I hired The Hodge Group in 2013 when I worked at Edison State Community College. I was a brand new Vice President moving through a Presidential Transition and hiring Russ and his team was the best decision we could have made. They were so amazingly flexible as our scope of work transitioned from focusing on a capital fundraising campaign to working with and empowering our volunteer leadership through the leadership transition.
