This a very nice place and well worth the money nice pool area close to beach access. Would definitely come back.

This condo was nice and its conveniently located right across the street from the beach.

The pictures don’t do it justice. I was reluctant for my husband to book a condo that wasn’t directly on the gulf but I’m glad he did-the walk across the small two lane road isn’t bad at all. We came with our 13 year old, 9 year old and 2 year old and had plenty of space in our condo. Also the pool was perfect for such varying ages- our 2 year old loves the zero entry and water features. For dinner we walked to nearby restaurants. Only thing I would suggest is getting a 4th floor condo so you can see the gulf.

Best place to stay!

Very nice place to stay with little ones. They have a zero entry pool with a fountain to play in and a separate heated pool plus a hot tub. The walk to the beach is easy, but it would be nice if it were directly in front of the resort, but it isnt a deal breaker. I was surprised by the size of the kitchen. Plenty of space to move around and the bunk area for kids is a BIG plus. Definitely recommend Beach Resort!

Great stay!

Pros: Pool was excellent....best weve ever visited. Our room was very clean and well suited. 100% recommend if youre going in the off season. Great price and not at all crouded.Cons: Washer and drier didnt work properly, beach entrance is about 300 steps from pool gate, no outside community gas grill.

Horrible experience with Ocean Reef rental company. Booked a vacation rental with multiple families and spoke to multiple people at the office, including Derek. After Walton County received approval for short term rentals I called to pay my deposit and was told the home we booked was already rented. Double booking home rentals to save money during a challenging time. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Shame on this company. Do NOT book with them.

Great location, great facilities! Heated pool and hot tub are nicely landscaped for privacy from the road. Unit #313 is absolutely beautiful and is stocked with extras--tvs in each of the bunks, perfect for the kids! Plus beach chairs and simple things in the kitchen--aluminum foil, salt & pepper, etc. We had a lovely week!

Zero entry pool is perfect for young children and it is the most beautiful pool around. Clean facility. Kenny Ds and Pompano Joes restaurants are in walking distance.
