Massey towing was great they came out within an hour after I called. They are very professional about there job and best price in the area.

I needed a truck moved from Douglasville to Villa Rica on a Sunday and they showed up right away, charged me a fair price, and delivered in a timely manner. I called five other wrecker services who told me it would be Monday before they could get to it. Thank you for the prompt service!

Insurance company dispatched them to tow my vehicle. 2-3 hours later it had not arrived to the house. For the next 2-3 hours we couldn’t locate the vehicle. They left it at an auto shop - the closest one around, not the address we gave. The driver refused to tell me where the keys were left. He told me to call his dispatch with questions because he had done his job. It’s now almost 8 hours later and my vehicle cannot me picked back up for 48 hrs because the shop is closed til Monday and they put my keys in the key drop. The shop has the WORST reviews about being liars, crooks and dishonest....and I literally think that my car may be gone before Monday morning. The towing company yelled at me and said they refused to go get my car and tow it to the right place. My insurance company re-dispatched them to get the vehicle and they refused that dispatch too.What the ???

Will always use these boys if they are able to get to me best recovery and wrecker service in Douglasville hands down

The people up here so friendly and so nice they actually take care of you we also love going to Glenn weve been following Glen for years Glen is awesome make sure you keep him. a lot of the workers came out and spoke to us when my car was getting checked and they were pretty nice and pretty friendly and they were actually funny to they had us laughing the entire time.

If I could give them negative stars I would! I received a tow from these drug addicts and was in 2 minor accidents while on a 1 hour ride with them! My window is shattered out completely and they will not pay! Very rude and give douglasville people a bad name! My lawyer will be contacting them! We have good tow companies around we need to get these types shut down!

23Dec2019, 9pm. night before Christmas Eve and my 1984 Porsche loses its clutch. Its raining and Im trying to get home to my Baby and our 4.88lb rib roast. I called three local tow companies, all drivers out on calls said two of them, one said he could with a charge of $254 for an 8 mile trip.When I called Massey he said $85. Made my night. Driver arrived when he said he would and delivered my vehicle without any problems. This company runs like a company should. Highly recomended

I have dealt with Massey Towing twice now. The employees are fantastic! Josh did the first tow and was very friendly. I had to get the same vehicle towed today and was helped by Keith (I think). It was very fast service as well. He showed up within 30 minutes of the call. He also was very cordial. The price difference Massey charges is cheap as well compared to anybody else around. I had two busted tires, stuck in Atlanta during rush hour traffic. All it took was 1 phone call and they sent someone immediately. The driver was professional and friendly. Massey Towing has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am beyond grateful for their service and kindness.

WARNING! If in an accident call your own company if possible! Anything less than a 1? This is the wrecker Douglas County uses during wrecks and its a racket... $350 for a 2 mile tow and two days in storage. Ive since found 12 others who are less! And friendlier.

Showed up 10 minutes after I called and was extremely friendly. Josh was very conversational and gave me recommendations on the next step on what to do with my vehicle. Recommend for any emergency towing needs.

Though, they had a 90 minute window it took them over 4 hrs to get to me. Came without jump cables, so couldn’t put my vehicle in neutral, due to alternator and battery problem.Driver seemed more than happy to leave. Finally, got him to try my wireless jumper, drained it and still couldn’t get vehicle into neutral. Advised to get someone with proper towing equipment. And the last time I called the office to check arrival time since they were so late the young man was rude. They wasted my whole day. Thank God I wasn’t on the highway all of the time I had to wait for them!

I have had numerous repairs done here and never had a problem. I cant understand some of the other posts here...this is a honest shop.

Complete rip off. I used them in 2013 to replace my lower left control arm. They didnt fix it. Took it back. They argued but finally worked on it again... Its still not fixed. They put the wrong screw/ bolt in backwards. Stripped it down completely and put a washer on it to try and cover their butts. Shady shady work! My wheel could have fallen off. DO NOT USE THEM!

So the mother of my kids had an accident in which we were trying to find another tow company to use At the time The Georgia state patrol officer stated he got tired of waiting and coalled this company And we were able to find someone But the patrolman said no I have to use the one that he called And it would be $250 to drop the car they work together to take money from the public 275 dollars to tow a car less than a mile 🤨

They wouldnt release my vehicle to the insurance company when I asked them to, it sat for a few days before they released it.

Terrible customer service; he will be there in 30 minutes is the statement I have heard ALL DAY starting at 1230... its now 9:15. NINE HOURS? The man HIRED to answer the phone after normal business hours informed me he doesnt know anything, and has no way to contact anybody; however, the driver will be there within the hour and that he was at dinner and only answers the phone until 8:00 Monday morning. He came in at 6:00 and HANDLED the tow Did I mention it already 9:15? I have no idea what he HANDLED at 6:00; when it was a woman I spoke to AFTER 6:00, who also stated he will be there in 30 minutes When asked to speak to someone who could explain this ridiculous wait time, he said call on Monday WHO has the time to sit this long for a tow? I have never experienced a business so poorly operated. Additionally, NOBODY was apologetic ALL DAY, especially the man answering the phone, ONLY because its forwarded to him, and hes at dinner. Im so sorry to have disturbed YOUR dinner as you get paid to do a job you cannot do, nor do you care about a stranded vehicle for NINE HOURS... Bon Appétit.

Worst tow company in the southeast I waited 3 hours for a tow and eventually had to find other means to get my vehicle home after I was told they would have a truck there in 30 minutes no one showed I was stuck in a storm and they seemed not to care I would rather push my car 16 miles up hill then to ever deal with these guys again!

Broke down on expressway...hero couldnt find me massey did...only thing 200 dollars tow form atlanta to Douglasville told me 3 dolllars ac mile 50 to hook up. Never had avtow that high plus repair wow

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!!!!!This tow company is not only RUDE!!!! But they damage your vehicle, and then when you confront them they think because I am a woman I am stupid, like I wasnt taught how to take care and check out my car, hey MR. KNOW-IT-ALL, You left the proof on the drive way and the bottom of my car. If your young employees dont know how to pull a car out of a driveway with a hill.... you shouldnt send them, oh and when you have equipment that dont work right you shouldnt say it out loud in front of people you are arguing with, about the fact that you messed up the whole underneath of the front of the car!!!!!!!

Had them do some work a while back and then started having issues with that same tire so had them look at it again and told them what it was doing but they dont see nothing so I took it to Ford to have it looked at and that dude told me that my tire was at the Brink of locking up . So had them fix the problems and out of all the 1000s of dollars I put into it, it was one part that needed to be replaced instead of all the other parts . So had the same part replaced again a long with the Problem Child then tried calling asking about warranty for the part and was told nothing they could do due to had fixed elsewhere . So I told him that it could of locked up on me then he said well I have tow trucks . Yeah like I just have money to toss out the window ..(( I wouldnt refer )) & I hate to say that cause Im a business man and I like to use small business like this instead of big ones cause I like to keep it local but not again !!I tried working with !

Great driver and great service

Charged twice for repairing the same thing. Paid several hundred to fix alternator it broke down 5 miles after I picked it up and then charged again to fix it. If you want quality dont go there.

The parking lot was jammed full. No separate lot for the customers. It took longer than it should have. I had to manuever out of the parking lot.
