We just left the Durango Train parking lot and were about to head to our next destination in NM when we noticed we had a flat tire. We found Discount Tire nearby and just 30 minutes before closing. They fixed our run-flat tire quickly and checked/filled the air in all our tires. We’re back on the road still on schedule to make our next stop. They were super nice and efficient while getting the job done perfectly and at no charge. We buy all our tires from Discount Tire and will keep recommending them! This tire shop has always ( even when busy) been very professional. Every person is friendly, patient and thorough to resolve my issue. Last week they removed, repaired my leaking rv trailer tire, balanced and replaced at no charge. Who does that? ? Discount Tired does! HIGHLY recommend for any tire decisions.

Excellent service. I was an out of towner with a leaky tire and no appointment. My tires had half their life gone. They could have taken advantage of me and said it couldnt be repaired to sell me a new set.Instead, they fixed the tire within an hour (on an already busy morning) and would not bill me! I needed new tires on my ranch pickup truck. Discount Tire said they would price match lowest price available. Cool part is they looked around for me then dropped the price on the 4 tires by $90. Truck was in and back out in 30 - 40 minutes. Dont waste time shopping around as you will find quality service and products at Discount Tire in Durango.

Great place to go to get a good price on tires, staff seem really good and efficient, if u don’t have an appointment you could be a while getting that new set of tires or getting ur tires rotated but if u set up an appointment they get u right in and right back out. They do good quality repairs if u have a flat as well.

I will never go anywhere else. I buy all my tires here anyway, but recently brought one of our cars in for a flat I knew might not be repairable. They give it a shot. I come back and theres a new tire where the flat was. Get inside it was barely fixable but we screwed it up, so we put a new tire on, on the house. Pure class, and they just as easily could have said ah, sorry man, it wasnt repairable, heres the bill. Theres a reason theyre always busy.

Our family was on a road trip in Durango and got an impact puncture to one of our tires when off-roading. Were in a hurry to get home...staff went above and beyond to help us- we had to get a whole new tire since ours was shot. They changed out our spare tire that we had on in the parking lot since there wasn’t a bay available. Super helpful, would use their services another time for sure.

Discount Tire is our go-to place for tires! They’re always awesome, and we’ve been to several locations in different states. This morning, we noticed one of our tires was losing pressure and found a nail in it. We were driving back to the Denver area today, so we stopped by this location to get the tires filled with air (always free!) and wanted to check about getting the tire repaired. We worked with Andrew, who was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. Due to where the nail was, the tire couldn’t be repaired, but Andrew walked us through all our options and helped us find a location near Denver to get exactly the tire we needed (since they didn’t have it). Thanks for all your help, Andrew! We’ve always had great experiences at Discount Tire, and this place was no exception.

This place is a joke. Friendly enough and good prices, but when it comes to actual customer service they get an F. I recommend you pay a little more elsewhere and avoid the frustration. They have received a lot of my business over the years, but after today I will never go back!

These mother truckers not only did my tire replacements in 30 minutes but put my spare (had a flat- tire was in the bed) back under the truck. Safe and sanitary service. Ill only go to discount tire, simply because theyre the best.

Just passing through and noticed my tire pressure was a bit off so I stopped in for an air check. They were quick and courteous. The gentleman who helped was rather informative and concise with the matter. Which as a woman was much appreciated, the fact he took time to explain the different concerns and variations in pressure and effects of long distance driving. I trust any service from this location would exceed standard expectations based on that simple air fill. The staff seems dedicated and passionate about what they do. Plus its Discount Tire which usually means no hassle no stress service.

I went and orders 2 tires from them and wait they came, went to order 2 more tires when I pick my first ones up and they decide to tell me they cant find no more . but changed me over 700.00 dollars for the first ones, .. now I cant drive my truck cuz I got different tires. I would of never bought them if that was the case.. I called and told them that was wrong and they told me I was stuck with the tires

Friendly folks in the beginning . But some reason they couldnt put a pair of universal rims on my vehicle. They made me wait 3 hours. Just tell me that the rims dont fit. When there universal and I already have had them on the vehicle before . I already had 2 tires mounted and balanced. Once they couldnt get the new rims and tires on they un-mounted all 4 tires. Taking all the cabin space. And pushed us out the door before we could even ask questions and store was past closed hours.

Horrible place. The people are always rude and sarcastic on the phone. Horrible service they only quickly help women they find attractive and make other people wait. Ive been calling the store forever because I got a new job and got a flat on my way to work and they were giving me a hard time. Well k never got a tire and Im stuck walking an hour to work and an hour back home in the snow at midnight after I leave work thank you assholes!!

WOW, 10 STARSI had a blowout on the way to Durango on my trailer. Discount Tire went above and beyond to get me back on the road!Not only did they put a new tire on my wheel, they swapped my spare. I forgot to have the tech put my Center Cap back on the wheel, and when I realized it the tech gladly took the wheel back off and installed the cap. He also mounted my spare back on its holder and checked the air pressure on all tires.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DISCOUNT TIRE!!!

Great experience here. We came in for a full set after we ruined tires in Silverton. We were from out of town and supposed to be going home in a day. They fit us in and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Another party in our group also had a flat that couldnt be fixed and they happened to have a used tire that was a match and they put it on for the price of a flat fix. If we didnt live so far away we would definitely come here for tires again.

Everyone Ive encountered here is so nice and helpful. I went in to have a leak in my tire checked. Not only did they fix it for free but they also fixed a little panel underneath my driver side door that has been broken and hanging down for a while! I would definitely recommend this place.

Found my wife had a flat at 5:30 pm today. I popped on the spare and pulled into Discount Tire at 5:57 (they close at 6:00) for a flat repair. Tire was toast, needed new ones anyway. They installed and balanced 4 new tires for me even though they were about to close. Above and Beyond! Great, friendly service too! Austin was great! Thanks guys!!

They are very knowledgeable about the tires and what is best for your needs, making sure that you get the right tire, not just the most expensive tire. The tire crew is quick and efficient, always careful to do the job right. When Ive had to replace tires under warranty, always due to picking up a nail in the sidewall, they have always simply replaced the tire with no hassle or grief. Plus, their prices are always the best and you can find a Discount Tire no matter where you travel.

Picked up a nail on a trip to Durango, CO so this review is for their Durango Colorado store. They fixed it free! The place was run with military precision, friendly and competent. They took all the necessary Covid-19 precautions as well. I would highly recommend Discount Tire.

Extremely impressed! Worked with Sam who helped replace my flat tire. He was able to think outside the box to fix my situation, saving me money and offering me solutions other stores werent even close to offering. Would totally recommend this location and customer service was second to none! If I had a tire issue in southwest Colorado Id definitely make the trip to this location.

This place is wonderful. I love the smell of a clean tire shop. They are very quick and pay attention to detail. Also, they have a text-to-pickup system in place allowing them to text you when your vehicle is ready to go. They are very reliable. Big recommendations for this certain Discount Tire.

This place was awesome! The aluminum rim on our Dodge 3500 cracked while loaded with our truck camper. Couldnt find anyone else that had heavy duty rims in stock, Discount tire came through with flying colors, had us in and out in no time, great people, cant rate them high enough!!!

Bought some tires 7 months ago and now the ones in the back are already down to being replaced. I bought the 80000 mile ones thinking they were top of the line. I have only 7000 miles on these ones and was told they would give me partial credit for only two of them..... i have an awd car they should have to replace all of them for the garbage they put on my car.

Put 1 star because I cant put 0. This team is outrageously unqualified to do anything close to a car. We changed a couple of our tires and they actually put the wrong size tires. Thats the first issue. THE WRONG SIZE! A tire shop. This is unacceptable.This started a bunch of other problems on the car. Because of the disparity in sizes, our ESC and brake system started failing. We went back there and they were incapable of finding what was wrong. Their diagnosis was that it was a faulty sensor. Which suprise, it was not!...Anyway we had to diagnose the problem ourselves with a mechanic. But the damage was already done.. the mistake in sizes of tires has ensued in heavy repairs on our CV axle - a $500 piece + labor.We went back there on the Monday and they recognized they made a mistake so offered us 1 tire free on the 2 new extra tires we now had to install. So we ended up having to pay for 3 tires + repairs on a perfectly functioning car before they touched it.Now a month later, we just took our vehicle for inspection and they tell us we failed because THE BACK CALIPER was not put back in place when the tires in the back were replaced. So now this is a $1,200 tab we have to pick because it damaged our brakes/caliper/rotor on the back driver side. Again this is UNACCEPTABLE. I am sincerely telling you to never go to this place. I cant believe the mistakes they made and how unprofessional they are. Discount tire yes, but be prepared to pay a high price tag to fix their mistakes.Discount tire literally owes us $2,000 for their incompetence.

Repeat customer for several family vehicles now, and these guys have been excellent every time. Always take the warranty, because even though we only had to use it once, it was worth the free, no hassle quick replacement for running over a nail! Each time (4 sets of tires now) the staff has made sure to get what I wanted in the price ranges I needed. Great service and professionalism from staff with decent tires for a good price.

I got two flat tires and had my truck brought in on a flat bed. They had a full set of new tires on in about 20 minutes. Not exaggerating!
