I usually get all of my oil changes at this location. I avoid the extra services that are offered, but when I feel the need far into the future, I may receive these recommendations.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value. Have used for several years. The manager, Tim, makes sure my wifes RX 8 is fully serviced timely for a good price with quality products and makes sure other car items are checked and notes service items to address to avoid future problems. Spotted a leak that prevented an expensive repair. Very satisfied.

We are regulars here and appreciate that they keep up with our service and let us know when it’s time to do something. They jumped right in on the work, did a good job, and efficiently got us out of there.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. Unfortunately, I didnt get the name of the mechanic. I was greeted immediately and happy he could work on a Fiat. I was recently turned away from a competitor due to this. I had been going to the dealership for oil changes but this place is cheaper. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure the oil change was quick and pleasant. He deserves a raise!!!

Went in for an emissions inspection. It was the quickest Ive ever had one done. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone who needs an inspection.

Please check to make sure your employees arent taking pictures of customers, unless this is how you run your business. Last time I was here, I got the feeling that one of your employees was taking pictures of me. I did not confront him because I was alone but I felt extremely uncomfortable. It did not help that he made comments about my tattoos and going clubbing. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I used to go to the Express oil change on Buford Highway, near Duluth Town Green. I never had an issue with their service, but $40 for a standard oil change is just too much for me. Luckily, I found this Castrol that charged me $25 for a standard oil change. As a college student, Im definitely trying to save as much money as possible, and Im glad to have found a place that gives me a good oil change for a low price. Ill definitely come back again.

Let me start this review by saying that if you dont know anything about cars, you are getting robbed right before your eyes and they might as well call you stupid for letting them. My commuter car is by no means a brand new car, and after my last visit to this place it only reminds me why I have maintained my own cars for the past 10+ years.My car has close to 250k miles, I bought it used with 98k and it has always been maintained by me. From oil changes to serpentine belts. Exhaust gaskets to head gaskets. Everything was always done by me because it prevents people who doesnt know what theyre doing from messing up my car.Today I went in for a simple oil change. $19.99 oil change (as advertised) for my 250k miles car, which burns oil due to a blow-by issue that has been present for the past 50k miles, didnt sound too bad since I couldnt change my own oil this time. I walk out of there with a $71.99 bill plus tax because my special car calls for a special synthetic oil. Bullcrap!!!! My car burns oil like its nobodys business. I have to add quarts of oil weekly so it doesnt go below recommended oil level, and here I am paying the equivalent of more than 3 oil changes if I did it myself? What a way to mislead your customers just to up charge your motor oils.Also, for a business that does this every day, youd think they are good at what they do. Look at the picture of under my hood, its as if they poured the oil from a bucket and missed miserably. There is oil EVERYWHERE!!! In 10 years of doing it myself, I never thought anyone could be this incompetent at such an easy job.Do your homework and dont let these people make you look like a fool. I am all about paying for good services when they are rendered, but dont fool people just so you can make an extra buck.

They were super quick and I appreciate that they were all wearing face mask. Thank you for being open in this time. If anyone needs clean air emissions checked do it now - with the state offering tag expiration extension till May 15th that means two months of people will all try to get it done at the same time. Support this industry we will all need our cars again some day.

Great place of business. Took the time out of the day to update me every few minutes and keep me informed. On a very busy day they treated everyone that walked in as if they were the top priority. Won’t be taking my vehicles to any other place after this experience!

I love this place because it is fast & inexpensive. Dont be fooled by others and their high mileage oil change.I have 199K miles on my toyota and she runs just as great with their $25 service.I am a fan for life now because they dont try and pressure you into buying what you didnt ask for or want.

Unless you are getting a basic conventional oil change dont even bother. I have been going to these guys for years and in one day they ruined it for me. The people were extremely rude. They dont talk to you about things before they start doing things to your vehicle and then charge you for stuff you didnt ask for. Not sure if these guys are new but the guys today acted like they hated there jobs and everyone who came in was inconveniencing their day. Would not recommend these unprofessional rip off artists

Heshimu, Derick and Angela were very friendly.My husband talked to Derick about oil change prices. We went and sat in the waiting area, and I went back out to tell them I also needed the emissions done as well. They told me no problem. A short while later, he came and told us we were ready and just what we needed (New Wipers and Brake fluid flush which we planned to do another day). They didnt try to sell me anything more than I needed and they didnt even overcharge me for an extra .5 quarts my truck needs for my oil change. AND THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT! After I was charged 100 for less at a place nearby, I was weary of going to a shop for anything by myself but I really appreciate the service we received today and I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for everything in the future. Extremely great service. I brought my business van in today to get a oil change and the crew here all were great. Ive been going to this store for the last three years. Im always satisfied with my experience. The service is quick and efficient. Im always told whats going on with my car, how which service has helped my vehicles performance, as well as being informed about what services I should plan for in the future. Have mostly had good experience here. They do upsell if you let them get away with it. Would keep going there... but theres always an excuse to avoid rotating tires. Even though the paperwork you get with an oil change says you get a free tire rotation, after meeting conditions. The attendant refused to do the tire rotation until I showed him his own paperwork. Then he did. But since then, (probably a year or so ago), have encountered the same resistance to do tire rotations. Last trip the excuse was broken equipment... I assume the lift ( of which they have several, (a single air compressor supplies all maybe ?I). Kaufman is rite around the corner. Besides rotating tires, they do oil changes ! I buy my tires there, so now oil changes too. Unless they are awful slow, I wont be back to this place.Managers attention... had a lot of other work done at this Castrol store too. Kaufman get its all now.You lost a $1200 brake and tire change already.

Not happy with previous/recent service on my daughters car. Been loyal customers for over a year. Found out the oil being replaced in her car was NOT correct. Also, her oil cap was lose (practically fell off when touched). Explains why oil light would come on prior to oil changes. Not to mention, after her car was serviced, her hubcab and tire were damaged. Contacted the big boss of Castro to explain issues, still awaiting a response/call back. Poor customer service/customer satisfaction. Definitely wont be returning.

Quick reliable service

My car was stranded on Sunday and I had to get it towed to a car service center. This well known car service center wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money for a starter and btw they urged me to have the cable for the battery replaced. My husband told me to call Raymond and ask how much it would cost to put a starter in. It was $175 less than the other place and $200 to replace the cable or I could be stranded again at anytime. I spoke to Raymond he said its very unlikely that I needed cable.I let the other car service company replaced the starter because they reduced their price, but I took the car to Raymond to check out some other issues I had with my car..told to me by this other center. He confirmed I did not need the cables replace nor did I need to have my axle and boots replaced. This is what I call INTEGRITY and he showed me exactly whats going on with my car. I do need to get some work done on the vehicle and Raymond and his guys will do the work for a reasonable price. No more well known car service place with three letters. They are rip-offs.

Came in to have my brakes done upon a recommendation from another Castrol Lube Express location. Everyone I talked with at the location was helpful and the brakes front and back where completed very quickly. Even with an addition of doing an oil change while there, I would definitely recommend this location.

I’d recommend going elsewhere to get an oil change. The five minute long up-sell for unnecessary services was rather unenjoyable. The dead giveaway for an impending ripoff was when a power steering fluid service was recommended on my car which has an electric power assisted steering (EPAS) system. My friends, those don’t take fluid. That’s like saying I need my door lock fluid replaced. I probably won’t be back...

Had car checked out at another mechanic to get diagnostic, was shopping around for repair prices and gave complete information. This shop had the lowest estimate, come to find out later they were not including half of the work in that estimate (I told them the radiator and needed to be replaced as the systems were leaking into one another) Was told total cost would be around $850, which was just slightly cheaper than the other shops and came with a warranty on the parts. They then tacked on another $500 after the fact for the radiator because they did not include this in the initial estimate. Finally paid because there was no other way to get the vehicle, and had crankshaft and camshaft sensor issues that were not present initially. Took it back and was told that they would cost an additional $150 to replace.I got the district supervisor to (finally) agree to provide the labor if I bought the parts myself. Got this taken care of finally, only to have the transmission start leaking shortly thereafter. Had vehicle towed to another location within the company to get the work done...and they sent it right back to the same one that initially did the work without telling me. Currently trying to track down where my vehicle is because the district manager wont answer his phone and the store managers arent told anything about what is going on. Extremely dissatisfied

I needed both my front and back breaks replaced, but couldnt find a place that could figure that out and do the job in time. In minutes of evaluating my car, Steph and Tyler were able to determine the issue. Steph replaced them in just enough time for me to pick up my son. Everything they said, they did. They took very good care of my vehicle and I will be a repeat customer for that. Awesome service!

Stay away from this place! I had a $19.99 coupon which was valid, they insisted it was invalid and expired (even though it had not), and wanted twice the money $39.99 plus junk fees. I took the car to the dealer and had the work done for $28.80.

Use Castrol for ALL our company vehicles. Never a problem, and Ivan always goes above and beyond anytime I come in. Would highly recommend them!!

Deceptive advertising. Posted price $19.99. The tech tells me the cost is 49.99 due to the make/brand of the car. Then the final price is about $60. They tried to sell me a several services I didnt need by using scare tactics. I will not come back to this place.

I just tried going here about an hour ago when I saw the sign for the $19.99 conventional oil change (it was a toss up between here and the Havoline Xpress Lube across the street). I pulled up and the technician asks me if I know what kind of oil goes in my 2009 Corolla, so I told him conventional 5w20. He then proceeds to open my hood and comes tells me that he can’t put conventional oil in it because my oil cap says 0w20 or 5w20 on it, and because it has 0w20 on it at all, he can only put that weight of oil in my Corolla, which is full synthetic and $60. I laughed and told him that it actually reads “5w20 or 0w20” and that I always get 5w20 in it, which is conventional or, at some places, semi-synthetic. He disagreed and said it requires full synthetic 0w20, and I told him that I’ve had over 30 oil changes on this car and had conventional oil put in it every time, at several different places, and it’s still running fine. He said, “well we can’t put conventional in it here, it’s a liability.” So I immediately backed out of there and headed 45 seconds down the road to Havoline. The guy at Havoline said no problem, and then asked me why I left Castrol. When I told him he laughed and asked me if I was kidding. While he was putting conventional 5w20 oil in my car, I heard him tell the other tech about my experience at Castrol, and they both started laughing out loud and making fun of the tech at Castrol who would say that to me. That guy was either completely incompetent or thought I was an idiot and would fall for his BS. I wonder how many people did give in to his completely false and unethical claims.I chose Castrol bc it had a slightly higher star rating than Havoline, but my experience at each was quite the opposite. I’ve been to several othe Havolines and, although they aren’t perfect, my experiences there have been wayyy better than my 3 minutes at Castrol. Don’t go here unless you want to get talked down to and ultimately ripped off.

I took my car into the shop today for an oil change. I previously noticed my car was leaking oil throughout the bottom of the engine and my dipstick was dry. I advised Darius and Ivan of my situation and they promptly pulled my car in and took a look at my problem. At first we could not locate the issue as the oil filter and oil pan were dry; however, after further search they noticed the oil was leaking into my coolant. Although we could not fix the issue right there, darius and ivan were both very helpful and did not try to sale me something i didnt need. They provided me with some helpful recommendations. Once my car is back to normal, i will be bringing it back for future service.
