My mom was with this agency. She recently moved, giving the receptionist her new address. Unfortunately, the girls sent her refund to the wrong address, not my moms fault. When I spoke with Dale, he wouldnt accept responsibility. Saying its not our fault. I hope she actually gets the refund. She is no longer with American family, thank goodness. Now she is saving 100 a month, thanks to gieco

I have had USAA insurance for about 18 years and thought there was no way any other company could come close to their rates, coverage or customer service and then I met Jessie with American Family! She is AMAZING!! Her customer service is the best I have encountered. She is quick to respond to any and all questions and works hard to find the best coverage for the best price. We have all of our insurance through her and American Family and could not be happier. To be honest, my only regret is not meeting her and switching sooner.

Dale and Jessie did a great job providing us with quotes and processing our policies. They were both always quick to respond to every question we had, were patient, professional, and accurate. It was a fairly easy, stress free, and positive transition.

They keep jacking the price up about 20 bucks not good at all
