Best overall experience I’ve ever had when it comes to insurance. I’m beyond pleased with my rates for car insurance and renters insurance! When I swapped my car insurance over to a new vehicle he made sure I got exactly the coverage I needed and even took the time to see what coverage options were within my budget and explained each one so I understood exactly what I would be paying for. I ended up getting almost double the coverage for less than $10 more a month. I’ve never had a reason to shop around for insurance because I’ve always been extremely satisfied with State Farm but his office in particular has been great. They always reach out immediately if you have any issues or questions. You never feel like you’re being sold anything so you’ll know you’re getting the coverage you need with the best price out there!

When my very new car battery died b/c of a bad cell I tried to call Honda roadside assistance. Understand that the car is still under factory warranty. After almost an hour, I still couldn’t get them on the phone. While I was waiting for someone to pick up, I used my son’s phone to call Brian’s office. He happened to pick up the phone. And after only a few minutes, he was able to take care of us and get us back on the road. Undoubtedly the length he went through to help us was not part of his job description. He truly went above and beyond and I am ever so grateful. His office staff is also fabulous. I’ve never had an issue and couldn’t be more thankful that I chose this insurance and this agent when I did. You will not go wrong with them. I promise!

Brian Davidson is super friendly and works hard to make things easy on you when getting quotes for new policies and throughout the claims process. When I first was shopping around for an insurance provider, he spent plently of time seeing what policies and coverage levels would be best for me. He also took the time to figure out how to successfully insure a specialty type of vehicle that other insurance providers would not touch.He and his office are very responsive and get things done quickly. He also checks in throughout the claims process to make sure everything is going smoothly. Brian has gone above and beyond other insurance agents that I have had in the past, and I am thankful to have him as my agent.Brian is also personally involved with helping the Dothan community through various civic groups and clubs.
