Stranded with my daughter in Mesquite, NV on 100+ degree day. Earlier accident had damaged our radiator and our car was overheating. Courtney was so quick to respond and help us navigate getting the car towed and repaired. She checked up on us frequently, making sure we were safe and that everything was going smoothly with repairs and insurance. She also checked in a couple of days later to ensure we had made it home safely and that all of the insurance issues had been handled. It was reassuring to have her calm voice during a stressful situation. Farmers took care of everything in 2 locations very smoothly.
