This is by far the cleanest laundry Ive ever been to. The staff is helpful and friendly. When I wasnt certain of how to work the machine or if my card wouldnt work, the staff was polite and sweet and extremely helpful. The staff is constantly working on other projects for the community or clients who ve dropped off their laundry. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you for the assistance and help youve given me over the years; the staff is what keeps me coming back.

Worst experience ever!!! There was no one on duty. My card wouldn’t work. I had to wait over thirty minutes to start washing. I saw a roach! I’ll never return!!! EVER!!!!!!!🤬 annnnddddd... most of the machines are out of order.

Store close before hours with my clothes I needed for work locked in. Also my childrens clothes and bedding. This is unacceptable. I am really angry. Wasted time washing clothes here. Because now they will have to be rewash from just sitting in the dryer.

Came here because of all the positive reviews. Had to wash large comforter. Machines worked properly but there were no directions posted. The attendant was kind enough to guide me in how to get a card and put finds on it. She commented, your first time? Of course, yes, havent been to laundromat since college days. So, the less that race part, You must enter your card two times to start the dryers (I didnt know that and assumed the dryer I originally chose was not working properly.). I took my comforter out and put in a different dryer. When I went to pay for that dryer it indicated I didnt have enough money on my card. The attendant finally appeared again and showed me how to get it started. When I explained what happened basically she said sorry for your luck no refunds. When I pointed out that there were no instructions and I didnt know you had to swipe twice she said oh well, we are renovating so the signs are gone.Not good business practice and I wont be back.

I would definitely give the place better stars but the staff SUCK and is very unprofessional. Multiple times I’ve woken up early to come wash clothes and the doors are still locked an hour to an hour and a half after posted open times. Which I think is very unprofessional.

Twice a year annually, when traveling in the area with my team, I always return to Laundry Lagoon for their laundry drop-off service, since it has always been very timely and perfectly done---always very satisfied with quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit included me picking up my order, which looked like my 3 year old grandson completed for me. It appeared as if they just rolled my laundry in some saran wrap. My socks were just thrown together willy-nilly, clothing was still inside out, due to all that it ended up being a wrinkled mess. I ended up having to refold everything, and iron most of it. Then, to add the cherry on top, they charged me $7.50 extra for one single set of sheets, which is HIGHWAY ROBBERY if I ever seen it, considering I said they can just wash everything together....and after having to just eat the charge, upon pickup the sheets were just thrown in there, damn near rolled into a ball. Such a let down and disappointment. Quality was not the same, the usual clerks were not there, and I was told that it is being run under new management since last year....which I should have guessed because it was like night and day from my other experiences. Such a shame, this was my teams go-to spot, we always knew we would get great service both for our clothes and customer service wise. This time was a true disappointment. I showed my finished product to others and they just shook their heads and asked what the hell I paid for....I highly doubt I will be returning since everything to me is appearing the opposite of what I expected. I never really do these things, but this was such a let down, I did not want others to suffer the same experience.

Need to have The restroom available for use. The machines are excellent and the facility is very clean the staff was very helpful. I will recommend the business laudatory mat to others. Thanks for a great service.

I love this place!Fast, not crowded, not too pricey and the staff are always nice to talk to.This is the only laundromat I like to go to and its close to my house.

I come to Dover once a year to work at the Firefly Music Festival. A few years back I had to do my laundry and this was the closest option so I went there not knowing what to expect.I used their drop-off service and it was great. Ive used them every year since. Nice folks, great service.

We always come here when we go to the track. The lady with blonde hair is always there and she is great. She always remembers us. Also the place is always clean!!!!

Ive gone for a year during daytime. Ok. Today 6 pm . New clerk. .clerk started a brawl. I locked attacked our of store. She opened door up and more violence fighting. This location is very dangerous. Police response was really bad. For such a central location. In during them 1st thing monday morning.

It’s 92 degrees outside and the employee said that there’s A/C, but the manager cut it off. Now why the heck would the manager cut off the AC in 92 degree weather I’m sweating just sitting down and I just found out that Lisa left because she wasn’t being treated the way an employee that’s been working for a company for 7 years should be. The laundry lagoon is not the same, where is the customer service?
