Always fast and honest. Weve used them for years. Recently moved to a county they are service regularly and found out our High Tech, State of the Art Refrigerator has a class action Law suit. They provided us with the number to call. After several hours of negotiating, it appears our Fridge will be repaired. Oh, did I mention? No charge for the visit. These people are awesome.

They are horrible when it comes to making appointments. The girl that makes the appointment can never tell u anything and doesn’t record notes very well . She wrote my phone # down wrong which made me miss an appointment and she didn’t seem to be sorry about it . Who wait until the day of to set schedule and doesn’t start til after 10am … very unprofessional 😡😡🙄

Honest and ResponsibleI am a property manager and use Potates for both my personal and rental homes. They are always prompt and responsive. Very helpful and willing to explain the problem or offer suggestions. They do free second opinions and are almost always cheaper for the same quality/brand. It is hard to find someone in this business that knows what they are doing. I have called numerous times after hours and always gotten a quick response. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very poor quality and poor customer service experience. They never fix my appliances and keep coming to my house to the point where they totally destroyed my appliances. Now I left without a machine and they are telling me they can’t fix it.

I was referred to them from my father-in-law because they did great work for him! I called them and they came the next day and fixed my issue with my leak/condensation problem on my A/C.They called when they were on the way and arrived soon after. They were super knowledgeable and very kind. I will definitely use them them for all of my future issues!

Expensive but fast...the tech was here for not even 10 minutes and I paid over $150 for an extremely easy fix.

After looking at other companiess reviews I decided to go with this company partly because they work on weekends. The customer service was great, and called me when the repair man was on the way. After ordering the parts I needed for my refrigerator I thought my price will be high much to my surprise the price was very reasonable. Keep in mind that due to Covid parts might take a little longer to come. I will recommend this company to anyone . Happy to say I will use them again.

After 20 years it was time to replace the A/C system in my house. I decided to go with Potate’s because they came highly recommended from some friends. I was very happy with the price quoted based on the options I wanted. They showed up on time and were very professional during the install. I even received a call the next day to make sure everything was working correctly and that I was happy with the service. I would strongly recommend Potate’s to anyone who asked! Did a great job repairing my refrigerator.

Discovered this past Saturday, that my old, but reliable Kenmore dryer wasnt heating up anymore. Frustrated, I went to the Nextdoor app to see if I could find someone to repair it, at the same time I was looking for good reviews. Potates was the winner and apparently, so was I. Made the call and the lady who answered was very nice, she said she wasnt sure if anyone would be able to get to me that day, but she would call me back. I placed the service called after noon or 1pm I believe, so wasnt hopeful that Id get seen or even have a resolution that day. As stated, she did call me back, said someone would be able to come out that day. At the end of the day, I did get the service visit and repair done in the space of about 3 hours! I am very pleased at the level of service I received, from the person answering my initial call, to the tech who came out to my home. Today I received a follow up call to make sure everything went okay and to make sure Im good with my repair still. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

My Samsung Refrigerator stopped making ice cubes and the water had stopped working, redirecting the water to the bottom of the refrigerator where it froze. They came out when I asked them to, assessed the problem, ordered the part and within a few days were back to replace the bad part. Very professional young man and he even replaced the water filter I had bought but couldnt replace it. My refrigerator is working beautifully now!! Great company! Very happy with their repair and service.

Repair man slit open a bag of broccoli and placed a piece of glass in the bag, there are three or four cut marks on the bag where he tried to cut it open, he was so stupid he could of just opened the bag and put the sharp piece of glass inside, straight devils dont let this company near your home, they should investigate and fire the devil that did it. We just want people to be aware of the wickedness that is in this world and hopefully you dont invite it into your home unknowingly.👿

I have used Potates for years now. They have fixed my ac, my washer and replaced my hot water heater. I started using them because my boss has always used them for his business, his home and his rental properties. They are always very fast, always same day and usually within a few hours. They are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I always refer them to friends and family. Honest, reasonable, reliable..they get the job done. Great company!

The Gentleman that came out was very nice and respectful, he found the problem quick and we had air in no time. However the receptionist or whomever picks up there phone was very rude and acted as if i was being such an inconvenience to the company, very huffy puffy when she called me at 11:45am in the middle of the work week and wanted to know if anyone was home so they could come that minute. When i explained that i cant leave work at the drop of the hat she became very frustrated, i called her back and told her i can be there at 3pm that afternoon, again she addressed me with unneeded attitude. The man didnt get to my home till 5:15pm. Im thankful im salary based and didnt lose those hours at work, when i wouldve arrived home right at 5pm if i wouldve never left. So i give 5 star to the HVAC man for his professionalism and finding and fixing the problem asap, and 1 star for the unnecessary rudeness of the office staff
