In this era of disappointing customer service, Kevin Heckman responded well above the call of duty with speed and excellent communication until he achieved the desired result.And he stuck with me even AFTER I moved out of state and cancelled my insurance plan.I contacted Kevin when I noticed a billing problem, a couple months after I had already cancelled.Truthfully my expectations were very low. You know the process we all expect to experience whenever there is a problem: spending hours on the phone with call waiting, being put on hold, then waiting for the next level up to call you back, who will inform you that it is someone elses responsibility, or that you need to submit proof while they open a case, etc.Thats why they call us Patients.Well that did NOT happen when Kevin was on the case. He responded immediately. He needed to make those calls and did so. He followed up with good communication all the way so that a credit landed in our account within 24 hours!Hmmmm. Now that I see they also handle financial services, maybe I should see what else Mountain West can do for us!
