Very convenient location. She followed all Covid guidelines. Masks, temp check, washing hands etc. So many variety of nails. Great results. I showed her a picture I liked on Pinterest and she delievered!!! Worth the price

I was there three hours for a 1 pm appointment. Left Me soaking for a hour. My fingers are now red because of it. Kept taking other people ahead of me. Then when I said something made a face and sighed atr. Very rudeA

Had 2 other people getting pedis and wouldnt see my daughter and not exactly nice about it either. Wont go back.

The man that did my nails made them absolutely beautiful but this salon is not for the squeamish. I made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes to get started. The salon was very dirty and sanitation methods were lacking substantially. When I was getting my nails done he was very rough, even filing through my skin on 3 different fingers causing me to bleed. He then blamed me for not holding my finger at the right angle as he filed so I began forcing my finger to the right angle very hard as he was holding it straight. I only got to wash my hands once after the nails were finished, painted and oiled. I have had the acrylic nails 2 weeks now and they look just as good as the day I got them but I still have that nail scratching on a chalk board feeling. I paid $60 for coffin shaped black matte acrylic nails and for some reason still tipped $10. I will not be going back because he hurt me (nail file cuts on the fingers are no joke, OUCH!) My advice to anyone thinking of going there is, Enter at your own risk

I would give them a zero is I could. This salon is disgusting and cluttered. I want to relax when I get my nails done and the environment just made me anxious because of the state of it. I was already there so I gave them a try because someone I know said they were worth giving a try. and I will never go back. My gel nails looked to thick and misshapen. The top coat was not smooth and the polish lifted up and PEELED OFF LIKE WAX 4 days after they were done. Do not waist your time or money they are not worth it.

Love this place! DO NOT DROP IN, CALL FIRST. Do not expect the fanciest amenities or the most warm cuddly service lol but you won’t have to wait if you make an appointment. Christy and her husband run this place by themselves and are quick and spot on with service. Prices compared to others are reasonable and she will usually let you book same day or the next. I feel like this place is a diamond in the rough. People who gave it a bad rating are probably expecting too much from a nail service.

The last time i had been here the guy that did my nails BUTCHERED my cuticles. the place isn’t very clean and there’s kids running around being monkeys, the nail artists there don’t take very good care of your nails and they end up chunky, i had nail glue all over my hands as well as paint.

I wish I had a photo to really describe in detail how wonky my acrylic nails were. I had LUMPS throughout them from just lazy filing. Holes in areas they filed too much, and even a gash in my cuticle when he got me too many times with the dremel.I paid $45 for them to walk out and have many break in a 2 day small time frame. And I don’t work with my hands! So it’s easy to keep my nails looking great.This set and shop just wasn’t it. Got a new set a week later at a different shop and had to almost pay double to take them off and get a new set, and repair my poor cuticle.:( just don’t get acrylics here.

Went in to get a full set, the gentleman that did my nails (Van) was incredibly nice. The service was affordable and my nails look amazing! I will be back !

This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! Made an appointment for my friend and I and had to wait a long time. There was staff in the back that clearly did not want to work. The owner kept going back to tell the guy to come out and work. Then once the guy finally came he worked on my friend only and I had to wait for the owner to finish her other client to start on me (my water was cold by the time she started) then she went back and forth with her customer and I. Not to mention we got the $32 pedicure and it lasted for about 10-15 minutes. Me and my friend hadn’t gotten pedicures for a long time and we clearly needed some work done! They barely touched our toes. Do not go to this place you are waistong your time and money! $70+ for what polish?? Not to mention lady got polish all over it looks like a toddler did my toes and it’s already all chipped. She also took a phone call while we were there waiting and told the customer “oh no we are full and very busy”, no one was even in there except me and my friend and you only had one guy working! For anyone that’s written good reviews on this place, you must be one in a million and caught them on a good day because honestly this place is trash.

Ive been to this place twice... And the first time, the lady was rude on the phone and in person. Wasnt very happy with the result that time... The finished nails werent the worst (because they were pre-made nails), but FAAARRRR from the best! And I gave them the benefit of a doubt and tried once more, thinking they might have had an off day the first time. Wasnt very pleased that time either. I dont know what possessed me to make a third appt, I thought my options were limited and the other places were booked. When I called to make an appt, I misheard her and she got snotty and condescending. Also, their kids are always there RUNNING WILD ( in the work area) and they dont watch them very well.They constantly escape into the mall and she is having to get up and chase them constantly in the middle of working on my nails. Seems kind of bad for the childrens health to be around that stuff every single day. And the place isnt even close to being clean! Waste of time and money! Wont be returning.

Made a 5 oclock appointment for a manicure and pedicure knowing they closed at 7. Upon arrival, they told me to pick a color. Now, Ive been getting pedicures for 30 years... Ive never had to know what color I was going to do BEFORE they even ran water for my pedicure. Then I was told that because I didnt pick my color in time, they wouldnt have time to do both my toes and nails... I literally sat and waited 30 minutes AFTER I picked my color for them to START my pedicure. I went for both! Made appointment time for BOTH. No one was ready when I got there anyways. Really upset.

Their service was very kind and patient. We walked in as out-of-towners for some manicures and they were hospitable and took good care of us. They were busy, but still took us and gave us great service. Not a super fancy kind of place, but reasonable and they do a quality job!

The service was good..wasn’t happy with the cleanliness and their kids being there but understand if that’s a necessity.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON.Myself and a friend made an appointment for 6:15pm on a Saturday to get 1 full set and 1 fill. We get there at 6:15 and let the gentleman know we are there for our appointment and he says to pick out some colors and sit down. So we do that. We notice there are 3 technicians and 4 costumers already there, 3 of them are getting pedicures and 1 a manicure. We figured they must almost be done, because what establishment wouldnt honor an appointment made at least 8 hours ahead of time? We are waiting there for 45 MINUTES AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT TIME. I get up and I ask the male owner how much longer it will be, since we had an app. He says to sit back down and he will be with us. ANOTHER 15 minutes go by, and then the female owner comes and starts on my friends nails.Another 15 minutes go by and the male owner finally comes and says he can start on me, which at this point is about AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT TIME. We already had plans that night that and it would have taken too long to get my fell set, we would end up missing the event. He has nerve to tell me I am professional and I will get it done fast. I had no words to say. If he were a professional he should have gotten us started within at least 15 minutes of our app time. And I wasnt willing to settle for poor quality nails done quickly or changing to gel to shorten be quick. So I the end, I didnt even get my nails done.Then at payment time they charged my friend the full amount after making her wait an hour to even start her appointment, and in the end, her acrylics were too thick because of the poor time management and the attempt to be quick. I even told the technician that my friend deserves a discount, and was told she would recieve one. But she did not get one.DISRESPECTFUL STAFF, HORRIBLE SERVICE, POOR TIME MANAGEMENT, AND POOR TECHNIQUE.They didnt even apologize.Not to mention their kids (under the age of 4, super cute, but a nail salon is no place for kids to run around BAREFOOT with a dirty diaper) ran up and pulled his mothers hands while she was painting my friends nails, and the owner still didnt apologize for that inconvenience or lack of a professional environment.LASTLY.... there was, like I said 3 technicians, and after finishing the women with the pedicures, one of the staff proceeds to clean up the store and prepare it for closing, while we are still there waiting for somebody to start on our nails.NEVER going back and would suggest that you find a place with more qualified staff with more respect for their costumers time and money.

Nail tech Van is very good. And Christy gives great pedicure!The shop itself could be a bit more cleaner for my taste.Overall, I have pretty feet & hands now!

The Best Gel Nails in Durango! Christy is very detailed and she never skips the extra coats! My nails stay shiny, strong, and NEVER lift or chip. The convenient mall location makes it easy to schedule appointments the day of and get a little shopping done at the same time! Color-changing polishes at no extra cost are a fun option for me and my girls too!

They do good work but run the business like a circus! It makes no difference if you have an appointment or not, you always have to wait over half an hour!! Super frustrating!! My time is too valuable to waste vast amounts waiting!

The staff couldnt have cared less that we were there for a manicure. They took almost no notice of us when we walked in. I was asked what we wanted and the staff person started walking away whine I was talking to her. When we were finally told they were ready for us they were almost curt and were definitely dismissive. The manicure ( cuticles, rough spots) was minimal. The nails were nicely painted. We will definitely not go back due to the poor customer service.

This was the worst service that I have ever received from a nail salon. The woman working the store was very rude and barely acknowledged me upon walking in. The gentleman that did my nails was completely incompetent. I had to remind him of what to do, and another woman had to come over and paint my nails and clip my cuticles because upon trying, he was unable to do so. This was the worst nail experience that I have ever had, please do not go here.

The BEST place in Durango for gels. They are amazing, and I enjoyed talking to their whole family. I have dreaded getting my nails done in Dgo because no one else does a great job. I LOVE LE NAILS, making my appointment again today! (So should you)

THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE. we made an appointment, arrived on time & were patient. We werent even helped until 2 hours after we arrived, while other customers who arrived after us were sat and finished first. Employees were rude and gave me the cheapest looking manicure. For only a few dollars more VIP Nails is better service, employees and overall better experience.

I used to like this place!!! Seems like the owner doesnt care about customer service and is always rude. I would go get my nails done here often, but after today I will stick to going to Farmington or elsewhere to get them done. a basic set of acrylics (French tip) is $30 if you want the gel top coat its $5 more. Now out of no where theyre charging $5 more if you want them long(er) or if you want glitter powder ... They used not charge to do this... especially being a regular always getting the same set kinda makes it confusing. Would be nice that they list the add on prices before. However, the owner seemed pretty ticked off because of an elderly customer that was picking their color for their services had accidentally knocked over the nail polishes and it got all over the floor... of course he had to clean it up & due to that he was just rude the entire time from the beginning of the service til I left. He had very little talk with me while doing my nails... but continued to speak in his own language with another nail tech very upset about the polishes. Not returning and do not recommend.

I walked in and was told to come back in a half hour. That was fine with me. When I asked prices they assumed that I was cheap. I decided not do so a pedicure because they wanted to charge extra to remove my existing gel polish. I said that I decided to only do a gel manicure and he told me to leave. I guess they dont ever need my business.

The owners kids were crawling all over the place and listening to annoying cartoon on ipad the whole time. NOT RELAXING IN ANY WAY. Had an appointment at three, sat in chair at 3:30p. Dont waste ur time or money, very disappointing.

They did not even paint my whole nail and the going way to fast. My nail polish came off in a day.

I will give 2 stars, but only because the women who did my toes was sweet as pie. The other women (who Im assuming was the owner) was NASTY and rude and if I hadnt been desperate to get my nails done, I would have told her where to shove all 10 of her Le Nails. While waiting, I wanted to cringe listening to her talk to her staff...and I beg your pardon, but who in the world do you think you are talking to me like that? Get a life, lady. You own a dirty nail salon. No one cares, nor thinks youre special, and you have no right speaking to any person in such a demeaning tone..Not to mention, my fingernails dont even look that great.

Made an appointment last year for my wedding party, to get a manicure before my wedding. Arrived to get them done only to be told that they couldnt do it. Not because there were no technicians, because there were three sitting around inside, but because they didnt want to.

The guy who works there is a complete jerk. Please for the love of god if you go here, do NOT go to him or get him. Hes mean and aggressive, and YELLED at me fir putting my foot in the wrong way. He didnt get me my shoes after my pedicure so I was stuck in the chair for 10 minutes. Terrible TERRIBLE service, and dirty shop.

Ive only had one other mani done in my life so not a lot of experience with it.. but I really liked the mani I got. I had heard some bad things about this place and so I was really anxious. I had been given this as a gift. I had a great time and will be going back soon, I hope. They were reasonably priced compared to what I paid for in the Big City. Thank you and my nails look GREAT.

Walked in and there was one lady working there giving someone a pedicure. It took her like 5 minutes to finally look at me and ask if she could help me. I asked if she had time to do some nails, and she never responded to me. I waited and stood there for another 5 minutes and she still didnt acknowledge me or respond to me so I told her that I was leaving and she just said okay.

They were horrible I went there two days ago and my nails are already completely chipped
