I worked with Brandon over the course of about 2 months, 3 times a week with a goal to gain strength and muscle mass. Brandon is highly knowledgeable in his field and I highly recommend him and Bar Raising Fitness to anyone that is looking to get in better shape or reach specific goals. I have increased not only my initial goals of strength and muscle mass but have also become more confident in my lifts. I no longer work in person with Brandon but I am transitioning back into working out on my own but with a program that Brandon created in order to continue on with my goals. Bar Raising Fitness isn’t just for athletes, it’s the perfect place for anyone wanting to commit to their health!
My son has been receiving one-on-one boxing lessons from Brandon for a few months now. In the short time, hes become faster, stronger but more importantly, more confident in himself. Brandon teaches him the technique but also how to respect the sport. He is great with kids and talks to him on his level. We absolutely love going! Thank you Brandon!

Been working out a Bar Raising for around a month and couldnt be happier. I am going into my Senior year of college football, and this facility has everything I need to achieve my goals. Brandon; the owner, has helped me in many different ways. Like mentioned, I am very happy working out here. The prices cannot be beat, and the personal training sessions have gave me a ton of knowledge. 10/10 recommend!

I have recently started going to raise the bar fitness and I absolutely love it there. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable after explaining what outcome I wanted the course structure that was given to me seems to be spot on. I am always greeted and the facility is well organized and clean.
