I am giving one star to this company because of what happened to me over the weekend. I was driving on eastbound I-94 between I-696 and Hall Rd. The driver in the red Joeys Towing truck was swerving in and out of his lane and almost clipped the side of my car. I quickly passed him and noticed that he was on his cell phone. It was literally in front of his face. I passed him to stay away from him and ended up with quite a large distance between us. Ahead (not too far south of hall road), I saw multiple police cars with their lights on, which were located on the right shoulder. I moved to the center lane and notice that the tow truck was behind me, but pretty far away still. I kept an eye on the truck because I knew he was on his phone. I watched him in my mirror because traffic had slowed down to about 30mph. I noticed he wasnt slowing down at all and didnt notice the change in speed of traffic so I quickly looked to my left and moved over. He braked so hard that I could hear the tires screeching on the pavement. Mind you, he had a car on the truck as well, so that was a lot of weight to try to stop. If I didnt move over, he would have slammed into the back of my vehicle or swerved to avoid me, hitting the police officers on the shoulder, and would have caused a lot of damage or even death. I called the company and they were unapologetic and cold to me. I was shaking because of the incident all morning, the least they could have done was say sorry for their driver. I will never use this company for towing needs.

They told me 2 to 3 hours to come pick up my boat that had a trailer wheel break off. At 3 hours I called. I was told they would be there in 45 min. 1 hour went by they said the guy is switching trucks and on the way, 40 min after that I called and I was told the same thing hes switching the truck and it will be 45 min. I waited 5 hours then the guy had the audacity to tell me I dont need to talk to him that way when I asked him if he was just screwing with me. Pass them up they suck.

They came to open for me during a holiday and even gave the semi I was recovering 30 gallons of fuel to get me to a safe haven. Hard workers!

Due to the unprofessional nature of their delivery service of a shipping container I had ordered we sustained significant damage to our yard and driveway when the driver chose to leave the driveway and proceed to sink the front end of the truck up to the axel. We were also stuck with a 250 dollar bill from the towing company that was required to remove their truck from our lawn.
