Excellent place to clean up your car ...great deals on monthly packages

Wow. That’s all I can say. This is one of the worst washes I have ever been too. For around $20 I was expecting my car to being at least clean. It’s wasn’t dry. I had spots all over my car. My rims still had dirt on them. And soap was still on the back of my car. I do NOT recommend this wash. I couldn’t even figure out how to get into the place and all the employees did was watch me struggle. They whole facility is confusing. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Fast oil change with free car wash. A great place to go.

We have used Rainforest Carwash for several years now and have always been pleased with the services they provide. Today we needed an oil change, and upon our arrival we were immediately greeted and brought in. Tim was our main point of contact; he offered us water or soda and was exceedingly polite. Within minutes they had changed our oil, showed us the level, and had us heading to the back for a free car wash. The entire team was so kind despite the grueling heat. We really appreciated it and have every intention of continuing to support this business!

Wednesday is basic car wash for $3. What a great value!!! The machines do a nice job on my full size truck. Have to towel dry the tailgate and hood, but overall a great wash.

Oil change was fast and the guys where very helpful on what oil they recommended. The car wash was on point! Gave our outlander sport a clean and shiny wash and wax

First time there. Friendly people made it easy to go through. Very satisfied with the 16.00 wash. Free vaccuum power could have been a little stronger for me.

This place is fantastic!! Let me tell you, I NEVER post reviews. So, that tell you this place left a fantastic impression on me! I’m a night shift nurse. So, I needed something quick after work. These guys are so fast, but thorough. They changed my oil, air filter, and got my on my way in 15 min. They were so professional! There is a camera underneath and on top of the car so you can see the technicians working on your car! I got a car wash afterwards and it does great for an automatic car wash! 10/10 recommend. Will be back!

The wash was great yet the pressure of the vacuum was not strong enough.

Ive been going here for years with no problems but after today Im not happy. They did not check my windshield wipers but put that they did on the paper. I know I need wipers and I probably would have gotten some from them today but they did not check them at all. It also says my tire pressure was good but they didnt check that either. This makes me question a lot of things that they say they checked. I guess they have a new crew and its definitely not the same.

Always bring my vehicle here! Prices are good, washes well, and like the fact that vaccum is included. Ive gone other places and have been disappointed so will keep coming from Mississippi.

Best carwash ever!! 3$ on Tuesday and Wednesdays! I get there a few minutes early sometimes after dropping my husband off at work, and they open it up for me to come through.

The process for getting an oil change was smooth and very quick. The technicians are friendly and thorough. They offer drinks while waiting and offer free car wash and vacuuming with the oil change. We come here for all of our oil changes. They check all fluids and notify you if they notice something that needs attention.

Dont really have any issues with the price and value. Occasionally youll get a lot of soap and sometimes not enough. Everyone there is pretty cool except this one female. She seems to be having a bad day everytime I see her. Smile a little boo, cant be that difficult.

This wash is better than the one next to Winn Dixie. They have better customer service and they know what they are doing. On the other hand it leaves to much soap on the back of my Sorrento. Thats the reason for the three stars. I would give it more stars if that was fixed.

Oil change and drive threw car wash then have access to vacuums to vacuum and clean the inside yourself.

They do a descent job of cleaning the car. Even the most expensive way didnt do a perfect job. The was still obvious dirt on my running boards. But automatic car washes are never as good as the real thing.

Update 20/11/17:Brought my Mobil-1 oil filter and as promised, they used that in lieu of their oil filter.The experience was just as efficient and satisfying as my first experience 11 months ago.Got the free top-end car wash because I use the top-end Castrol Edge oil fill and got a $10, repeat customer discount to boot.Not to mention not having to drive to Metairie to the dealer for an oil change!FYI, I have a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, hence the Castrol Edge change.Castrol is what they use at the dealer.I had an excellent experience getting both an oil change and car wash, here.I was going to try the carwash for the first time, saw the Castrol signs, asked the man that came out if they had Castrol Edge in 0W20 and they did. Edge is the oil used by the Mazda dealerships in the U.S.They did not have an oil filter, for my car, in stock so they let me go get a Mobil 1 oil filter which is what I preferred and said that I could do that in the future.You sit in the car while the oil change is performed so you can watch, listen and ask questions which I did.All of my questions were answered quickly and knowledgeably, given my knowledge from doing oil changes all my life.Ive retired and now have found a place that I can trust to take care of my oil changes.Oh, and the free top end car wash was great, Ill be going back for that as well.Good, nice, quality people combined with quality products made for an excellent experience.The process they followed, from showing you the oil level on the dipstick after the oil change to have you rev the engine to 2,500 rpm to pressure test the filter for leaks gives you extra confidence that they had performed and tested a quality job.

One of my favorite car washes! Always liked that extra vacuum! And the bug wash they have when you pull up in the front of it!

Best $5 wash in town. Theres a bug/tire brush available as you drive in. Free vacuums. The $12 wash will make your car sparkle.

Cheapest place for quick oil change. Get a free drink and car wash with oil change. Vacuum car yourself. Friendly helpful staff. Decent car wash. Highly recommend.

One of the better drive thru car washes. Recently went up a dollar on prices but still worth it.

Great costumer service and quick but gentle carwash.

Would of perhaps gone and gotten my car cleaned if someone would have answered any of the six times I called between 11amand 3pm, but they didnt. My advice is to go to magic glow carwash, they answered my call in two rings and I had an appointment in less than a minute.

The prices arent clear. Like a previous poster said, you ask for the lower grade oil but after the add-ons or trickery the total price is much higher than any oil change shop in Slidell. The car cleaning prices are reasonable but thats probably because they do a average to below average job on the interior.

Does the job. Glad to have 2 in town.

Mr Steven refuses to answer the phone after he damaged my 2007 Tahoe back in February. They sent us to a body shop to get a quote but now will not even answer the phone. Do not go to this place.....ever .....for any reason!!!!

Awesome service, price is about the same as on old Spanish trail where I use to go on oil changes but with a free car wash and 10 bucks off for returning Customers. When you work out of your truck and change the oil every month that means a lot.

Came through this location on Monday the 17th and the man seemed very confused as to what hee was doing. He was extremely rude. Short guy, horrible personality. We will not return to this location.

This place was, and still is a joke. After leaving Slidell area for 4 years(not trusting this place might I add) and needing an oil change, aside from the dealership which of course was closing early for Eve and Take 5 this was the only place available and boy do I regret not waiting til Monday for Ford. I told the guy I wanted the cheap one, he said youre not running synthetic, I said yeah, 5w-20 but the cheapest you have for 5w-20, why I was charged 3 times for Add Blend and two other times for the Blend my total was up to 80 dollars, and as well a 5 dollar Skid Plate charge. Im honestly not sure if they charged me for each quart he had to blend or what but I can say no amount of gift vouchers will take me back here ever again. I will stick to my 39.99 oil change from Ford. Only plus is the staff is friendly at least the ones I dealt with. Consumers Beware, this place is NOT the business.
