We sat on the side of interstate 88 waiting for a tow from a company I pay yearly to help me if in need. 4 hours later and still no tow we called Fire Towing. They showed up within an half hour and towed us back to wisconsin. They were so professional and the charge was a reasonable price. Thank you so much for rescuing us. Highly recommended

From the start, I was pleased. The woman on the phone was gracious and accommodating. She scheduled a tow at my convenience. I had the good fortune to have Brian come, earlier than scheduled, to tow my 2012 Prius in to the dealership. He was courteous and very professional, as well as skilled in navigating our 210 foot curved driveway. He knew his stuff and had the car on the flatbed in no time. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Jaco towed my big old cargo van home, on a really clean and fancy painted snazzy flatbed tow truck.I felt very safe and in good hands the whole time.He arrived quickly and had a great attitude, he seemed wise and confident beyond his years.The dispatcher was also friendly and personable, and easy to understand, overall I had a great experience!

DO NOT GO! My estimate to tow my vehicle was 200 for 10 minute tow from my house. I immediately declined the offer as soon as I said that they took off $50 of the original price. They pray on people in need and take advantage of them as well. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR FIRST OFFER! Most of their reviews come from people who only reviewed this one place. Overpriced!

I had Brian come and pick me up from Costco and he came immediately and no wait. Fastest service I’ve had with a toweing service. I would recommend this company over any other service by far.

They said they would help me at 3pm waiting til 630pm for them to call and say they werent gonna help me. no trucks working over the weekend and apparently not much equipment. christine is the only good thing about this company.

At 10:30 pm the day before New Years Eve, they towed a full size moving truck from the burbs back to our office in Chicago. Very reasonably priced, fast and professional. Dont use anyone else if you need a tow - call these guys!

I have been using this company for at least 15 years both personally and with my company!! Only tow company I’d let my vehicle get towed from. They have been straight up with me!!! Always honest and they have been a great experience to work with. Between personal and business they’ve towed at least 25 to 35 times in the last 15 years!!!

Fire Towing was the most professional towing company I’ve ever used. They treated my car like it was their own, and were very friendly and professional.

I am surprised to see anything less than stellar reviews. I had an accident recently as well as a car problem. Both times Brandon came out to get my car. After more than three hours of waiting and missed ETAs, the driver Stephen came out of his truck completely unprofessional and aggressive in manner. Stephen even complained as he was aggravated that I had called dispatch for updates. I do not recommend using this service if they have people like Stephen on the fleet.

I wish I could rate them a 0 cause the service was horrible. After my car broke down I was stuck in the middle of the street so the cops came and he called towing service which happened to be this one and it started out great I thought I talked to the guy and gave him the info of the place that I wanted him to take the car and he seemed like he knew the place but as I call the next day the auto shop that I called never received my car but has all my info and as I continue to call the other ones they say they havent received my car either then as I called the towing company they said that they visited three out of the four auto body in the area and decided that visiting the fourth one wasnt worth it, so they decided to take it back to their lot and now are charging me for a tow that would have been only about 40 bucks is now over $200 I will not be using them again and I will make sure I can make every post I can I hope you guys feel good about stealing from a mother.

Great company to work for still got a buddy that works there and still cool with most other employees. the owner John is hit or miss tho still waiting on $500 he owes me for my uniforms and company phone, but they are all very experienced and all of them know what they are doing with there trucks. Dispatcher eric and jen are very sweet and will be able to put the right guy on your job.

I originally went with Johnny’s towing and they were absolutely horrible, they ripped me off- IMean come on, $195 service fee BEFORE the car gets towed?! That’s absolutely ridiculous. But recenently, I used Fire towing to tow my Mercedes off of I55 and the driver was there 20 minutes early, I think his name was Brian if I can remember correctly. He was very helpful and assured me everything would be taken care of and went out of his way to drive me to the dealership.

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!Called to get a small toolbox towed, was told on the phone $150 per hour, no loading fees, no rate per mile (basically) doesnt matter how many miles. Took 0.5 hours and still charged $150 for a 10 min tow + loading and unloading time. When i called back dispatch said i was mentioned about minimum $150, But I wasnt told that. asked to speak to the manager. manager lied to me that he heard the call being taken in cause the dispatch didnt mention a minimum $150.DISHONEST OWNERS/MANAGERS. i suspect thats their standard practice for over charging (leaving some details out, and when its done charge you more and you dont have a choice, when that was the main reason i called to explain exactly what i need, how big and how heavy, how far and how much).

Called for a tow and the driver was there in 8 mins super fast Service. The driver was super nice and explain everything to me and at the end make me feel good that i used fire towing. I had bad experience with towing company’s before like being 2 hours late and smelling like cigarette smoke and dirty and then did not explain the cost of the tow and when i got the bill it was over price and there was nothing i could do about it. So before i could asked the driver from fire towing walked me lthrough how much it was going to cost me. Super nice clean cut driver from fire towing i think his name was Brian. Had a flat tire with a company van. Eric, the tow truck operator, was in for the save getting us out of harms way in I-88 W and taking the van to a nearby tire repair shop. He came in faster than the estimated time (20 minutes early). I commend him on a good job and that he made us feel right at home with his friendly personality and sense of humor

Owner John Pemberton is a thief. Forcing his employees to charge customers for services not actually performed. Track record for accidents is horrifying. All the emloyees including Mr Pemberton has crashed a truck or damages someones personal car. DO NOT CALL FOR SERVICE! Reckless drivers and owner. They will always squeeze an extra buck out of you!
