Kids always have fun! Worth the price - kids get to have fun, meet other kids and burn off energy!

Fun clean place. The kids love it. The obstacle course, the basketball hoops, foam pits, climbing walls jousting..... all fun.

Fun place for the family. If you have small children go during a slow time or early. A little expensive but good for a special occasion.

From the lines for admission, the near complete lack of masks, to the almost nonexistent staff with pretty much zero oversight of the jump area, take the waivers here seriously, because you’re taking your life into your own hands on aged equipment held together with duct tape. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for fun.

Very disappointed in the lack of service and service over all that works in the concession stand. I had to fix and actually show the manager the issue with the nacho cheese machine. For being a manager (young girl) she not only lacked common customer service sense she lacked knowledge of the snack bar.Funny how you dont have to wear a mask while jumping but in the arcade area half the games were shutdown for social distance. A game that has availability to play several family members at once were unavailable. Didnt make any sense. I never once saw anybody wipe anything down.

It’s fun and all but it’s not fun when you have to pay a whole dollar more then what you should because they won’t give your money back to you if you pay extra because apparently they have a shortage of change!

Stopped by on a Saturday. Overcrowded. Over half of the people were not wearing masks even though there was a clear sign saying mask is required. Even the staff were not covering their noses. The place looked very chaotic and out of control. Left within 5 minutes.

Doug is a super manager. Always kind and helpful. However corporate has no customer service skills had it not been for Doug they wouldve lost a club member.

We need more places like this for kids.

My son and I love going there to spend some quality time. Decent prices. Place is large enough to have a good size birthday party there in fact we have before and it was a hit with all the kids. The games are fun too.

Im pretty sure I got covid 19 from this disgusting place. Absolutely no cleaning or disinfecting in the two hours of my visit..

This was a horrible experience. I would not recommend people to go there. The staff and manager on duty were extremely rude. For example we arrived at 12:05. They had posted on Facebook a $10.00 per hour to jump. They were charging much more than that. When we asked why the lady, will not mention her name, pointed to the prices on the sign. She then went to the manager and we got the price. But here is the problem by the time this all happened we left the desk at 12:10 and they only allowed us to jump until 1. Imagine how disappointed my 4 kids were. Apparently they have so many people coming they do not care about service. We then asked again why the time was for only 45 minutes and the manager well you started the process at 12:05 so that is all you get. NOT GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

The trampolines are alot of fun, but the foam pits are disgusting. They were Full of dirt, dust and hair.

Stopped to burn off some energy here while visiting the Dubuque area from Wisconsin. The kids had a lot of fun, and we ended up extending our jump time. Staff seems bored and disinterested, and the place was just overall pretty short-staffed for a Saturday night. We were in line for a LONG time to register to jump and an even longer time at the snack counter before just giving up on ordering any food.

Kids will enjoy tis location. You have to buy their socks and the food is not good, but that I think is to be expected.

Last Friday I saw this new to me business at the Kennedy Mall in Dubuque. Kids were having a great time jumping on foam squares piled in a big bin and climbing ropes and swinging on trapeze bars and running on colored mats. At the entrance there were all kinds of electronic games similar to pinball and further down the hall was a snack bar with hot dogs and popcorn and candy. It is obvious kids would love this place and have a great time exercising during a visit. I hope this business continues to be successful. It will be fun for the kids and help improve the physical conditioning of our kids at the same time.

We decided to try the Vertical jump park with some friends. Slightly pricey, but still worth trying it out. Within minutes of entering we were redirected from a foam pit to the start of the rock wall. No big deal...until realizing later, as another child got in trouble for going into the foam pit from the start that it wasnt a foam pit at all, but a place to fall from the rock wall. That particular activity is not intuitive at all. The second issue originated from the same pit. As my daughter waded back to figure out what she had done wrong her sock came off. We thought that it was because they were too big and traded them for smaller socks, which also continuously fell off in the foam pits. To top it off, there was a child that had Helium socks on (the correct type as it is another jump park) whom was cornered and told that they would have to buy Vertical socks. The issue was solved by them letting the child have the Vertical socks at no cost, BUT the Helium socks were superior by far. I think we will take our business down to Helium in the future.

Holy cow my kids LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! The jump is great, the video games are super fun and of course they love the prizes as well... Staff has always been wonderful and kind when the kids need to be reminded of rules...

Entire family had jump socks but not “Vertical” socks, made kids leave jump area and had to buy their socks. Staff very rude, not paying attention or assisting with lines, fairness in games. Bathrooms without toilet paper. Used to be good but has obviously gone down hill. Still has a good mix of activities but needs something in the way of leadership and customer service.

Super fun jump park! I mean, its not the greatest jump park in the world, but its good for what it is! Fun place to go with friends!

This place is the worst. We got ripped off. We payed almost 40 bucks for 30 minutes but they gave us 15 minutes🙄 when we asked if it was our time they said yes with a disrespectful attitude. And they said if we didn’t get out they would ban us for life and one employee rolled her eyes and had a big attitude and threatened us. Don’t go here for your own sake

Great place to take the kids in winter to burn off some steam! They love the dodgeball and basketball slam dunk! The video games also are a hit!

We have been here several times and the kids have always had a great time, however, be warned if you are bringing younger kids here on a Friday or Saturday night...the lights will be OFF! I guess thats their thing. The very first thing that happened is my 5 year old grandson ran face first into the dodge ball net (couldnt see it!), then my 9 year old got smacked in the face with a dodge ball because you cant see where youre throwing it! I just dont think this is very safe. I guess its pretty popular with the teenagers...well, duh, of course it is! Teenagers with loud music in the dark...Im sure lots of good can come from that :-/Im just very disappointed, I was hoping to get some pictures/videos of my sons and grandson :-(

Great for kids but every time we go, staff are terrible. Theyll look at you several times while you wait for help but wont say a word.. then when they do help you dont expect kindness or an apology for the long wait. There is always a game that rips us off every time but it isnt worth dealing with the rude staff to solve the issue. I could make several more issues but Ill simplify my rating by saying, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION.

My brother had a lot of fun, but parents/guardians with autistic children should know that it is VERY loud in the arcade, and only slightly quieter in the actual jump room. I will have to participate myself sometime though. :)

Place looked really cool, and was pretty fun at first, till we got kicked out because we were not wearing there socks 😑😑😑. The staff werent not the best and the socks sucked. So yeah 2 stars

It is awesome my kids love it little pricey but overall fun my little one stay with my husband playing arcade games. Ninja course was fun for my 10 year old but he said it was kinda hard but very fun i love really reccmmend it going there right now by the way

Vertical was a fun experience for me I really liked the parkour course and the food was great

Promotional pictures should be taken at a different time then when open to general public. Entry should not depend on agreement of photos being taken. We are talking about minor children !
