I visited this shop for checking the floor side of my car. They looked at the area that I had some concern for more than few months and provided instant repair with excellent explanation. They also removed remaining phone holder sticker over audio system which bothered me for few weeks without any charge. I highly recommend this shop for everyone.

I have gone to this auto repair shop twice. The first time I went for an oil change for my husbands car, they pulled me aside to let me know that there was a screw on my tire and they suggested letting them apply a patch on it. Pulled out the screw and it turned out to be nothing. Second time I took my own car for an oil change and they once again pulled me aside to let me know there was a screw on my tire again. When I looked at my tire the screw was on the side of the tire in the part that is not visible unless youre under the car. This time it appeared that someone had pushed this screw very deep and it damaged my tire. They told me that I should get it fixed by them and when I said no they became annoyed. This is the last time I go to this repair shop, they are scamming people who they think know nothing about cars just to get more money out of them. I know this to be true because one of the men made a comment about how women know nothing about cars. Very sexist scamming employees!

First off, I wanna start off by saying this is the first review I have ever written in my life and I usually dont do this. This place is the worst auto shop i have ever been to in my life. We brought our car here on numerous occasions and when we brought it to the BMW dealership they were asking us who has been fixing our car because whoever it was they did not know what they were doing. BMWs repair center told us its gonna be approximately $10,000 to fix all the damage this place has done to our car. Please save yourself the trouble and pick a auto shop that actually knows what they are doing. Shame on you sonamoo for hiring people that do not know what they are doing. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now with my family! There’s no reason for me to be nervous to come here & hope that I don’t get overcharged (for being a girl who doesn’t know that much about cars & car repair pricing). They always offer a fair & competitive price. Their facilities are super organized & clean. They get everything done in a fast, timely manner! My go-to place for oil changes. Highly recommend.

Ive been customer with Sonamoo Auto Repair for a long time. I go here to get my oil change, tire rotation, vehicle repair, etc. They are reasonable, straight forward, and are willing to work with you on prices. Also, these guys wont throw you a sales pitch, or some crazy deals. They will do what you ask to fix, and if theres another problem they will look into it for you and give you advice what you can do. Either ways, all I can say is if you have some problem with vehicle, give this place a try.

My experience here was great. I needed an immediate oil change and all four brake services done. The dealership didnt want to take in any walk-in customers (no worries, I understand). The mechanic at Sonamoo Auto was able to check the vehicle and service what needed to be done. I thought all four brakes. I arrived at 3:30 and according to online hours they closed at 4. They were pleasant and patient with me. The manager on duty told me they closed at 5 and I was okay. Thank you staffs!!

Very nice and fixed the issue I had with my vehicle. It was something minor, even though I offered to pay he refused to charge me. Great customer service! I went back because my A/C Compressor went out in my vehicle and Randy replaced it for me and my brakes as well because it was low in the front. They are very reasonable. Theyve got a new customer. The best so far in the area and they dont make you wait all day.

Great shop with Amazing customer service. I always bring in my oil and filter and they change it. They are fast and reliable. The best part about this shop is that they tell you ahead of time whats wrong with your car and they ask you if youd like an estimate to be made for you incase youd like to repair the problem. They wont work on the car until they have your approval and they will physically show you what is wrong and where the problem is coming from. Great Repair shop with Great people.

The owner of Sonamoo is incredibly honest, resourceful and has your best interests in mind. My 1999 Rav4 had been making horrible noises for weeks when I decided to take it to a shop. A friend referred me to Sonamoo.My friend found Sonamoo when the tail light on her beautiful Benz was burning out every couple of months. She called a couple places before Sonamoo for a quote and everyone quoted her ~$120. She called Sonamoo and they told her that they really wouldnt be able to give her a quote until they saw what was wrong. She decided to just bring it in. Turns out, there was a crack on the plastic cover of her tail light. Water was leaking in and getting trapped. When it got to a certain level the water destroyed the bulb. She asked Sonamoos owner if she would have to replace the cover. He told her that she could if she wanted to or, alternatively, he could drill two tiny holes at the bottom of the plastic so the water could drain out. He did that, replaced the bulb, and changed her oil. The bill for everything was $60, half the price the other places were going to charge her to just get her bulb changed.I was sold. When I went, the noise was so awful and had so many different nuances that I was sure my little Rav4s days were numbered. Sonamoos owner put my car on the lift and showed me that the problem was with my muffler. My muffler (which apparently runs the length of my car) had multiple cracks in it where it rusted open and in one spot had become disconnected completely. I was relieved that it wasnt the engine and asked him how much it would cost me to have the muffler replaced. He said not to bother getting it replaced, it would be more expensive, and referred me to a welder down the street who welded my muffler back together for $60. Sonamoo didnt even charge me for the diagnostic. My car sounds brand new, I couldnt be more thrilled.Im a grad student at Emory but I tell all my friends with car problems that Sonamoo is definitely worth the trip out. Ill be bringing my car here for as long as I live in Atlanta.

Had a valve cover gasket replaced. Spent several hundred dollars. Was NOT told there was anything else wrong with the vehicle that would cause it to NOT accelerate, shake tremendously like the car would cut off at a red light, and jerk while driving after the VCG was replaced. Within 30 minutes of driving, the check engine light came on and the very next day the car would not start up at all.
