Customer bought a engine which locked up after being put in vehicle it threw a rod told customers to take engine back n get her money back they came n got the vehicle it been with them for 3 weeks n she still haven’t received a new engine they tried to say wasn’t any oil or manifold on the engine they don’t wanna give refund or replace engine

I never been at this place before. Recommended from a friend to call. Called today asked for the price of a engine for a Chrysler 300 they gave me the price. Then turned around and asked was the engine hit. The lady Did not know. Put me on hold to ask a lady got on the rude as hell. My guess is if you this rude then your business is rude. Right along with them broke as parts youll probably selling. I had to give one review to make a comment. Will not recommend this place to the dogs.

Great staff, quality parts and service. Made a purchase late in the day on Saturday. The part failed, called them up and the owner stayed after hours to make it right. Highly pleased with the service. This is not for the towing service but for the parts service Payless for parts.

Broke down in my work van. Called the nearest tow service. Was 7 ds. They showed up 15 mins later. Very nice receptionist. The tow driver, Terrance, was very nice and respectful. By far the nicest and coolest tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. Great company. Highly recommend!

I got a 3800 motor from 7 Ds for $341.50 with a 30 day return. They pulled it for me n put it in the car. They are better then part galore. I recommend them.

Never buy nothing, they gave me wrong part.So called to let them know they said be here before 5 of clock . This is traffic time. So I took my business somewhere they were happy to help me. They dont have a 0 star or that would have been what I put. Very on organized, they get your money I hope its the right part.

Was trying to get in touch with the owner because I bought a trans and it went out less than 3 months and the shop will not give me his info

They also sell auto parts, but they were not very friendly, nobody smiles in the office, but they had what I needed for a fair price. I guess if you care less about customer service and just need your parts, prices are fair there. Just do not care much about calling them first next time, gives you an idea how the experience was.

These people need to find another business. After my niece was in a car accident the City of Detroit police called this service to have her car towed. She went to this yard and was immediately met by a screaming attendant, Joe. Mind you this was an older gentleman yelling at a 21 year old young lady who was shaken up after a harrowing experience.After not getting the answers she needed, she was told to leave the property. Evidently, she did not leave quick enough, so Joe, and the other gentlemen loosed their pitbull and other canines on my niece.To add insult to injury, when her Dad addressed the issue with the proprietors, they told him she needed anger management and there were no dogs released.Seriously! What year is this? 1963.This is not the only letter this reviewer is writing.The only reason it gets 1 star is because of the posting. It doesnt deserve that.

Did great work on my daughters car after she hit a tree.

They have a lot of car parts.

Worst place ever. Car was towed over improper parking . they left all our windows down, our car was soaked . puddles in the cupholders, as well as the arm rest. CDs were missing. Also a debit card. Very rude employees. Got told multiple different stories before picking up my vehicle. My radio is not working. People there were beyond unprofessional. My car was trashed. And I will be taking this to court.

Called on a part. They said they had it, I drive 30 miles and get there and no part. Beyond pissed. So unprofessional. I specifically told them I was coming from far away and they insured me that the part was there. Find another place to give your business to.

I took there a drive shaft for rebuilding. The lady on the phone gave me a quote for the labor of $75 . When i came to pick it up the price on invoice was $150. I found out later that Mid-FIVE autoparts charge only $45 for the same job.This guy along with his daughter, who answers the phone are dishonest, crooked like pig tails and simply liers and thieves. They be looking in your eyes and lying through their teeth. At all cost take your business elsewhere!!

My car got stolen while vising detroit. 45 days later its recovered..these people wont even go open the doors to tell me if my stuff is inside. They want me to drive 300 miles to check for personal belongings
