found a place that doesnt cost me an arm and a leg just to get my phone fixed.
