Jenny is very very good! She is very careful with detail. Im from out of state so if you are too then book with her if you want perfect nails. If you live here you are very lucky. She is also fun to talk to.

Since my nail beds are large, after gel nails they appear larger. Chico always shapes my nails so as not to look so big. I get compliments on my nails all the time.

Love this place! Always a great job on my no chip manicure. Jenny is amazing! Friendly and literally cares about every finger and makes sure it comes out perfect. Never had any issues whatsoever. Twan(spelling??) is also good!

I got a french manicure done this past summer and the girl who did my nails asked me if I wanted the tips white or sprayed white. I didnt quite understand what she meant so I said sprayed white (Ive gotten this there before). When it was time to get my nail tips sprayed the man pretty much yelled at me because getting white tips would have been faster for them and he had to go and pick up his child. In the end, he QUICKLY sprayed the tips white so he could go and pick up his son. Worst service ever and I was applaud he yelled at ME for not making the service faster for HIM. I agree with them needing an attitude adjustment.

They always remember me even after not being there for over a year! They are the only people that shape my nails exactly the way I want them and I never leave disappointed

Amazing. My mom comes here and made an appointment for me, I was extremely pleased with my service! I got a pedicure and full gel set by Jenny! She is tedious and quick! Be honest with her and she will give you want you want.

This place is horrible! Dont go here! My nails look bad and my experience was overall horrible. First of all, only 1 person is supposed to do your nails. Not multiple people. A guy put the glue and nail tip on my nail then he sent me over to the lady to get the gel put on. They were rushing and not taking their time... she put too much gel on my nails and now it looks like I have bubbles on my nails. And being that my nails werent that long, she filed my nails so hard causing my skin to bleed. She had the nerve to have an attitude when I snatched my hand away from her. You ARE FILING MY SKIN! Please dont go here because youll be wasting your time and money on terrible service.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I have been to a few in the area and could not get what I was looking for or for that matter what I was paying for. I moved from the south suburbs and traveled 40 minutes every 3 weeks to my trusted nail place. I have decided I need to look close to my area with the winter upon us. Xclusive Nails is now my new nail home. Chico has done my nails each time and I have no complaints whatsoever. The massage chairs are wonderful. Just cant say enough good about my e,periences but if you wany a new local nail salon try them out.Eileen

I have been going to this place for years and just realized that when a black customer walks in even before a white customer they tend to the white customer so diligently and ignore the black one. I was waiting for my mom sor 30 minutes and noticed it again and this lady said she even had an appointment but they took a walkin white customer before her and her kid and told her to sit and wait for another customer to be done before tending to her. Much as I tend to build a customer work relationship with small businesses this type of attitude is what disappoints me sometimes. Change your attitudes or you will lose your customer base.

This was the worst Nail experience I have ever had. Not only was the owner Jennie rude and gruff - the man there had my thumb bleeding in the first 5 minutes of the manicure. They had to redo my NON Chip 2x and yet it still was cracking and bubbling. She tried to tell me that has never happened before - riiiiiiiight. I actually went the next day to get it re-done and the salon laughed how awful the job was. Bubbling and crackling nails is from old polish and a rush job. No attention to detail and very, very rude and unprofessional owners. I will share with the every body live in Downers grove my experience of how awful this place was sad too since I get my nails done weekly. I will stick to the place by my office I know - they are kind and detailed and have never had to redo a manicure. Ever.I would run from this place - my finger still has first aid ointment on it daily from the infection this nail place caused.

This place was the worst. Im not sure which man took care of me but he rushed through my no chip and got the color on my skin which was then baked into my hand. The sanitation is questionable since he only sprayed the tools with water before he used them. The emery board was tearing apart as well. The uv light was so dusty I now have hair baked into the color. The man put lotion on my hands but was kneading my hand so fast I couldnt tell if he was trying to make bread out of them. Lastly I noticed while typing this some of the tips of my nails are connected to my skin at the top of my finger with the top clear coat. Horrid experience for 35 dollars, I just wanted it to end.

I have no idea where this last review came from!! not only is Jenny AWESOME, she does a GREAT job....my pedicures last almost a month with no chipping and she always help me pick out great colors.....I would recommend her to anyone!!

Ive been getting manicures, pedicures, and my eyebrows waxed for the past five years from Xclusive Nails. Jennie is awesome! She is meticulous with everything and always does an exceptional job. I always pick the hardest nail polish to paint (light pink and very creamy) and if one makes any kind of tiny mistake, the mani-pedi would look awful, and Jennie never makes a mistake and always does it perfectly! I highly recommend her and Exclusive Nails in general. And, their prices are great too!

I have serious doubts about the sanitation of this salon. Illinois sanitation code explicitly states that emery boards, buffer blocks, pumice stones, etc. must be disposed of after each use since they cant be properly disinfected. The emery board used to file my nails was absolutely NOT new, as it had visible wear. When he reached for a used buffer block and was preparing to rub it across my BLOODY toe nail (because he had cut the cuticle too short) I stopped him and asked that he get a new one. He did, without hesitation, but I shouldnt have had to ask. He then pointed out, during my manicure, that the new buffer block was going to feel very rough since it was new. Um, legally theyre ALWAYS supposed to be new, maybe you should be buying a finer grit since theyre not supposed to last weeks?I wont nix a nail salon just because they nick my cuticle; every salon Ive ever been to (minus maybe a one-off here and there) at some point will cut too close and leave me bleeding. But this was ridiculous. I walked out the door after that mani/pedi with SIX out of 10 fingers having a line of dried blood along my nail bed and four of 10 toes. He also couldnt draw a french line upside down, so nearly twisted my elbow out of the socket so he could hold my finger the way he wanted to.The final product (minus the sore and possibly soon to be infected nail beds) was okay. He cut my nails shorter than I asked and did the trick where he ran polish along the outer edge of the nail, leaving globs of paint UNDER my nail, which I havent been able to remove since it was a no-chip manicure. He also forgot to do the final wipe down of one finger, so I got home to realize it was dull and sticky. Luckily Ive had the no chip enough times before to know I could wipe it down with nail polish remover myself and didnt have to drive back.Bottom line: I wont be returning. Definitely not worth the $65.

I have been going to xclusive nails for years. Jenni is amazing, she does the best pedicures as well as manicures. Chico does a great job with acrylic and gel nails. Tuan is an artist, he does my no chip manicures with designs. You cannot go wrong, going to xclusive nails.

The person who gave the bad review is a scam. I just came across the EXACT same review on another nail salon nearby in Woodridge. I havent been to either salon, and it appears she hasnt either. Prob another salon owner trying a cheap way to steal business, what a shame.

Clean, professional and good quality of work.

Ive been stationed all around the world and have had many mani-pedi days. I was in town visiting on leave almost 3 years ago and I was in DESPERATE need of a pedicure. It was by chance that I walked in to Xclusive nails. I was planning on going to a shop down the block by they were closed. Long story short, the pedicure was so good that I had a manicure done too. Jenni is amazing! I dont even pay for mani-pedis anymore unless Im in Downer Grove. She is so incredibly friendly. I loved her so much that I recommended her to my fiances mom. She quit going to her long-time salon to go to Jenni and she said, my nails have never looked better! Although I only see her 1-2 times a year, she remembers me every time I walk in.

I have to agree with the review about the owner being rude. She was horrible. She made comments about how bad my nails were and how she could tell that I hadnt gotten my nails done in years. I am newly engaged and decided I better keep up my nails since people are always looking at my hands now. I decided to do the no chip manicures for a few months but that cost was adding up so I wanted to have regular acrylic on. Jennie was annoyed that I didnt tell her I had a no chip when I made my appointment and mumbled under her breath.Her attitude wasnt directed just toward me. Another customer came in to get a pedicure while I was in my chair. She had an appointment but must have been early because she had to pick her sister up from school and mentioned it. Jennie went on and on about this customer to me. I couldnt believe it.The store is dirty and just gross looking. I dont know the last time someone might have dusted the displays. The place is in need of a serious cleaning and attitude adjustment. NEVER going back.
