She was able to squeeze me in on short notice and did an absolutley incredible job with my dermaplaning and lash services! I am amazed by the immediate results and would definitely recommend Jasmine as a professional and experienced esthetician to go to! My face is glowing and I love it! ❤

Was looking for someone in durango to do lashes and went here. My lashes initially looked great, but when they started to fall off in about a week and a half, I contacted Jasmine (who put them on). She told me it was likely from side sleeping. I told her I sleep on the opposite side (lashes first started falling off on one eye) and I never heard back from her. There was no offer to have me come in to take a look or put things right.All of the lashes fell off within 2-3 weeks! I had waited 48 hours after getting them before I let water touch them, and I know how to care for lash extensions as I’ve had them done like half a dozen times before (from a different place) and never had this experience—they always lasted much, much longer.All in all a really expensive experience to have last only for a week before beginning to fall apart.Edit: This is in response to the owners reply to my review. She talks at length in her reply about how 95% people come back for a “fill” at two weeks past getting lashes put on. My lashes were beyond a fill at two weeks. I’m no stranger to having professional lashes; I know how high maintenance they are.I wrote this review in part because the lashes seemed to fall out so quickly but also in larger part because Jasmine didn’t really seem to care about me as a customer.She never explained a policy, she never invited me in to take a look at my lashes after I explained that there might be an issue. Her text messages were very short and impersonal unless I asked her to please explain. For example, when I first politely texted her about the lashes falling out a lot, she only wrote back one word: “sleeping”. So the next day since she never wrote anything else, I asked her if she could please explain what she meant, and then she gave me a more detailed explanation that she thinks I’m sleeping on that side and that’s why they are falling out. When I told her I don’t sleep on that side and could she please help me, I never heard back from her.Well, that is until she saw that I posted this review online a month later. Then I get a long angry text about how could I have reviewed her business negatively. Berating me privately through a text message about leaving an honest review is— along w not ensuring a customer feels taken care of— unprofessional.

Jasmine is incredible! I have many things to say about her. I found Madame Jasmine an intimate Boutique & Salon on google maps when I moved back to Durango and was looking for an aesthetician. Her bikini waxing service was perfect, which opened the door to other beauty needs. Now, she has provided me with facials, hair, nails, make up and eye lash extensions. I never had eye lash extensions before and wasn’t sure what to expect. She places the extensions with precision and pride. She is the most passionate business woman I have met in her industry. She provides a comfortable, welcoming studio and atmosphere. She is very responsive to messages and easy to schedule on her website. I have included some photos of my wedding this summer. Jasmine did my hair color, cut and style as well as my nails, make up and lashes. I highly recommend you make an appointment with her today!

FYI masks are not required in this business. But the owner is friendly and professional, and was very accommodating when I needed to cancel. The shop is also super cute and clean.

I went in mainly going for just the color, but eventually decided on a cut as well. I went here after it being recommended and checking the reviews on the place. Once noting that the reviews where pretty high I made my appointment, I honestly really enjoyed the energy and the way that she did my hair. She is very talkative and is willing to talk during the session. The energy of the place overall was amazing and a total relaxing experience

I had never had my lashes done before coming here, so I was a little nervous and didnt know what to expect. Jasmine was welcoming, had read the notes I sent in prior to my appointment, and did a great job explaining the process and the care needed to get the most out of your investment. The whole thing took about an hour and a half, and I pretty much slept through the whole thing! The environment is very relaxing and she is gentle and professional - I am so so pleased with the experience and I will absolutely be back. Ive gotten so many compliments and I have raved about her to everyone, so thank you, Jasmine! See you in a few weeks. :)

My boyfriend first found Jasmine when he got me a gift certificate a year ago to get my hair done. I havent gone anywhere since! I absolutely love her as a person and the work she does. I always walk out of there feeling prettier than i went in and then I cant stop petting my hair lol. Shes awesome!

Jasmine is the best eyelash artist, hair stylist, brilliant colorist and nail expert all in one. I live in Austin TX and travel to Durango for work. She is now my only beauty/salon professional and I have been to quite a few over the past 20 yrs. Jasmine is a true artist and knows beauty like no other. Her salon is so comfortable and gorgeous (and if course she designed it all).
