Mike and his wife Ann are amazing. Mike does my nails and they are always beautiful and he is meticulous. He is by far the best nail tech Ive ever had in 27 years in Atlanta!

My first time going here while visiting the area...I received a pedicure and SNS nails..both were very nice. I asked for Ombre on my nails and they look beautiful! I will come again on my next visit to the area. The staff was very friendly and nice! Thank you for the good experience!

The spa and massage was good. But it’s been just 5 days since i have done my nails. I can see the nail paint almost gone on the very first day. It’s very sad that i put almost 30$ on my hands and the paint didn’t last atleast a week.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! (As of last 2 months ago. 6/13/18) Been to a few salons and this one is so clean! They have white floors. They are friendly and you can understand them! Got SNS on my nails and so meticulous! Most is a set price instead of al ecarte. Space is large so great for handicap persons.

My first time here after moving to our new house. Anne is wonderful! My nails are beautiful and I feel so much better!! The salon is beautiful, clean and feels so relaxing! Cant wait to go back for a pedicure!

This is hands down the best place that my wife has found in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta area. The gentlemen that does her nails is absolutely amazing. His level of detail is phenomenal.

Me and my sister LOVE this place! Everyone is so nice and they all do a great job! I see Mike and love his work! I had a broken natural nail that I thought was hopeless and he fixed it no problem! He always gets my shape perfect whether i want them super long or short and professional. The pedicures are are thorough and relaxing. Great atmosphere, even better people!

Ive been going here for about a year now, and am always happy when I leave! Very kind and talented staff, and now with Covid precautions -- VERY clean and sanitized.

My mom and I had scheduled an appointment two days in advance . When we arrived, the lady told us that she didn’t think we were coming bc we were 10 minutes late and called another client - Instead of calling us to confirm if I was still keeping appointment- she rudely called another client and refused to service my mom and I bc the other client was on her way . Very disturbing to see her refusal to service us as we were there in the salon and there was NO other clients in the salon at the time !! Sad bc we drove 35 minutes away and passed by many other salons to get to this salon bc we have been before - and has scheduled an appointment the last time - and was on time for that appointment but had to wait bc they wasn’t ready . We didn’t complain when that happen so we were extremely dishearten to be turned away for being 10 minutes late and if this salon cared enough to call the other client, they could have easily called me to confirm my appointment and arrival time . To make matters worst I told her that my almost 70 mother was having a hard time getting her mask on in the car so that took some time before were able to walk into salon . I feel like the salon owner didn’t care and had no concern about turning us away . And I mentioned to her there was never stated that at times appointment that there was a arrival time limited or service will he refused . Perhaps this was also an act of discrimination. So I’m warning people to not patronize this business if you are a certain background bc clearly we was not welcomed, and didn’t want to service us .. overall BAD, HORRIBLE customer service !! I will never come back to a place where I’m not welcomed .

Literally the best nail salon ever! I have been looking for a good nail tech for a while and when I walked into Creative nails I fell in love. Mike always does my nails and I am always impressed. 100% recommend!!!

I stopped in to Creative Nails Spa on a humbug after shopping at Whole Foods Market next door.... AMAZINGLY CLEAN❤️ I just came in for a pedicure and Kara was extra attentive and patient. I found out she use to work at the shop near my house! ( This one is 45 mins away on the other side of town) They offer you wine or water while you wait (I brought my own water so I politely declined). The Deluxe pedicure with hot stones have my legs and feet looking like a million bucks! I’ve never received a hot stone massage at a nail salon! They are a little more expensive than I would normally pay but the quality makes it worthwhile. Everyone around me getting their nails, toes, or eyebrows done seemed pleased with their services. When I’m back on this side of town, I’ll definitely come again!

Best pedicure in town! Go check them out, you will not be disappointed.

When I started coming they were great. Now many times you wait an hour to be served while your feet sit in water. They are nice people but there are other nice shops nearby that have more employees to serve their customers. I am finally done and will not be back.

Kara is my nail tech and this week I took a very regretful short cut to go somewhere close and boy did I “pay” for it. Suwanee Towne Center Pulse Nails is awful. Gel nails: too thick, wavy, fake looking, lifting after 6 days! Creative Nails is customer focused, clean, long lasting, fantastic work every time!

Ive been to this salon for a total of 4 times. My first experience and second were great, but since then it has not been replicated. On my third visit, I had a random technician that put the wrong polish on my nails. When I told him that it didnt look right, he continued to finish all of them. He tried to convince me that they work. The main owner noticed and had him redo it. She said it would be of no charge. Well, two and a half hours later, I had the color I originally picked out and I was still charged. The fourth time I was in, I walked in and I was the only one waiting. They set me up for a pedicure, but I was waiting so long that the water went cold. Another customer walked in and was set up for a pedicure. She was then served right away. I could tell the women in the salon looked at me and then to the technicians in confusion. I was very confused because Ive never waited that long. No one addressed me to say sorry about the wait or explain why the other customer was served right away. I will not be returning. This salon is more expensive than others and the service does not match the cost. It is a beautiful facility, but I would rather sit in an uglier setting with amazing service than a beautiful setting with service that is lacking.

Overall good job of my nails themselves and my pedicure was great. Lady who did my nails was so rough on my hands I don’t think she understands how hands and fingers are supposed to move. It felt like she was trying to break my fingers while she was doing my nails. Might try again with a different technician

This is my first time visiting this salon and I literally just walked in... Kara is still removing the gel polish from my acrylic nails and Ive already decided that I will never come back! I am the only customer in the salon and Kara room gee time to get started my nails. Shortly after she called another one of the girls up and as soon as I look up at her she diverted her eyes and quickly turned around. I laughed to myself and Kara, guiltily, asked what was so funny. Told her I was laughing at the two of them. After that the attitude she had immediately went away!Jade nails in the next shopping center next to Publix and the customer service is lightyears away!

Their very very unprofessional ! Do NOT LET THEM DO YOUR EYELASHES!!!! They dont know how to do eyelashes and instead of being honest about it they charge you an arm and a leg for it. Then the eyelash come out the next day! Their very rude and try their hardest not to give you your money back if they couldnt do a good job! To avoid going through this much trouble Jade Nails in the Publix Plaza accomplish a better job treating customers, their work on nails and eyebrows is better, and Jade Nails is a positive enivormebt and they will meet your needs and want! I stop going to Creative Nails when they couldnt do my nails right and they came off the next day ...I even got an affection from Creative Nails! I started going to Jade nails and havent had any problems from Jade nails! Even though I stop going to then from my nails I gave Carlonia the sister whos there Thursday though Saturday a chance to do my eyelashes and she couldnt even do them correctly! Im never going back!! #TakeMyAdvice! If I can upload pictures I will of my broken nails the next day and my eyelashes falling off the next couple of days!

Worst nail experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Technician left me unattended for 40 MINUTES with acetone on my nails then proceeded to shave my nails down until they were paper thin and flimsy... She then had the nerve to ask me why my nails were so thin as if she didnt know what she just did. My natural nails have now been breaking off after my visit here.
