Today ( 9/3/21)I got my nails done by yen and she was unprofessional. The way I wanted my nails didn’t come out right, she said she can do it the way I wanted it but it turned out crazy and changed me $60 I wouldn’t recommend this place and my nails looks horrible and tomorrow is my 10th anniversary😩

The staff were really nice and sweet! they have a ton of colors to pick from. they did a great pedicure for me and my mom. they are very busy though so i recommend making an appointment. its quiet, clean, pretty atmosphere, and doesn’t smell too chemically.

I got so many compliments on my first set of nails, I went back. Been here twice now and my nails look absolutely fabulous. Hassan did my dip nails and they look perfect. I love that I can make same day appointments, that they have hand washing stations set up, and they are all very friendly. Will be returning and making this my regular nail salon.UPDATE! They have done a great job setting up appointments and keeping to them. Call either same day or head and they will schedule you in, which I love. Nail techs are wonderful and all have done a great job with my dip nails.

I absolutely love this place.i got a manicure and a pedicure on different occasions and the workers were all so sweet and nice. 10/10 would recommend.

My teenage daughter and her friend went into get their nails done, as a birthday gift for my daughters friend (my daughter saved up and paid). The nail job was terrible. The experience was even worse. The nail tech was unprofessional as she informed my daughter that the nail job she did should have been left to the professionals and was cutting up her fingers during the process. She continued to rush them both thru the experience and kept moving them to accommodate other customers who were more important. In the end, my daughter and her friend came home in tears over the experience and the job performed on their nails. I went back with my daughter to speak with a manager/owner and after a discussion, they reluctantly refunded my daughters nails but refused to refund her friends amount as she refused to go back in their. Dont waste your time or money on this place. Terrible experience and nail services.

I had a bad experience at a different nail salon, and they completely redid my nails for me and even took extra time to get the perfect color. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I love Luxury Nail Spa! I am from the city and therefore have high expectations for my nails. Luxury Nail Spa ALWAYS EXCEEDS those expectations! They are amazing! The employees have always been kind, caring, and professional. If you are looking for a full set, this is the place to go, ask for Yen, she does outstanding work! Ive been going here to get nails done for a few years now, and I will ALWAYS be going back! Also, this spa is completely COVID friendly!!!

I used to go here to get my acrylics done driving from another town, when tiana was there I would get good service, last time it went in for a fill I called to get an appointment I was told to come In At 130 I sat and waited till 300 and she started to do mine and another girl at the same time I still was very patient, I got out of there around 430 when I got home and started to put decorations on I saw how bad they were a week later I notice dark yellow and white under my nails and how they lifted I’m very sad and disappointed I’m gonna have to find a new place after over 10 yrs of dedicated patronage…..

The staff was friendly enough however they were not informative at all of what they were going to be charging for up charging for. My daughter got regular acrylics at least thats what we asked for that start at $32 with gel which was a total of 45 It was never specified that they were going to be charging more for length or shape and I got charged 10 extra dollars. Its unprofessional not to inform your clients of exact prices. The facility was clean enough however I dont feel that The quality of work that was done on either of our services was anything exceptional. Bottom line at least we didnt have to do it ourselves.

I got a gel manicure and 3 of the nails started peeling the first week. Don’t expect a nice massage with your manicure or pedicure because it only lasts about 1 minute

I absolutely LOVE Luxury nails! Everyone is so kind and talented! I get my sets done about once a month and I’m so grateful to be able to get them done at an amazing salon. Very professional and always friendly! Yen and Mary do my sets usually :) love love love !

I like this space, they are also very good at their job.My only critique is that I wish that they had more staff or were more strict on the appointment only policy. I’ve noticed that when I make appointments, I have to wait still for them to finish with customers who just walked in and didn’t both to make an appointment. So far, everywhere in Durango does the same thing, every salon does it.

Don’t bother. I finally left after they CONTINUALLY (every time) take a scheduled appointment for a certain time then make me wait over 30 minutes to receive my service. Today after waiting I left and won’t be back. It’s not worth it. They are literally never on time / don’t honor appointment times. Trash.

My girls and I have been going to Luxury Nails for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. Yen and her crew are always efficient, professional, clean and COVID safe. This place meets big city expectations for such a small town. I wont go anywhere else!

Horrible nails. don’t go here, the lady was doing two of us at a time, i had asked for a design that she completely ignored, sloppy work and basically pushed me out the door when she was done. very sloppy job

Never will I ever return back to this place yen does the worst nail I have ever gotten in my life and so as Mary both person have given me fungus in my nails, I gave them a second chance but it was still the same bad service. They do not social distance and use the same material on everyone very unsanitary. They also will cut your skin several times in the process of doing your nails.

I DEFINITELY RESIND MY STAR! I AM NOT GIVING ANY STARS TO THIS REVIEW OF THIS SALON!!Yen, the owner did my nails and I got fungus. I learned this upon my return for a fill. I tried to tell Yen that I have never had nail fungus until I had my nails done at her salon Luxury Nails. She denied it and didnt even try take it right. She just ignored me the rest of my visit. She had Gary do my fill and it didnt even last a 2 days and the acrylic lay over started to lift. Mary did the design and it was done so cheaply.They charge alot for doing a poor job. They charge more if you complain and ask them to correct what you want.I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would not return. Please go elsewhere. I am NOT the only one who has gotten fungus from this salon.UUUGGGHHHHH! I wish I can post the pictures of my nail fungus but its not letting me upload it.

I got my acrylic nails done there by Sonny. worst experience of my life They literally butchered my nails they were so crooked and uneven. none of them looked the same and on top of that my hands were bleeding at the end he kept cutting me with the nail tools they were so violent and rough With my hands I will absolutely never go back and do not recommend anyone to go!

It was clear they were short staffed today, however by far the worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon! Nails look terrible and were clearly rushed. Extremely disappointed.

Under new ownership, her name is yen. The place is so nice and clean! My daughter and I both got full sets and they were both beautiful. Friendly, and relaxing environment. Did I mention the prices are unbeatable!! My new favorite nail shop!

I was very pleased with my pedicure that Linda did.

We made an appointment for two pedicures but there was only one technician available when we arrived. They rushed through both our pedicures and barely gave any massage. One technician was talking on her personal cellphone for half the time. The polish was fine but if they say they have availability when we make the appointment, then there should be enough workers. Definitely go somewhere else if you have a choice.

The worker huessein, did my acrylics. Worst experience I’ve ever had at at any nail salon. He would hit me with the nail file and tell me not to look at him while he did my nails. He would squeeze my hand as if I was moving and holding my hands wrong. My nails are different lengths and the paint came off a day after. They are not smooth they are rough and lumpy. almost all them were crooked.

I just had my nails done here for the first time. They were able to get me in right away without an appointment. Yen did an absolutely beautiful job with my dip nails. She is meticulous in her work and they look incredible! I will definitely be returning to her from now on. Thank you Yen!

I’ve been here in the past with mediocre service. I called at 9:30am and I made an appointment for 2 pedicures for 3pm that day. Hussen assured me that the appointments have been made and will see us that afternoon. We arrived at 2:45 to a very busy salon. Checked in with the front desk (very polite young ladies) who told Yen we were there. Yen rudely told the gal that she’s too busy and we need to come back at 4:00. There were so many people in there that there was NO way she would even be able to get us in at 4pm.They service walk-ins first, don’t honor appointments, do not keep record of appointments and are completely understaffed. Only 3 staff for a busy Saturday. We will not be going back. Don’t waste your time because when you do get in the chair the service isn’t that great.

I bounce around from salon to salon depending on openness and availability. I called this am and the owner told me to come on it. I waited 15 minutes while they finished up. I had to pleasure of having Loc doing my nails. He’s a bomb nail tech (my nails look fantastic) & a cool dude. Will definitely be frequenting more often :)

Tony cut my foot during a pedicure for no other reason he wasnt paying attention! It’s been a month and it still has not healed I cannot wear shoes without it hurting, my husband had his feet done at the same time and had to cut his own toenails because the girl there didn’t know what she was doing either. We were the only ones there and that should’ve been your first clue! I will never go back!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, as a matter of fact, this is my first one, but I am INFURIATED! I called, made an appointment & was assigned to Yen. I asked for sculpted nails and told them I wanted them long over the phone. After I walked in, I had a set idea in mind. Being that I ALWAYS make appointments for my nails in Arizona & have ZERO issue EVER, I began to tell her I wanted long nails. So, she told me it would be $55 for sculpted nails. I usually spend at least $130 on my nails weekly, so this was NO ISSUE. She started shaping my nails, and they weren’t even the size of my regular nail. Politely, I asked her if she could make them skinnier and square them out. (They are STILL flaring out past my natural nail!) She didn’t ask me if they were okay, so she proceeded with the nail polish. I asked her if she could do ombré, and she made the excuse that there were too many people in line! (In my personal opinion, if I’m paying good money for something I want, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT!) So, I started looking at the cat eye polish and decided with that. She told me it was going to be $20. It was no issue to me, but then I settled for cat eye on two nails and another gel color on the others. She STILL charged me the $20 even though I got only four nails of that polish!!! My nails are uneven, and not even what I wanted in the first place. I paid total of $90 for something done sloppy, uneven, not even something I wanted! I NEVER go to new nail salons, and this is exactly the reason why! I hope they don’t cheat anyone else out of their money... truly a waste of it! I will never come back here again!

Ive been coming here for a few years. I never have trouble getting in and the service is always great. The tools and pedicure tubs seem clean and sanitized. Everyone is friendly and no matter which service I have it turns out great. No complaints!

Made an appt for me and 3 others, when we got there we were greeted instantly and treated great. They didnt ask how we wanted them shaped. I also dont believe I should have been charged just as much as the other girls as my nails were half the length of theirs, I got the shortest nails and still had to pay the same amount as them. Not to mention, Im not impressed with the work I got done. Some of the nails are crooked, some nails arent filled in all the way and I have parts of my nails that are not even painted. Will not be going back.

Salon is clean, employees are friendly and skilled, there is rarely a wait, and their selection of gel polish colors is extensive! The first time I came in one of the new owners did my nails and her work lasted forever, no chips or peeling, even after four weeks.Ive experienced long waits, rude/hurried staff, and lackluster polish-jobs at one of the other well-rated establishments in Durango, and Im relieved to say that Ill never go back to that old salon.

Today was my first visit. What a wonderful place all the way around!! I had the pleasure of meeting Houssine and his wife Yen. They were both so kind and welcoming! Houssine is the one that did my nails today, and he showed me the dipping technique. Im so grateful for that and will NEVER go back to acrilyc nails!! Dipping is the way to go, hands down! I love the way they turned out! He and I had a wonderful conversation. And he took his time, instead of rushing me through like a lot of other places Ive been to! The place is also so cute and very clean! This is definitely where Im going from now on! Very pleased! What a great experience!

I love this salon. They put new plastic liners in the pedicure bowl and the place is immaculate. The staff is wonderful and the salon is really cute.

Yen did my dip nails and two weeks later they are still perfect... which is amazing since I have been working in the yard everyday for hours trying to reclaim the garden from weeds.

I was a walk in & was greeted kindly by Kim who did a fabulous job on my my powder dip nails. She took her time & we exchanged pleasant conversation. The salon is older & looks a little tired. I would definitely go back if Im ever in Durango again. Very reasonable prices. 👍☝️😊👏

Paid $205 for 2 full sets and pedicure and one grl manicure for me and my daughters .... I asked for an ombre coffin-shaped nail set regular pedicure my oldest daughter wanted pastel colors with a coffin nail shape and my youngest daughter wanted a gel nail polish but we received, well what I received wasnt anything close to what I asked for and my youngest did not get any of the designs she wanted and my oldest was the closest to what she to be done ..... Extremely dissatisfied I had to go to a different salon to fix it

I have to give this place 5 stars, my experience here was wonderful!. Im not sure what happened previously with the old owner and the experiences. I watched the employees use clean utensils and tend to everyone that came in like they were the only ones in the place. I got my nails dipped by yen the owner and I must say she is my favorite person that I have come across in this town! My toes were done by her employee and he did a wonderful job( even putting my horrible sandles back on😂) Lets give this place love .. they do a wonderful job!

Terrific place. They do colored and gemmed tips, dips, gels, they have a great variety to choose from. Yen is the best! She did my nails on Friday and on Sunday I accidently slammed my hand in my car door which broke one of my nails. First thing this morning she helped me by fixing it, which I very much appreciated, and visiting with her was a great way to start my Monday. Highly recommend them!

I wanted acrylic and full gel powder..the new owner dipped my nails instead and it cost me five dollars more....this is not what I wanted. I do not like to be forced to pay more for something I do not want. The nails grew out and are chipped and very low qaulity nails and owner is rude and does not listen to what the customer wants.

Friendly staff, got me in right as they were closing and gave me an amazing pedicure. Definitely coming back.

I got my nails done the lady yen was super rude to me and the workers and when i said I wanted my nails shape and not Square she hot all mad and kept saying rude things at me I am a minor and I pay for my own nails she yelled at me to pay 75 dollars when she did them incorrectly and was very rude

So I didnt mind this place and was convenient for me- until yesterday Hussein gave me a manicure and was just the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The man told me twice in an irritated tone not to look while he did my nails and to look at the tv. The women doing nails next to us laughed. And actually when he said it, he had to catch my eye because I wasnt even looking at my hands or even his direction. He kept swatting my hands like I wasnt holding them properly and basically scolding and mocking me when I was trying to move my hands the way he wanted me to. It was very creepy, uncomfortable and I almost got up and left, I dont know why I didnt. I even left him a tip, because I am always a VERY good tipper, but they lost my tips and my business. I have gotten hundreds of manicures and never have I felt so uncomfortable .

I love another nail place down the street but they were booked so I came here. Have been here many times before and wasn’t pleased but wanted to give it another try. The place was dirty (old cut nails in hair on the floor near the front door), staff was not friendly at all. The dog, Ollie, was my favorite thing there.

All new pedi chairs and staffed up for lots of people. Hot stone leg massage was nice.

Been here a couple of times and have never had a bad experience. They take you right in and work to make you feel comfortable.

I watched them open all my tools from the sterilized packages, watched them clean the tubs, with scrubbing bubbles like mentioned (which may or may not be enough, Im not sure) but my toenails look and feel great so far. My pedicure was relaxing and pleasant, but the massage chair didnt work, which was a slight disappointment, but it seemed to be the only one.

Everyone was too rushed and could not handle the amount of people coming in. The guy that did my pedicure left me twice during the pedicureto check his phone and whatever else he was doing. I paid for the extra scrub on my heels which should be included in a pedicure and the next day my heels were rough and caught on everything. I paid double for the spa treatment! Nails were not filed uniformly and he did not paint the top edge of the nail. All in all a lousy pedicure.

The owner and staff were very sweet and did a great job. Shop was clean and not over-crowded like so many of the other places.

My sister went in there to get a pedicure at 40 WEEKS PREGNANT at 11:00 am . They told her to come back at 12:30 and they would take care of her. She went back and they turned her away and said there was no time for her. Instead of saying we are booked today they SENT HER HOME and told her to come back just to turn her away. Bad customer service. Dont give them your money. They are the WORST

Im sure the woman who did my nails yesterday, was a rookie. She did a terrible job, my fingers hurt when she was done, my nails are filed CROOKED, and they already chipped!! I am not happy. Dont tell me oh, is ok when I tell you in dissatisfied. I have to pay to have them fixed.

Very poor customer service. Worst pedicure I have ever had! No feet massage and my child could polish my nails better. They clean pedi bowls with scrub n bubbles which is disgusting, that does not clean the equipment properly -- Im a license cosmetologist trust me I know. I will not be going there again and will not recommend anyone to them!

Beware!!! $35 for one hour of pedicure relaxation and pretty polished toes ended two months later with a series of doctor visit copays, and a projected three to four months of lab work to check my liver for any damage caused by the prescription(s) for Lamisil required to treat the serious toenail fungus that I got from this establishment. Totally gross, totally disappointing, and a total strain on my budget to try to remedy a medical condition contracted while trying to engage in a little self-care. Shame on you Luxury Nails for not taking better care of your customers and neglecting to sterilize your tools and soaking tubs! Thank heavens I didnt let you work on my finger nails too!

Just very disappointed. My nails look terrible.yen did my toe nails after she was done she wiped them with a cotton swab and some liquid and it wiped my French tip right off. She tried to fix it. But they are just terrible looking .I did this on Saturday Ill probably go somewhere monday to fix them.

I came out with an ok mani pediMy pedi had some designs on the big toe that have completely disappeared? My nails look cruddy my cuticles are a mess. Im sure all of my previous polish was not removed from my toes or fingers. I have debated going in and complaining since its been 24 hours but I feel there is a language barrier. Lesson learned. 😳💅🏻😡👎🏽

This place is disgustingly dirty, and the owner/manager (female) could not be more rude. She never wants to turn on the a/c no matter how hot it is in the space.

My nails where uneven the acrylic is messed up and uneven. They started chipping away within a week. And the acrylic was attached to my skin which caused hangnails. They barely preped my cuticles or anything to my nails. Defiantly never going there again

The worst place I’ve ever been to. The lady rushed to do my nails, them started arguing with my boyfriend and I about my nails. My nails aren’t worth $45 with the work she did.
