Im a SHU (super heavy user) since Ive had them handle all my policies. all these years. AmFam is a great company with top notch agents who you can trust to take good care of you.

This American Family office located in Durango, Colorado has excellent staff. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Lindsey has been an excellent help to me many times and was so understanding after my brother was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I really appreciate all the staff in this office. They have excellent customer service and seem to enjoy helping their customers, which seems to be a rare find these days.

I have been with Amfam since 2004. The local rep Natalie is they key for me staying with this company. Her customer service skills, professionalism and knowledge on all aspects of insurance is amazing. She is always one call away and is very responsive. I dont think I would ever find this service elsewhere!
