My roadside assistance company set up a service for me with them, they never Showed up I water with four little kids in my car for over a hr and a half tried calling no answer, roadside tried calling also no answer. Do not waste you time on this company very unreliable.

If u want to get your home dont call this company. They will straight up lie to you. They dont even deserve 1 star. Called the driver he said 30 to 40 mins. So an hour later called back no answer. They have also been reported to better business bureau.

Definitely call someone else. Locked my keys in the car. Called him and said it would be 30 minutes. 30 minutes later no call. I had to call him to find out he didnt have no one available 🤦🏾‍♀️

If your not about to die don’t let your insurance call these guys & for sure don’t call yourself they left me in a cold car for 3 hours no answers on the phone but answers for my insurance company so unprofessional this the reason people don’t come to Detroit for business don’t ever use them unless you have no other choice Awful Service I’m sitting here still waiting & he keeps saying 10 to 15 minutes 3 hours ago tho I wish I my insurance would call someone else

I am not sure why this group has such a low rating... Called them for a tow job, and they were there in less that 30 minutes. They were easy to work with and everything went incredibly smoothly. I definitely recommend using them. Highly professional and the price was fair.

These guys are life savers! We happened to be a ways from home and got a flat on our trailer. They also happened to be a ways from home and in the same gas station. They were all so amazing and got us on the road again! Thank you guys so much!!! There are still good people in this world and you guys are some of them!

Horrible never showed up

Ive used these guys twice now and both times they were quick to respond, very polite and respectful and gentle with my cars which was a huge concern of mine. Within an hour of calling both times my cars were picked up and towed to my house. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow, especially in a hurry.

Tow truck never even showed up after waiting 3 hours. Driver would not answer his phone...pathetic.

Promised a tow truck in a hour... NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED AND REFUSED TO ANSWER MY CALLS! Glad I wasnt stuck on the freeway.....

If I could give them negative 5 starts I would I’ve been waiting 2.5 hours, driver won’t answer his phone for an eta. I had to call my service that I use through my phone company and he told her 15 minutes 30 minutes ago. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

***** PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER TOWING PROVIDER TO AVOID HORRIBLE SERVICE *****313 TOWING towed my 93 Dodge Caravan twice because they were contracted through my insurance company when my van broke down. The 313 truck driver was unprofessional and incompetent, as I had to assist him in taking off the tire to my vane. He did not have the tools necessary to perform the service, and was almost fined by Livonia Police because they didnt have anything to put down over the fluid that leaked onto Ann Arbor Rd. To assist 313 towing from receiving a fine, I picked up freshly cut grass to cover the fluid on th road. After delivering my van to the shop, the driver said I know you have a tip for me after all this work.I decided not to have repairs done to my vehicle at the shop, so I needed my van towed again to my home. 313 Towing was contracted again though my insurance provider, but this time they charged me an additional $45 to tow the same vehicle 3 miles to my home even though my insurance company covered $50 as in the first instance with no additional fees. 313 Towing could not explain why they didnt charge me the first time, but were charging me $45 the second time to perform the same job.I placed a service call to my insurance provider during the early afternoon, so that when the van was delivered to my apartment complex, it wouldnt be difficult to maneuver into a space, as most cars are gone during this time. I was not present when the van was delivered, and the van was placed crooked taking up 3 parking spaces! Notified by my wife, I called 313 Towing within 45 minutes of the delivery and was told someone would return to correct the issue. No one ever came back, even after 3 follow up calls the same day. The following day I was told that I would be charged $75 to come correct the the problem that they created, and even th owner Juan refused to send someone back out without a charge.

Fast and friendly

Most dishonest company Ive ever dealt with. Their driver took out my bumper and tail light. After exchanging information, I was promised that this would be taken care of if i didnt go through insurance. Not wanting my rates to go up, I cut them a deal. Three months later, I still have a broken bumper and no money. I was told every line in the book. Im a man of my my word. I will pay this. the have my truck impounded and Im losing money everyday. im out of town. My daughter is dying. Then he had me call his former employee, whom he fired like 2 months ago, to get my money. I was under the impression that he gave the money to him. Boy, was I wrong. I know, I know, partly my fault for handling it this way. I guess its a learning moment. If your insurance ever tell you they are calling 313 Towing or R+Js Towing, tell them to call someone else. Both those companies are owned by JR and his son, or some relative.

The service was worse than Poor. They never came at all. My roadside service dispatched 313 Towing Service to come tow my car to the shop. When they didnt arrive within an hour, we called and were told they were on the way. When they didnt arrive within a second hour, we called a second time. Once again they said they were on the way. An hour after that, we called the insurance company to dispatch a different company which arrived within ten minutes. Frustrating experience.

Calling 313towing, was one the biggest mistakes Ive made on the road in a long timethe driver, Carlos, was rude and hostile. he upped the quoted price as soon as i called off the other tow companies. then left my truck, 20 inches from the curb, half blockingmy driveway. he also screamed threats at my in front of the neighbors.NEVER USE THEM!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF & DELIVER SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!!

Terrible!!!!!! They NEVER CAME!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was stuck at 10:15pm and they were in route supposedly and never came!! We called FIVE times and received horrible service from employees and they where not sympathetic at all!!! The driver lied and said he came and we were not there so he skipped us and we had to use a completely different service who came and serviced us in 15 minutes... Which end up being around 3:30 am since we waited so long on 313 towing.

Do not use this company!!!!! Terribsle!!!! If ur insureance company dispatchers thenm.. please please please do not use these people are terrible and very ghetto.. I called to check the status and the lady was smoking a blunt!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

They were supposed to be here an hour ago, still waiting. I called them and they were very dismissive, barely acknowledged me, and said the guy would be there in 15 minutes. Its over half an hour later and Im still waiting. All told the 60 minute quote that I was given has turned into over 2 1/2 hours.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Tow truck driver did not follow instructions and just cancelled the tow without telling me. This was AFTER I had given him specific instructions on the phone, and told him to call me if there were any problems. I had no idea until the next day, I called the dealership and they said they never received my vehicle. The Manager of 313 was unsympathetic, made no apologies, and told me Id have to start over with GM Roadside Assistance who arranged the service. Thanks to 313, I lost a whole day without my vehicle; it could have been serviced. I will be reporting 313 to the BBB for sure.

Ive never used this trash a$$ company but one their drivers nearly killed my family on the road today 10-11-17 with their reckless driving! If I had a view of their licence plate; I would have reported them to the police!

Unprofessional, dispatched by my insurance and never showed up, don’t answer phone calls. They take the job and leave you stranded.

This company never got my car. In fact they left it on the side of the freeway so long it got inpounded. They cancled order 2 times without asking me. Were super disrespectful and would not recommend this to anyone! Awful service and awful workers. If you have the option dont use them.
