We had gas leak in pipe going from gas meter to house. Called Assured Comfort H/A/P to replace pipe. Scott came out in a timely manner, evaluated problem, replaced piping and made sure there was no leakage. Scott was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We will continue to use this company when the need arises.

Since dealing with assure with installing a unit years ago, I look them up and read that the company does various of work/ jobs. I call and spoke to lady ( forget her name) she was very nice and answered all my questions. I immediately had her set up the most available schedule for duct cleaning. Mikel and Travis were the technicians, they were very polite and professional with what they do. All protocol were followed. I want to thank your company and staff for their professionalism on the phone and on the job.

When a repair is recommended, then I know it is legit and they charge a fair price to fix it. They are very courteous, respectful, and take the utmost care when coming into your home. I have been using Assured Comfort since 2018 and have nothing but exceptional service from everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking with. Scott T is my preferred service technician and is great at his profession. He provided information on my unit and even provided photo’s. Great company with amazing staff and services!

Assured comfort installed 2 brand new Lenox Ac units along with furnaces in 2019, as they are still under warranty through assured comfort we have had issues out of our upstairs unit, so we have called and there tech have come out, said the issue was fixed, we then had it stop working again, within the 2-4 hour window. Repetitively Assured comfort sent different techs out with none of them getting anywhere. It has been a 4 month process and we are still without air upstairs, I don’t know if they are avoiding the problem because it is warranty? I’m not sure, we are having someone else come out tomorrow to see if the issue is apparent to them. Horrible service by assured for not being able to fix it with all the techs they had come out. I’ve never done a Google review in my life, but wanted to make sure to go out of my way to share my horrible experience with Assured.

David was instrumental in replacing the motor that went out in our air conditioner. He answered all questions and was patient and professional during this process. David made sure everything was in working order before leaving. He told us not to hesitate to call if we had any issues or concerns with the unit.

Our heating and air were installed a few years ago by this business, and they provide ongoing maintenance to our installation. They are always prompt, courteous, respectful, on-time and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Our coils went bad on our system. I had a quote for replacements and/or a new system in a day. Once we made our decision, we were able to get an installation date the next day. They showed up on time, very professional, did an awesome job. Talked me through all they were doing. Took care to not get the office dirty, etc. TJ was great. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant and did a great job.

The service was great. Everything was completed in the timeframe given. The unit is working great. It is quiet and efficient.

My AC went out during the night, I called them as soon as they opened and explained to them what had happened. They were able to come out same day and repair my AC unit. I would definitely refer them and will use then going forward.

From my tech, Nathan, to the office staff they were so responsive and provided great customer service! Nathan listened to my needs and desire for a Lennox system and provided one within my budget and was able to quickly get it installed the next day (my old system of 21 years died on me in the heat of July). I hired them to fix the PRV valve. The water pressure was not regulating the water pressure anymore so it was really low in the house. They were able to come out the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was done quickly and everything is working properly. Also the cost for repair was less expensive than another company that I had come out to take a look and provide a quote.

When presented with an urgent, somewhat disastrous plumbing issue, Assured Comfort were fantastic to work with. They found someone to come out as soon as possible, and that someone - Scott - was extremely professional, knowledgeable and so respectful of our home and family. I put my full confidence in Scott and his team, and will do so again.

We called Assured after receiving a flyer in the mail addressed to the previous homeowner. We called to just have them come check the units out and make sure the units are working properly for the upcoming summer. The lady who made our appointment was so kind (Ive forgotten her name). She ensured that our name was now in the system, scheduled the appointment and went over the procedures of what to expect on appointment day. Prior to our technician Darrell Stowers arriving, he sent a message to us making sure we knew that he was on the way along with sending a picture and calling. Although there wasnt anything major, he advised us of other services that Assured offers. We thank him for easing the mind of these 1st time homeowners. Well definitely use Assured again!

My mom used this service and when my AC died out of the blue I called them up and they came out ASAP. The guy was super nice and worked for several hours in the hot sun to get it up and running. Will definitely use them and recommend to any homeowner. Theyre the best

Matthew notified my wife and I via text message before his arrival. Included was a picture of him in uniform so we knew whod be arriving. He was very congenial and professional in both demeanor and work ethic. My wife enjoyed the fact that prior to beginning the a/c installation, Matt took precautions to insure floors and other areas of our home were protected. At that time I left for work and my wife proceeded to work from home. I returned from work early to find Matt and his coworker cleaning up and finalizing the installation with test runs on both the a/c and heater. Shortly thereafter, he gave us a primer on how to use the new thermostat. The two gentlemen departed and we were left with a new air conditioner that cooled us from 80 degrees to 70 in minutes. Very pleased with service! Cory went above and beyond to fix our unit that day. Left and picked up the part and came back and repaired.

Initially, responsive. Neither outside condensing unit working. I indicated I thought it was a breaker/electrical problem. They found a bad breaker in my house breaker box. Didnt have a big enough one on their truck. Put in small one so one unit could run, would get the right one and be back within next day or two to install. A week later I still had not heard anything from them. Also got the invoice and the price for the circuit breaker, just the part, was $247. Another paper indicated Home Depot was supplier, so I looked it up. Cost: $11.74. I called 8/24. Service manager, Charles, busy. Would call me back by 5 pm. Called at 4:55. Didnt have my invoice or much other information in front of him. He did say he would get a service person to come out the next day. They did that. He also said he would check to see if there was a mistake on the invoice or the pricing in their price book and call me back. Its been two and a half weeks and still have not heard a peep. Both my units are 20+ years old. One in particular will need to be replaced in the next few months. The other shortly there after. At this point, I have written them off. They got their 1004% ($264.26) on the breaker. But they lost out on $20,000+ sale (and future maintenance, etc.) on my two units. I definitely did not experience right service, right price, on time.

Everyone At assured is always very courteous and professional from the moment you place a call until the technicians come out to my home. Cory came out today and did a great job, fixed our leak and then did our general maintenance. I have always had excellent service from them and this is why I chose to have a service contract with them.

The service tech was very nice and I have no doubt he did a good job. What I object to are the costs of their services. My shower drain was draining very slowly. Neither of us knew why. Before any work was done or he even looked at the problem I had to agree to pay $389. If I declined I still had to pay for a service call.I also asked him about putting a new faucet on the bathroom sink. $350 with a coupon. I declined that. It took him 5 minutes to remove a hair ball. When I objected he said the price is based on worst case scenario. I guess that’s a nice way to make a lot of money from people who barely get by. I will never call them again.

We used KenAir for years. Ken sold to Assured and they are as good. On time, on budget and communications when the guys are to arrive is outstanding. The guys were here on a Friday afternoon and didn’t rush the job. First time we had our ducts and vents cleaned, but we are also in their preferred maintenance program. Set it and forget it. They call you when your needing maintenance. Highly recommend them. Thank you Assured

Cold metal surfaces in a warm space will produce condensation on the cold metal surface, EVERY TIME. Assured Comfort doesnt seem to understand this simple HVAC concept. When I ask them to come back and fix the WET MESS they left, they failed to bring insulation to fix the problem. Its still a WET MESS after their follow-up visit. I am still not satisfied and I got a bill for $7,000 for a coil and compressor.

We’ve used Assured Comfort a few times over the years and have always been happy with the results . We needed a new AC coil and it being the hottest part of summer I was afraid it was going to take a long time to complete the work. Fortunately Assured Comfort was on top of it and our technician Mikel Resto came out quickly and did quality work. Our AC is cold again!

They came out the same day to fix our a/c as promised and called when they were on their way. Kalif was great and explained the issues so we had no problem paying to have everything repaired. I definitely would recommend this local company!!!

The tech called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early, which worked for me. I had received an email the day before with his name and picture and other information about him (nice touch). They were running a special for annual heating and ac service for $99 - great deal! While the tech was here we talked about air flow issue or some rooms being hottest in summer and coldest in winter and why that is and what options I might have as well as recommendations for better indoor air quality.

Tim Miller was very prompt and professional. He checked my air conditioning system and cleaned the coil, which was very dirty. All of this was done in a timely manner. I have always had great service from Assured Comfort.

Ultimately, we decided to replace our units and was then contacted by Nathan in sales. He gave us very competitive pricing and showed that he really wanted to earn our business. After getting a great deal and the most bang for our buck, Dylan, lead installer, and the installation crew came by today and immediately started working first thing this morning. He was also excellent with communication and diligent with getting the job done. They emphasized safety and were able to show us the extra strives made to ensure that our system was operating with the necessary safety measures to detect leaks, moisture, and fires. Had them come out to inspect the work of a different company who had installed a new complete hvac system. I had had some issues with the other company and wanted to be sure that everything had been installed correctly. Buy local was my reasoning for using the other company only to discover that they had not completed the work to ensure that the system would run efficiently. Cutting corners was cost saving for them and me. But, it comes down to you get what you pay for. I am in the process of trying to get the problems resolved. If not, I will have Scott with Assured Comfort come back out to correct the issues.

My ACs been out for a few days. Cory Hall discovered the issue immediately and offered 3 different options for repair...from fixing the immediate problem up to extending the life of my already-old unit. All options were very reasonable and he accomplished the repair very quickly. A smooth experience all around.

Kalif Jones was the Assured Comfort technician who initially diagnosed the problem with my A/C and then made the repair when the needed part arrived. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the mechanics of A/C and was able to explain the problem completely. They put in a system for us and did an excellent job. This year we made the appoitment. He called to say he was on the way. We rushed home from work. HE NEVER SHOWED. WE had to call the office (office never called us) and they said he had a family emergency. Never got an apology, more like this is life and then we had to stay home the following day too.

Before Darrell Stower came out, he called me to say he was on his way. When he arrived he called again to say he was at my door. Before starting any work he told me it would be $129.00 for a diagnostic of my a/c unit in my attic and an extra charge which would be determined after seeing what further work needed to be done. Altogether the cost was $147.00 in all. Darrell was able to replace a very grundgy air filter that looked like it had never been changed since the house was built 15 years ago. Darrell even shared a great video with me explaining the work. As the new homeowner, I was shocked. Looking at my vents, Darrell also explained to me that I probably needed to have my ducts cleaned out as well. Since he explained the cost to do that would be anywhere from $600 to $800, I told him I had to wait to have that done. I can only imagine how grundgy those ducts are after 15 years. In any case I will be calling Assured comfort for the job. Thanks Darre
