Unfortunately, I got into a bad car accident on my way to work. When the tow truck driver arrived he was the coolest guy ever! He made me feel at ease. I wish I would gotten his name. When it came time for me to get my things out my truck, I have to say JAMAL was the best! He was so kind to me and helped me in every way! He also made me feel at ease about my truck. These guys deserve an award. Many places aren’t warm and welcoming. When you’re already going through a awful experience you don’t need an issue someplace else. Towed my car after a flood on 75. Tried to get my car on a Saturday. They are closed on weekends and I couldnt get my cehicle until Monday. I had another tow truck called and they never contacted me about towing my vehicle. Such a scam.

I can’t speak for others, but nationwide is one of thee best. My car was stolen and taken to nationwide recovery. Between my primary Insurance company, secondary insurance company, and the Lean holder to my car I went threw tons and I do mean tons of bs, but Louie was there every step of way, and made sure everything was a lot less stressful. Whenever I called with any kind of questions all the staff was very patient and professional. Thanks for make this long process less stressful and inexpensive. My car was stolen and left behind an abandoned building with the wheels taken off. Kenny responded as the recovery tow truck for the police and was on scene when I got there. He was extremely nice and patient and after the state police cleared my vehicle to be taken home Kenny towed the vehicle to my house and took special care to make sure there wasno further damage during the tow. He really helped a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible, absolutely great service!!

I am saddened to find out that this company is a part of a lawsuit. I was asked to write a review to get my car out when my car was stolen and sent to this lot. I was not contacted about it and I had no idea where the car was. After investigation of my VIN number...I was finally told where my car was and was being charged over $1000 to get my car out. I was told that “everyone has to make their money off your car” and in exchange for my “great” review that I would be asked to pay a little over 600 to get my car off their lot. The date written on my car window was a different date from when my car was stolen and that date was written after I left the lot and came back a few days later. I would definitely recommend contacting police first to do any business with this company.

My truck was stolen too as I visited someone in Detroit and I went to make a police report and was told that Nationwide Tow Co had my vehicle. I called and was told the price was $400 and there was no way I could pay that amount of money . Im on a fixed income and Im a a breast cancer surviver who has already been through enough . I went to Nationwide and spoke to a guy there who saw how upset I was and he referred to the owner Lou. I was told that maybe he can do something to help. I told him about my situation and he told me that he was going to bless me and he waived my tow fees and told me that a collision shop will fix my truck for free. I was so happy and relieved and in disbelief that this man was willing to help me and take a lost. My truck being stolen caused a big inconvenience but this company fixed my truck and had it ready within a week like it was brand new. I had a great experience with Nationwide they actually listened to my situation and did a really great deed for me. I recommend them to everyone.

The level of courtesy and proffesionalism given from Nationwide Recovery was truly outstanding. My nephew fled hurricane Irma, upon arriving to Detroit, his vehicle was stolen. The Vehicle was totally destroyed, the tires and the entire electrical system has to be replaced. Nationwide Recovery was kind enough to recover the vehicle and removed it from the streets of Detroit. My nephew attends Bethune Cookman University, hes a senior football athletes as well.
