Instead of taking my car to Ann Arbor for repair, they took it to Detroit and stored it in a lot with its windows down all night! Its a Tesla so I could see it from my phone. Luckily nothing was taken or further damaged.

I do numerous Google reviews and I was NOT shocked when I saw the rating of this place. I dont understand how a company that has contracts with so many big name insurance companies has such grotesque customer service. It is not often I write displeasing reviews but the negative attitude and unapologetic arrogance was not needed. This man, i think his name was Buloue or Nile something like that, hooked up my vehicle and begin to drag it out of my driveway with the car in park and the parking break ON! At this point burn rubber marks are being made in my driveway! (yes this happened right before our eyes and my neighbors) when my husband inquired about taking off the break he replied that aint how I do this cause yo car would fly into the house if something broke... (keep in mind we just used another towing company 2 days prior who informed us to place our vehicle in neutral)... Maybe people should post a review on their actual insurance companies review page and name the towing company because Im sure State Farm, USAA, or Farmers is not looking at these reviews!

Horrible customer service! Waited 4 hours and they still didn’t show up until after I called another company I went with someone else. I don’t recommend ever using this company. The reviews didn’t lie.

Seems like every time they tow a car to r shop and no1 is there they drop it off in the worst spots, not even logical.Weve called n complained a couple times and again today jst now same thing. Idk but the way they do business with other businesses isnt right. I could imagine how they go about it with the public, telling from these reviews im not surprised. Doesnt make sense....

Do not use this towing company. Worst towing company to use! They had me waiting for an 1 hour and a half after State Farm called them. Shatila told me 20 more min then after that 30-45 more min. I canceled and told State Farm not to use them again. Customer service is very poor. You can cancel and ask for another towing company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience from a towing company in my life!! Called for a tow through State Farm and they selected Earnest at Shatila Towing and gave an ETA of an hour. After waiting an hour an a half I called State Farm and was told Shatila had to work at an accident scene so wait 45 more minutes. I asked if the towing company could be changed and StateFarm talked me out of it. After waiting over two hours in a parking lot in Detroit Earnest from Shatila called my phone and said 30 more minutes and was short about it. The driver took over another hour to show up so I waited a total of over three hours. Once he showed up he was extremely rude, arrogant and drove into the parking lot very aggressively. I tried to ask him questions and even said excuse me to get his attention and he wouldn’t look at me he just said he was listening. I asked if I did something to upset him and that set him off. He even called me racist and started arguing. I told him I just wanted my key from my car so I ended up following him to the car shop. I followed behind him as he drove very aggressively and cutting people off. When we arrived he took a video of my car and put my key on top of my car and said your key is on top of the car. He didn’t even have the decency to hand it to me. Earnest from Shatila towing was extremely rude and hostile and State Farm shouldn’t subject their customers to such poor service. I’ve been with StateFarm over five years and this situation has made me shop around for new insurance.

The driver was super rude he told my husband he needs to show respect and address him as sir when the driver was upset because he came to the wrong location. My husband is black the driver was white. This company was providing a service but my husband suppose to the driver sir.Update:I just got off the phone with the owner Fred he was very apologetic and helpful. He also stated that the behavior of his driver was unexceptionable and he will be handling the situation.

They were great excellent people they came and got our car monday and by Friday everything was finished now our car is running better than ever.

Called Shatila Towing at 3:30 p.m. I was told it would be an hour wait. I said that was fine.At 4:30 p.m. I call because no one had shown up. Dispatcher says, “It’ll be ten more minutes, honey.”At 4:45 p.m. I call and the dispatcher says, “Baby, baby, thirty minutes, okay? Thirty minutes.” I tell him that the mechanic shop closes at 6:00 p.m. and I need a tow.At 5:15 p.m. I call and dispatcher says tower is on Ford and Telegraph - six minutes away.At 5:30 p.m. I get a call from the dispatcher with more “honey, sweetie, baby” garbage letting me know that the tow truck has two flat tires and can’t make it to me.I have been stranded in my car on the side of the road for two hours and now have to call a new towing company.

I see you finally have Google reviews. Good!The driver and phone operator for Shatila Service Center were so rude and extremely unprofessional! Not only did the driver park on the other side of the apartment complex for 20 minutes and never call to see exactly where Im located (because he claims he couldnt find the vehicle I was sitting in). Once he did call, he had an attitude like he just didnt want to do the job to begin with. He said well, you told me in the back Im back here; where you at?! I said you just passed me, Im right behind you he backs up and said is this it?! With an attitude, I said, yes. He said are you coming or no? With an attitude. Which causes me to get agitated at this point. I said no, it should say that in the paperwork. He says dont get smart with me because Ill leave, youre the one with the broke down car! And started backing up to leave. I was so livid and cant believe Chrysler is even associated and in business with this company! I called to tell the owner what happened and his attitide is the same as his drivers; no wonder the driver was so comfortable being rude! The owner basically called me a liar and said I started the whole situation. I know the weather was bad that night, but that doesnt mean you can treat people any kind of way. I know it may be cheap to use their services but I promise youll thank me later for NOT using them.

Worst towing company!! Waited 6 hrs for a tow... Awful experience with the exception of Big Z.

Doesn’t keep up to prices given . Very rude . Would never use them again . It’s a shame triple a has them working for them . Such a bad face for a good company .

Worse tow company I have ever experience been waiting 5 hours for a tow. They called me back and said they would be here in 30 minutes. I called them back in 45 minutes. The tow was canceled I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy

As far as shatila towing service i recommed it to anyone . Great service zain was more than intallagent better yett the greatest operator i have ever delt with, very intelligent yong man with a great head over his sholders again thank you guys!

Had my car towed to dealership, made sure everything that I had in there the car when it was towed was still in there. I had things missing, pair of Ray Bands as well as money. Dont trust this towing company anymore. They are crooks and steal from you.
