Got a flat on I-88 W a little past the merge from I-355 S. The call was friendly, informed me that he couldnt change the tire on the expressway, and a tool to remove the tire wasnt available. So I got a tow during heavy/backed up traffic from an accident to a Tire Shop to change the tire.The cost of the tow & tire change was very reasonable and didnt break the bank! Tow Truck Driver was nice to talk to, had good conversations, and drove safe.I would definitely recommend this companys service to any commuter, like myself.

Called Action Towing to tow my car to the shop. Driver realized it was just a battery, so he gave me a jump and got me started. Saved me the cost of the tow, as I only had to pay for the service call and jump. Appreciated his quick and honest assistance!

They were prompt and handled everything very professionally. They work with my repair shop. So, I was provided the receipt for my insurance.

First towing service Ive come across which actually knows how to load a vehicle. Arrived on time and had the car loaded in a few short minutes. I hope to not need another tow anytime soon but I know who Ill call if the occasion arises.

The dispatcher was very pleasant and sent the tow truck within 35 minutes to my destination to which was very much appreciated. However, Roxy was very unprofessional and inappropriate when a young Muslim woman wearing a Hijab Informed Roxy that the tow truck was blocking her car and asked how long the jump would take. As the woman patiently waited with her young children in the car, Roxy continued to make racially insensitive comments about this woman to me. She even stated “I’d like to rip that sheet off her head!” Her comments continued until I asked her to stop and jump my car which she finally did. I was very uncomfortable by our encounter and appalled by how comfortable she was sharing her beliefs while doing her job. I won’t be using Action Towing again.

If I could Id give this company 20 stars! My car was dead due to this God awful weather and the first company I tried to get my car towed 1 mile wanted $200+..OUTRAGEOUS! Called Action and spoke to Jeff, he was kind and understanding of what is going on. Was upfront that it might be a while and wasnt going to charge me that crazy amount from the other company.Didnt even wait an hour and the driver was here. Roxie was wonderful and even bonded with my dog.....A+ service from this company and I truly appreciate them and not taking advantage of people in this weather.....With the drop, hook, and tow it was less than $100.I lost my mom in October and she was the one who would help me with this type of stuff you all have no idea how easy you made this for me. From the bottom of me heart, thank you!

Ive never had a tow driver so helpful and friendly. Better still, the driver gave me a jump to get my windows up in case of rain. Thats the extra mile I didnt expect and love.
