Keith is a life saver. I am so glad he showed up because my car was sitting in my work parking structure going on two days and no one knew how to get it out. He researched before he showed up and got my car moved. On top of all that, he was not even supposed to be working, he was off. See how God works? He knew I needed Keith. Hes a superstar!!

Keith saved me when my car was stranded at school for days when my starter died. For an AMAZING rate, he towed my car from Dearborn to Waterford with no issues! All other towing companies (I called about 5) wanted to charge me 200-300 dollars for 29 miles but Keith was my hero when he towed my car home! I know who to call when Im having trouble while Im in the Detroit area. Thanks so much, Keith!

This is the second time we had to use your service for our vehicle that wouldnt start. We had the same guy both times (wish I wouldve gotten his name) & he was so helpful & kind. I called new day on 01272018 at around 5p to see how much it would cost to move a 4 door sedan from Henry Ford College to Gulley × Annapolis and they quoted me the best price and it was a flat rate while other companies were trying to charge hook fees + a per mile fee. New Day will have my business for now on. 5🌟

Great always helping me out and fast service

Wish I could leave less than 1 star...One of their drivers just dropped a vehicle off at an auto repair shop next door to where I work. The driver decided to forgo the use of the driveway, and DROVE HIS VEHICLE OVER THE FRONT LAWN OF MY COMPANY. Total disrespect for other peoples property. Do not use this company!
