The people are great, prices are a little higher than the other companies

Poor customer service and communication. Im shopping my policy around after 30 years with Allstate. If you sign up with Allstate, be aware that all you are is a number to them, and that they dont really care whether they keep your business or not. Chances are you will never talk to the actual agent--Marcus Muldez (I never have in over 2 years with this agency). This is a big change from the way Allstate used to be.

I have several policies with this agency. They are always helpful and detail oriented, wanting to make sure I understand my coverage.
