Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the summer so far. Within a few days, Mark (owner) and his team moved quickly to find the problem, locate a new system for us, and install it in the blazing heat. My pregnant wife was very happy to be back in our own house and be cool again. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and explained what he was doing in detail. The pricing seemed like a great deal after researching the market (especially with the high demand recently). I would work with Certified Air Care again for sure!

Great company to do business with. We had a problem with our A/c unit. They came out in a timely manner. Found the problem and went over exactly what needed to be done and how much it would be. They completed the repairs that same day and at a fair price.

Mark and his crew do a really good job. They are reasonably-priced and professional. I have used them for major work four times over the last 12 years on two different houses. I am always glad I chose them.

Last year I had a unit installed by a builder and could not get the builder back to do warranty work on the unit. Certified Air Care is a certified rep for the unit manufacture so I called them and they came right out and repaired my unit no problem. Fast forward a year and they came out and did a complete check up on my unit. I was so impressed with them that I signed up for a maintenance contract where they come out twice a year to perform a check up on my system. Great Company

LOVE Certified Air care! I highly recommend this company. There was a bad leak in our restaurant ceiling from our HVAC system installed by another vendor. Certified arrived (not on a white horse but in a van!) and identified the issue - a fitted pipe with an opening that could not accommodate the amount of water generated by the system. (Im sure Im not explaining this in tech detail like they would.) Mike is amazing. Liz is amazing. We (Kale Me Crazy Vinings) have put them on our regular scheduled HVAC maintenance calendar. Currently they are running an AMAZING special - call now!

7-10-2020 It was a pleasure to deal with Certified Air Care. From the first contact, they were prompt to respond and stayed on top of communications throughout the experience, producing invoices to review and answering all our questions. They gave us many options to take care of our needs. We are going to remodel but were not prepared for our air unit to quit before we were ready for that stage. Certified worked with us to offer the most cost effective answer to get us up and running quickly. All the choices were explained to us. There was no pressure to choose the most expensive. They installed a new unit in a few hours which was much appreciated in 90 degree heat. The workers were very respectful of Covid-19 protocol and wore masks and shoe coverings when they needed to enter the house. We did make calls to other companies at the start. Many never returned the call or got back to us with an estimate. Do your homework, but be sure to include Certified Air Care in your calls. Highly recommended.

They got me scheduled fast, the guy came out and say he purged the system and said he let the heat run for 10 minutes, my son was there, I was away work, so when I got home I didnt check it immediately, but the guy did tell me if I have a problem to give the office a call and they would come back and check it. So once it was dark and the temperature dropped I noticed the heat wasnt working, I gave them a call in the morning they said they would have a tech get back with me but never did, so I called again and they said the same thing and never did. That was over a week ago and they never called me back I had to get someone else to fix it. Some people say they have great service but in my case it wasnt. Maybe different people get different service.You guys sent me an estimate after I asked for one when i called to try to figure out why it wasnt on and and no one ever got back with me about why it wasnt working, I called at least 2 times but still didnt get a call back the guy couldve at least called and at least pretended like he was concerned about it not coming on because after the service he said, if you have any problems call dispatch and someone would get back with you. I wouldnt have wrote this review if someone wouldve just called me back. I appreciated you guys coming out but if dont mean it when you say if there is a problem after you service something, maybe you shouldnt say it.

The ladies in the office stayed in constant contact with us.The first company we called, said we needed to replace our whole system for thousands of dollars!! My A/C went out and I called Certified Air. They came right out to diagnose. My A/C unit was very old but they got it up and going. The tech, Mike, was courteous, respectful, and quick to identify the problem. The repair was complete in about an hour and the price was very reasonable. This is my new HVAC service contractor!!!

We are incredibly pleased with Certified Air Care! Mark and Liz Brown (and family) delivered exceptional customer service and took care of our needs throughout our project. We had a VERY involved HVAC install in which we upgraded our entire house system into the newest Mitsubishi mini-split system, creating six different zones of heating and air. This technology is innovative, intelligent, energy efficient and just incredible. The best part of it all is that we can control our heating and air systems remotely, cooling or heating ONLY the areas we want to when we want to. Mark and Liz saw to it that everything was installed correctly and worked properly. Heres my experience with Certified Air Care. My AC unit outside started short cycling last weekend. I knew something was wrong. I called Certified Air Care because theyre close to me, so it made sense. They sent out a tech named Nestor. He was very nice, but not as thorough as he could have been. He noticed that my unit was making a hissing noise outside which meant that there was a leak somewhere. He called the owner to talk about it. Ok, I heard the noise myself. But, Im not really understanding the issue. However, something told me to call another company and get a second opinion. Even though Nestor checked my furnace, stating that it was okay, it really wasnt. I called the 2nd company out and this guy was THOROUGH! The second tech from this other company tells me that I have 2 leaks for my AC unit. One outside and one in the coils inside of my system. And the furnace? The furnace has extensive rust inside of it once the tech opened it up (which Nestor didnt do) and also noticed a crack on my heat exchanger. He placed a red tag on it because by law you must do this as carbon monoxide could escape and kill me. Bottom line? I need both furnace and AC units replaced. The only reason why Im giving a 2-star review and not a 1-star review is that Nestor did find all the notes on the back of the units door inside my home of the furnace maintenance. That helped me aid the 2nd tech from this other company as that signaled a major problem with my furnace. My advice to anyone is to get second opinions with anything that is as major as your HVAC system.

They are very efficient. If you have an issue, they are always able to resolve it quickly. I would highly recommend this company!

Been working with these folks for the past three years...since I relocated from Florida to Atlanta, and they are simply the best in every category. Genuine cordial. Professional. Methodical. Thorough. Punctual. Clean. Competitive. Six months ago, they installed a new unit for our townhome, and their work was once again superior. Hands down the nicest company I’ve ever worked with. We called for service late last night and they came out at 8am today. They kept me informed of the issues they discovered with our system and ways to keep up with preventative maintenance in the future. Mike was great. Very thorough, explained the issues with our upstairs unit before doing any of the work and then did a fine job getting it back in good working condition.

My A/C unit’s fan would not work, Mike came out and determined that the unit had a frayed wire. Within an hour, and several trips into the crawl space, the wire was replaced and the unit was working! Thank you for a job well done!

We had a very good experience with Certified Air. We needed two units and without showing my quotes their rates were lower with Trane system; which from my understanding is one of the best systems. The 0% interest was a great surprise and help since we needed two.Two months later we installed new thermostat units. Certified Air sent technician Mike out immediately when the installer indicated that the previous thermostats may not have been wired correctly and therefore the new ones couldn’t be installed properly. Mark, our salesman rerouted technician Mike to our house and the thermostat installer and Mike were able to correct the issues. I received a call in the middle of the troubleshooting effort indicating that everything we be fine and they would get it working. I was very pleased with the restore and the friendly, expeditious service.

I highly recommend Certified Air. They always respond very fast. I can rely on them getting my AC fixed in a short amount of time. Their customer service is awesome, and the office staff is super nice. We are very pleased.

Great install. there were some modifications needed to the original estimate/ equipment ordered because of not being enough room in the existing space . But these guys still made the install happen in a professional way . very happy with the service!

We contacted Certified Air Care due to rust in our furnace on a Friday morning and by 3 pm same day, Mike came out to inspect furnace and informed us that for our safety, he had to shut it down due to holes inside. Yikes!! He put us in touch with Liz, who immediately went to work to find us a new furnace for next day installation; she went above and beyond to find us a furnace and gave us the good news that one was found and would have the guys come early next morning. True to their word, Matt and Mike returned next morning and installed the new furnace. We were very pleased with their level of professionalism and quality of work, which exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Certified Air Care without reservation.

My AC was acting funny cooling some days other days not. Called Certified Air and they had someone out the next morning. Installation the following day. They were quick with dismantling the old system and disposing of it and getting new system in place with new vents in place in one day. They cleaned up and were very respectful of my home.I chose them because they were reasonable and had financing available for me. If it would not have been for the available financing I would have had to wait until next year.Im sitting here cold tonight. Thermostat is set on the same as my old system and im cold. I guess my old system was just done. Cant wait to see what my bill will be with the new system.

Certified Air is owned and operated by two of the finest people you will ever want to do business. Mark n Liz Brown and staff are not only highly qualified in A/C, they are EFFICIENT!!! The systems they installed for us two years ago are top notch systems. Mark checked out our new duct system installed by another company. He found gapping holes!! He immediately corrected it for us at no charge! In other words, he made good of one of his competitors errors to gain our trust. He has our trust and applauseand more!!! Our electric bill has Decreased $100 per month! Since installation, they check on us occasionally just to see how we are doing! If all businesses were like Certified Air, our country would not be in the financial state we are in today!

The tech that came to the house Im renting is absolutely wonderful. He explained everything to me, showed me what was failing and why, and was entirely willing to educate me about things as he worked.While installing a new unit, he was very conscientious about working around my computer gear and pets. He was not only polite and professional, but friendly as well.

Mark is absolutely amazing! He came out within and hour and half of being called...not only on a Saturday morning, but on New Years Eve! Mark installed a new thermostat and got my intermittent fan issue resolved and running within a short amount of time. Everything ran well for about an hour, and then the intermittent fan issue showed back up. A quick call to mark and he came back out at 6pm the same night! Upon further investigation he found a loose wire for the fan motor and also repaired some splices with corrosion. Every step of the way Mark explained what he was doing and why. He was extremely professional throughout the repair and installation. I would HIGHLY recommend Certified Air Care to anyone that needs AC work done right, in a timely manner, and for a fair price!

I only gave a 1 star because 0 isnt option. BEWARE SCAM.... They will fool you. The tech showed me the Gage and claimed I had no Freon, and wanted to charge me 400 to fill, Thank God I got a second opinion, not only did the new company fix my problem but he also educated me on how the Gage was suppose to move even if it was empty. I called in and filed a complaint with owner.

7 years after having our entire HVAC replaced, we discovered an issue this week and they came right out and fixed the problem with no charge! The problem was a complete oversight and they made it right, even all these years later. These are the kind of people you want to do business with, family owned and operated, the kind of people who do the right thing with professionalism, courtesy and grace. I had high electric bills for my home. After the new system was installed, my electric bill dropped about 50%. They worked with me from the very beginning. They gave options but didnt push the higher priced system which I greatly appreciated.

We were having problems with both systems we have in our home. Mark and his guys came out, assessed the problem and went over and above to see that everything worked. Absolutely a rip off. Payed this company nearly $350 to replace a $9.00 part that took him about 10 minutes to replace. I will never use this company again. How do you lie to a paying customer and tell them you are selling them a part at a discounted price? A $9.00 part I was charged over $100 for. And then the jack wagon that worked on my a/c unit did not even replace the screws and panel correctly. I still have missing screws. I guess I should have supervised him while doing HIS job.

Update; previously, I had call Certified Air Care (CAC) to have my unit serviced because it was making loud noises and was not working upstairs. They came out same day and it was great. Fortunately shutting it off and on a couple times made it work and CAC didn’t have to do anything. However they promised to return on a free service call if there should be something wrong in the near future because they were unable to diagnose why it was doing what it was doing. Here we are a few weeks later and I called on a Saturday because Friday night the AC stopped working altogether. I was told on the phone he could be here in the afternoon. When I tried to confirm early afternoon, it was “sorry won’t be there till Monday”. Man, I got an AC unit go out in GA during the summer, I can’t wait two days. Especially if it’s something silly that could easily be replaced or fixed. I had a lot of faith in CAC, now I’m not sure I’ll call them back or keep recommending....3 years of loyalty for nothin’. Called a different company to handle it.
