I ordered a tow truck at 10:30 am the tow truck arrived at 2 pm with the wrong type of tow truck for my car. I had to keep calling customer service for hours, my car was never towed. Then they refused to give full refund.!!! SCAM COMPANY !!! Don’t use their service.

The worst tow company ever! Charged my card before they ever came out. Then left me waiting for 3 hours, every time I called they said it would be 45 minutes and whoever answers the phone is extremely rude! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!Once the driver got there he was professional.
