Exceptional service from start to finish. Repair makes my car look as good as new. They even washed it and detailed the inside. Worked in a timely manner and called me with updates every step of the way. Rick was amazing and even took the time to explain things and break it down to me. Highly recommend.

First let me start off by saying I was in an accident on 1/27 and it was the first accident Ive ever had in my entire life. I had no idea of the process for repairing my vehicle or anything and was pretty lost. The insurance gave me a list of shops I can take it to, and I looked up the reviews for each one. This shop had the best reviews out of every single shop on the list of 43 they gave me. I took other peoples word for what I read and had it towed there. When I got to the shop, the adjuster explained everything to me, and I had told him I wanted to make a few little changes to the repair, which he explained the process for that as well. They continued to keep me updated on the truck with phone calls and texts, insuring that they were working hard on getting it fixed the right way. I have attached pictures of the progression. Rick was one of the most professional and funny guys Ive met, he truly made me feel like I was in great hands at the shop. Not only did they get my truck all fixed up, cleaned, and well maintained, they even took care of the extra work for a new aftermarket bumper replacement as well! These are the guys to go to, they know what theyre doing, theyre professional with it, and they offer a great value for what they provide. I even saw them working on an older model Lamborghini at one point when I stopped into the shop. They give you a warranty on the work they provide too! My car was fairly new when I was rear-ended by a semi that resulted in extensive damage to the front and back of my vehicle. I was literally sick to my stomach when I looked at the car. I did quite a bit of research to find a local body shop and the reviews for Premier were numerous and very positive. First time I met them I told them my goal was to love my car again when it was fixed and to not be able to see or hear any evidence of the damage. I even told them if they were half as good as their online reviews Id be satisfied. Their interface with State Farm was effortless from my point of view. The repair was completed in 4 weeks- right on time. Rick, my primary contact, took the initiative to provide frequent and detailed updates by phone. He patiently answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns along the way. The car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up and looked showroom new. I drove the car for a few days and found a couple minor issues. They asked when Id like to drop by and made a simple adjustment under the hood and fixed a squeak that was probably inaudible to most. 30 min later I was back on the road. I once again love my car thanks to Rick and Premier Collision. If you find yourself in the same situation I was in Id feel very comfortable trusting these folks to do the job right.

Called them about a couple of minor scratches. Talked to Ricky on the phone, and then 15 minutes later went and met him in person at Premier Collision Center. He took a quick look at the scratches, and took my car to the back and buffed them out. Had me in and out in about 10 minutes, and didnt charge me for the work. Would definitely recommend Ricky: super professional, good quality work, and saved me a lot of money and time.

The job that Premier Center did on our Lexus is phenomenal, it’s like I have a brand new car again. However, customer service is not the best. Ricky is the one we have been in communication with. It started when he called us the morning of Friday when we were supposed to pick the car up, telling us it won’t be ready until next Tuesday. This is after Ricky had called us several times prior to Friday, reassuring that we would be able to pick up the car on Friday. We had had to get a rental and had returned the rental on Friday, so it had caused us trouble, and we were frustrated. Ricky, instead of being understanding, became extremely defensive, even raised his voice at us. He did then apologize but it was very unprofessional, we never said he didn’t do his job, we only voiced our frustration because of the situation. When I came picked up the car, I was charged a service fee because I didn’t have any other payments beside my credit card. I already paid and was trying to give Ricky feedback that maybe next time he can remind customers about the service fee when he calls about the car being ready to be picked up. I didn’t even get to finish my sentence, Ricky immediately pointed at the paper that I signed THREE WEEKS ago, and the signs posted at the shop that I haven’t seen in THREE WEEKS. I then tried to tell him that it’s impossible to remember and it would be a courtesy to remind the customer closer to payment time. Ricky walked away from the conversation. It’s undeniable that the shop does an amazing job but I wish the communication and attitude of the workers could have been better. We won’t be coming back and won’t recommend the shop to anyone.

Rick and his team saved my 4Runner! It was complicated and estimates from the dealer were really high. Another shop did some amateur work, making it worse.In just about 2 weeks Rick completely redid the damage from not only the accident but the amateur shop too. He went over and above locating the parts we needed and looking really closely at what was “covered up” by others.Outstanding work, communication, all around great customer experience at a very reasonable rate.Seriously, Rick is easily one of the most honest, dedicated people I’ve ever met. Hit a deer in my 4runner on the way to a cabin with my wife. Luckily the truck survived and when we came back to reality (kids, jobs etc) I started the long process of getting my 4runner repaired. I called State Farm and found that premier is one of their certified repair facilities. I called and scheduled a drop off. From that point on Hunter, Ricky, and especially Jordan took over and made the process as painless as possible.They kept me updated constantly, were absolutely pleasant to deal with and I could tell they genuinely cared for my vehicle. They also introduced me to Matt who did most of the actual fitting and repairs on my truck.
