These apartments are so convenient to the brier creek shopping area. Really nice floor plans with open living and kitchen that is great for having a few friends over. Quiet pool area great for relaxing!

These apartments are right in the hood. So if youre not comfortable around loud obnoxious people then you dont want 2 go around there. Not even 2 visit a friend. Me Im not uncomfortable around drama so i had a good time. The apartments themselves are actually nice on the inside with a patio in the back. Not much privacy on the patio so if u have a midnight rendezvous with u and your significant other just kno there might be some watchful eyes😜😜😜...

Was visiting a friend on Saturday and went into leasing office to wait. I own a home so im NOT looking for an apartment but if I was I would consider living here. GOOD Customer service is rare these days and Jessica was so nice to me. Even after I said I was just waiting for someone. Gave me her card, offered me water while I waited and checked on me periodically. I heard the way she talked to people on the phone with the same niceness so I knew it was legit. I think its important to give good customer service a shout out. Especially these days.

Mission Triangle Point has been my home for Seven years .I have had the opportunity to meet caring and supportive neighbors. The community is in the heart of everything malls, stores, gas stations schools, hospitals. etc.Most of all its very quiet and always the property is keep clean.My only disappointment is the changing of management because you start to get use to someone and they agree to something then you would have to wait and start all over again but overall I love here at Mission.

If youre just trying to live, this place aint bad. Pool is pretty small and the gym is even smaller, but the staff are very understanding and their communication is really good if theres any issues with your apartment.

Stairs are very steep here. If a friend calls you and is moving into these apartments, and needs help moving furniture, be sure to get their apartment number first! If the apartment number starts with either a 2 or a 3, you need to tell your friend that you have a funeral to go to that weekend. Or a job interview, or a hair appointment. Be sure to come up with an excuse that could take hours, and is also flexible. If your friend decides to change is move in date to the following weekend, your hair appointment could also have been moved to that weekend. If your friend gets suspicious that you are putting them off, or avoiding them, you can always use caller ID to either block their number temporarily. Or you could just get a new phone number altogether.

So I only lived here for a short period and it really wasn’t the best. For starters, when I first moved in they didn’t give me the apartment check off list that they give new residents. It’s a list to make sure everything in the apartment was fine which it wasn’t. The bathroom sink knobs were broken and mismatched, the oven front eye didn’t work and the kitchen sink hose didn’t have water pressure and whenever I used it the water wouldn’t stop running. It took them about 3 weeks to fix the issue. They kept blaming it on only having one maintenance man for the property so I understood. They I found mold growing around the windows in the apartment. They submitted 2 work orders for it but by the time I moved out it still hadn’t been resolved (mind you I’m pregnant). They hardly ever respond to emails and it’s 50/50 with them in terms of picking up the phone. The assistant and the property manager are clearly not on the same page because one month my rent was higher than what I agreed to and the property assistant said just pay what you agreed to and the rest will be taken cared of. WELL she clearly didn’t pass that message on to the property manager because the next month she said I had owed almost $200 more then what my base rent was supposed to be. At this point I became frustrated because I felt like my kindness and patience was being taken advantage of and when I expressed my frustration the property manager gave me attitude. At this point I had already came to the conclusion that I was going to terminate my lease early because I wasn’t happy with being there and refused to pay rent for an apartment that still has issues that had not been resolved since I moved in including the mold. But in order to terminate the lease I was informed I had to pay 4 months of rent to do so which is roughly $4,000.......ridiculous. After moving out I left my microwave and spoke with the assistant and some other lady about getting it back and haven’t heard anything since even after trying to contact them numerous times. The property is nice for the price of the place but the people in the office created a headache for me especially with this being my first apartment. If you do decide to move here, please make sure they give you that paperwork before so you can hold them accountable and be weary that it may take some weeks before your maintenance issues are resolved.

Jessica is the best people to help you. She really cares about the residents and making sure she has done everything in her power to things happen in a reasonable amount of time and energy.

I moved in on the 2nd of October 2019, i love the apartment the space but my biggest mistake moving in at all. there was Zero maintenance job done in the apartment, the second bedroom light is not working since i moved in, the sink in the bathroom and kitchen is bad, i have complained and all am getting is promises that it will be fixed but the point is, this things should be properly checked and fixed before i moved in. There are order stuff that i cant write but will want you to see for your self, the staff are nice but whats the point of been nice when your customers are unsatisfied with your services and too many broken things all at the same time. one should not have to deal with this on their first day of moving into an apartment, i am very disappointed.

I just moved here recently and I dont have anything but good things to say. Its only 2 people in the office and though i sometimes have to call more than once, they are pretty friendly and help me with whatever I need. I was looking for apartments FOREVERRR and one of the reasons I live here now is bc they were the onky complex that answered the phone and emailed me info that day. After the covid thing my income changed A LOT. Pricing was really important to me. What I pay cant be beat. Close enough to Briar Creek to make me happy but not paying that kind of rent. The onky reazon for 4 star is bc I wanted a renovated one but they didnt have any when I moved. Good. Quiet and my apt is clean..

Maintenance guys here are awesome! Travis came out to my apt past midnight to address an issue though he had to drive a distance. He was very helpful with a great attitude. Robert came by today with Travis to check on a call for an issue I had and he gave me a great tip that will really help my future electric bills! Love these guys, there are a treasure!!!

I have been a long time resident at this property and Ive never had issues until the new management company came in and hired people who have nooooooo knowledge of property management. There has been trash outside in the breezeway for over a week. The maintenance staff dont walk the grounds and pick up when needed. The manager just sits at her desk alllllll day and ignores the phone and emails. Myself and my 3 children was WITHOUT AC for 5 days when it was 95 degrees outside. I could go on and on!!! Move here at your own risk

Very nice apts. They started including cable in the rent. They have Valet waste( they pick up your trash) as well. Quiet complex overall.

Ive lived here for a few years and this place is really changing for the better. The two new ladys in the office are really chill and they get things done. The grounds are well kept and the new maintenance guy is just as chill. They did raise my rent, but I know that is going to happen anywhere I move to. I will be even happier when the pool opens. As i was leaving walking to my car there was a man walking two dogs (pit bulls) one on a Leash the other one was not and as I walked to my car the dog started barking and came after me the gentleman said nothing he just watched as I made it to my car the dog came around to the passenger side to try and bite me the man still never said anything Then once he got by my car he just kept on walking not one time did he try to stop the dog this is going to be a problem because that dog is going to bite someone the man acted like he did not care I should be able to come and to go outside without fear of being attacked by a pit bull dog thats not on a leash

I moved here at the beginning of the month and I must say from the beginning the customer service was amazing. Aaliyah was helpful every step of the way and so far I love it here.

The BH management Staff took over this complex when I moved in November of 2017. I must say, Dana, and rest of the team have made astonishing improvements. In the places where the building itself feel short, the support team made up the difference. No regrets

I moved in not too long ago and was a little nervous because for the longest I’ve been dealing with a young man days leading up to my move in. I received an email from Aaliyah stating she would be handling my move in and she sent me everything I needed for that day. She was patient because I had so many questions with it being my first apartment. I also met the manager that was just as kind. So far things have been good here.

Great place. New management has really made a difference here. Staff is great now, have been very helpful with some issues that were getting ignored. It was a fine place to live before, but Im really happy now. Would recommend.

Management is friendly but unresponsive. Maintenance orders take about 1.5-2 months to complete for large items (including the lack of heat in my apartment which is still unaddressed after a month) and are never complete for most others. Apartments are decently sized but most fixtures are broken and dont work. The grounds are littered with garbage and doggy waste deposits are constantly overflowing. I have had to resort to calling the police about unreasonable noise throughout the night. Location and apartment size do not make up for the lowered quality of life. I have been looking forward to my lease ending since I moved in 6 months ago.

I moved in to these apartments last year and it was great. April 12th I switch to a bigger apartment, 2 bed /2 bath, and not only did they give me the keys later than a later date on lease but also to a an incomplete apartment. While moving in I notice it wasn’t clean, there was hammer nails in random spots in the carpet, light bulbs where out in living room and bathroom, broken blinds, I can’t connect my washer machine to the hot&cold water knob which cause me to spend money on doing my laundry at the laundry mat. In one of the bathrooms the tub keeps clogging up. When you turn on the water, instead of water going down dirt will come up. To top it off a pipe behind the toilet had buss, causing the bathroom to flood with a couple of inches of water. Not only was the bathroom full of water but the bedroom carpet as well. I moved in April 12 and May 1st is when they finally put my toilet back in its place. HOWEVER, I still can’t wash my hands in the sink because it’s still broken (leaks) and the tub still doesn’t drain. I’m paying for a 2 bedroom and 2 bath but I can’t use either of the 2nd bed/bath (which is my 2 y/o daughter’s bedroom) Since then it has a weird smell because of the water drying in the carpet, which cause me to shampoo my carpet more than once just to get the smell out. They keep blaming it on the old maintenance guy but it’s been almost a month and still they haven’t completely fix there mistakes. My biggest regret was deciding to stay at mission triangle point switching to a bigger apartment. My best advice is, if you move-in check every inch of the apartment which is for leaks, drops nails in carpet, your washer & dryer connects, all light bulbs work and the place is clean.

I love the attitude of the staff and the environment that I live in. Everyone is very presentable and respectful in the office. Lisa and crew are great and really focus on your needs individually, assisting as they can in anyway. The value received from the apartments and the staff is much greater than the pricing. Maintenance respond to requests within 24 hours also. Apartment living areas are clean and MTP tries their very best to maintain a clutter free, reasonable living experience. Thank you

I have been living here since March and my experience has been awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Emoni helped make sure that my move was smooth and that I had everything that I needed in a timely matter. The valet trash is on point and not messy with the trash at all and the up keep of the property is always on point. I recently received outstanding service from Jordan who really just saved my entire life! I was out of town on vacation for a week and broke my phone and had another one shipped to me which was dropped off at the front office due to the value of it. It was a Saturday and Memorial Day weekend, so that meant that if I did not make it to the office on time on Saturday before closing (which I knew I would not) then I wouldn’t have a phone until Tuesday. I called the office and spoke with Jordan and she said that she could drop the phone off Inside of my apartment before she left for the day. When I say this literally saved my entire life. IT DID! Thank you again Jordan and Emoni for displaying such excellent customer service!

I currently reside at Mission Triangle. The staff is very friendly, work orders are completed in a timely manner. The grounds are very well maintained, the location is great the rooms are very spacious. I am very pleased with my decision to be a resident in this community. Since my last post I regret to share, as far as maintenance, there have been new hires, my wait time for repairs have increased, very disappointed in this case new is not always better.

I loved living there, management office and maintenance crew were great. had a couple of office managers while there and they were all teriffic. Lisa was the last one and she was the best. always pleasant and did what she could to help even with issues. if i had not bought a house i would still be thereiris.

This community offers spacious apartments with large balconies for the price point. A friend of mine lives here and I love visiting her often. She is growing vegetables on her balcony, which seem to be thriving nicely. When searching for an apartment one, the one thing that swayed me from choosing this one is its location. There isnt much around this community, and I prefer to be surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and stores.

Nice and spacious. Plenty of parking for guests. I like that there is a park for small children and a park for dogs too. Easy to read signs to navigate through the buildings.

Mission Triangle point is a great community to live in with quick access to the interstate .When the kids are out for the summer the property is still very quite . We are close to all the restaurants and shopping .The team is very friendly with great customer service - I love the events the office has for the residents once a month. I am please to called mission at triangle point home .

Just moved in 2 months ago and have been having problems with the air conditioning... I’ve waiting patiently.. the office team has really been grate with trying to figure things out..... but I honestly don’t know what’s going on with maintenance. I requested 3 different times for maintenance to come out and each time they came the problem wasn’t fixed. This lasted time I’ve requested the maintenance team has and left a air conditioner sitting in the front room with no explanation of what’s the next step going to be or.. when will they fix my air conditioner..

I would post a 0 Star if possible. The new apartment management is very unprofessional. I provided my move out details as requested for, and yet they forwarded the final settlement to a debt collector. They refused to conduct a move out survey along with me present. i was charged later by the debt collectors for something I am not responsible for and I have no way to dispute this. The apartments themselves are very old and damaged and they charged me for pre-existing/non-existent damages. I took the apartment because it was cheap and I did not need a fancy apartment to stay. I hate being cheated this way and would warn anyone thinking of taking this apartment in the future.

Just signed my last lease, I like it here but the prices are getting stupid. When I first moved in five years ago it was about six hundred for my one bedroom, now try $837! Its gone up every year, but almost fifty bucks this year, I mean come on, I dont even have the new awesome stuff all the rest of the apartments are getting, but paying that high rate anyway:(

Spider problem. Clear spiders dropped from the ceiling frequently. When we told maintenance they said there was nothing they could do about it. Mold on the ceiling and the walls. Rent was raised by $83 after only one year. Toilet runs constantly after flushing unless you remember to jingle the handle after every flush. Loud music. Break-ins(cars and apartment bldgs) Very noisy neighbors, lots of stomping and heavy running over head at all hours of the day and night. Mail in the office was stolen leaving just the box the item came in and envelope it was mailed in. Postal service said parcel was scanned and delivered in good condition. When I spoke with the office staff everyone claimed they hadnt tampered with it nor let anyone behind the desk who wasnt staff. Yet the next time I came to the office to get a package I was told to just go behind the desk and get it myself because the staff was too busy engaging in personal conversation. Finally when our lease was up an additional fee was charged to our final amount owed and when asked for an explanation the staff had no real reasoning other than Thats just our system Im very happy to be out of there. Its over-priced and poor quality. I wouldnt recommend.

A wonderful apartment complex with a clean, quiet, safe environment.

I have been a resident here for 7+ years, seen all the good and bad changes. I love the community here, its convenience to main arteries, and the staff is awesome. The problem is........THE CORPORATION! The owners, investors keep firing all the hard, dedicated employees, and jacking up the property rent for all residents. Not only here at MTP, but other properties they own as well. I guess they finally realized there is competition out here?? Buildings have been painted, grounds revamped, security lights installed, and other (outside) improvements for on lookers to see, but the residents are paying a high price for the CORPORATION to have their big fat juicy steaks, and limos to ride around in. They the staff here is overworked, under paid, and under so much stress. I dislike the way this CORPORATION treats employees and residents. They are sneaky playing hardball behind the scenes. I recommend not moving here. Its a trap to get you in, then if you stay on for several years, CORPORATION jacks up the rent big time! So many people are leaving as a result. They are screwing themselves in the process. I will be moving as soon as I can to a dwelling that respects others, instead of living high on the hog as these investors do. Were the ones being screwed, and the staff itself. If I worked for them, Id quit in a heart beat, leaving this company in a serious jam. Please think of us CORPORATION, while you are eating your big fat juicy steaks, and laughing at all of us on the way to the bank. Staff if great, but this place SUXS.Dis-grunted Resident
