Many years ago, when Chris said he was going to be my new insurance agent, I thought to myself this is such a great new. I knew Chris would nail it in his new profession! He hasnt let me down. Like most people I dont really think about insurance until Ive needed it. Chris has always guided me with my insurance needs to make sure I have the correct coverage for a small business, homeowner, and auto owner. This is like having a friend as an insurance agent! I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Chris Latshaw State Farm. I have a condo policy, 2 car policies, an RV policy, as well as life insurance with them. Ive even used them for a car loan in the past. They have been there for everything we need. When we bought the RV last February and I totally spaced insurance until we were about to drive away with it. I literally added the insurance with them over the phone as we were driving down the road & they emailed me the proof of insurance to keep with me. Every time I email them with a request or question, they get back to me immediately. Its important to me to have a relationship with companies I work with and not just be a # to them. I definitely feel theyve got my back in any situation.

Heres the difference, A positive customer service pretend voice really isnt that hard for most. But to convince me you mean it and then actually follow through, quickly I might add, is impressive. Whether you have a great Insurance company and a great agent is only really known when you make a claim. So I am going to talk about the great effort my agent, Chris Latshaw made on my behalf when I totaled my Harley Davidson Motorcycle - in short the guy was great - we dealt with the claim department on at least 5 different occasions - he know what documentation was needed and went it, repeatedly. I couldnt have asked for more support and advocacy from a agent ---- unfortunately, the claims department seem to ignore all the information that was sent to them regarding the value of the motorcycle.The agent was great, that is why I am still with State Farm, because the claims department & their valuation procedures sucks!!!!

The WORST State Farm office I have ever worked with! They are completely unprofessional and unresponsive! I have a vacation property in Durango, and I would never recommend them for anything! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I am BEYOND frustrated with the Chris Latshaw team! No on in the office seems to care or know whats going on? They really give State Farm a bad name. I just cancelled my Home Owners insurance with them.

Worst customer service in town. Has taken over four months now to update my address. My billing has been wrong for three months and still not resolved. His employees are dismissive and despite repeated requests to speak with Chris directly it is impossible to get resolved. Useless as an agent and horrendous customer service.

I saved money by switching to State Farm. Chris was professional and easy to work with.
